Donnies pov
I was shocked. She likes me, " Really?"
She nodded, "and I kinda over heard your brothers a while ago, saying you like me too," I looked at her, "im sorry april, but I found someone else."
"Thats, fine, I just thought you should know" she said looking slightly sad, "so when can I meet her?" I chuckled nervously, "um im telling everyone today, so then."
She nodded, "ok, but can you tell me what shes like." I sighed, "i guess so" I,looked at her, "she likes the color red, has bright green eyes, shes tough and she's amazing."
"Sounds like you really like her," I nodded " yeah, and im still sorry, but maybe you and casey could work out." She blushed a little " maybe, lets go back to the lair" "yeah," and we went back in the lair.
Raphs pov
Argh what is taking them so long, just as I said that the lab door opened and they came out. I went over to donnie, while april went and sat on the couch, "so what did she want" "she told me she liked me, but I told her I was with someone and shes ok with it."
"so nothing happened" he shook his head, "no we didnt do anything except talk." I sighed in relief, I should've known Donnie wouldnt cheat on me, I guess its just nerves because of what we are going to announce today.
"So what do you want to do till we tell them the news" Donnie asked, I shrugged, "i dont care, lets just hang out here for a while" he nodded, an ok, and we sat down on the couch, leo on my left donnie my right, mikey on his right then april.

Donnies pov
Oh god I am more nervous than before, Leo is getting sensei, and April and mikey are already waiting. "Don't be nervous Donnie" Raph said in my ear, "its going to be ok." I nodded I knew he was right, just you know that feeling you get when your going up the first hill on a roller coaster, all the nerves, then once you go down the first drop, its fun and exciting. That's how it is.
Ok Leo just walked in with Sensei, and the nerves are back. "Leonardo told me you and raphael have something to say" he said, I nodded. Breathe Donatello, breathe. I let out a deep breathe and said "Me and Raph are Dating." I closed my eyes not wanting to see their reaction.
"Really" I heard mikey ask, I opened my eyes and I saw shock in Aprils eyes, which I would too if I was in her position, I saw mikey with his eyes kinda wide, and sensei was just looking at us. He looked like he was thinking. "Yes Mikey we are" Raph said, Mikey looked at leo, "This is what you knew and didn't tell me" Leo nodded.
April spoke next "So this is who your dating" I nodded. We all looked at Sensei, "I..."

Every novel needs a main character, and in this case, it's a young man named Jacob Bates. Jacob is your average guy who likes books, television, and long walks on the beach. The road ahead was looking great! That's when a little scene occurred between Jacob's girlfriend and one of his male classmates. Jacob's mood was a little lower than dirt from thereon. His motivation to pursue his studies, gone. This event caused Jacob to fall into the death grip that is a job in retail. One day, while Jacob was mopping the cold floors of the grocery store he worked in, a strange blue screen appeared in front of him, notifying him that the world was going through a change. Now if this change was a good or bad thing, he didn't know. But there was one thing Jacob knew for certain. He didn't have to mop the floors anymore. Author's Note: (This is my first story, and I would be very thankful if grammatical errors were pointed out. I could also take a few suggestions in the comments if you would. This is less a planned production, and more a little project that I'm winging as it goes. I will try and be consistent with at least 2 chapters a week. Also, as I am a completely new author, the number of words per chapter may fluctuate. The minimum will be around 1000 words, while other chapters may be 2000-3000. It will hopefully only get better with time.)
