《The Son of Artemis Book 2》Chapter 20: Summer is Over...Again

"Sooo Annabeth, Luke broke his promise to you, well us" Thalia stated and Annabeth nodded her head. "And he was stupid enough to kidnap a Artemis's supposed kid, and steal my father's bolt, and poison me" Thalia added, and Annabeth nodded again.
"What the Hades happened to him when I was gone" Thalia asked
"hades doesn't like his name being used as a curse Thalia so please don't give him more incentive to kill you. And he changed after you became a tree. I at first thought he was only grieving and then just grew use to it, and then he kidnapped Percy, who saved him, and started sending the mythological world on its current heading of chaos and war" Annabeth said
"Why do you two insist on me not using Hades's name as a curse" Thalia asked
"Because we met him and he doesn't like it" Annabeth and I replied. Thalia let out a grumbled fine.
"Annie why don't you head off to bed" Thalia stated in an older sister like manner that reminded me of Zoë.
Annabeth left not even complaining about being called Annie. However, Thalia turned and glared at me. "Are you really her son" She asked
"Yes" I answered
"Prove it" Thalia demanded
I sighed and knew that there's probably only one thing that would get her to believe, "When I was seven Phoebe came rushing back to camp from hunting with my mom and my significant annoyance of a sister, Zoë." I started only for Thalia to laugh at my description of my mother's lieutenant, "She ushered me into Zoë's tent and told me not to leave because mom didn't like the male demigod traveling in the group. I, in my boredom, re-arranged Zoë's tent to be a mirrored image and that's when I heard, presumably you, shout about not leaving them and the he wasn't like that. After a few minutes passed mom came in and laughed at what I did, and kept it from Zoë, who face planted onto the ground instead of her bed that night" I answered

Thalia was struggling not to laugh from the prank I pulled, but ended up stating that she believed that I was her son now. "So did she kill anyone in front of you"
"No but she has turned some overly rude boys into jackalopes in front of me, and the hunt killed them" I stated
"Did they eat them and why is the hunt nice to you, they hate males" Thalia ask
"No but they were fed them to the wolves, and they don't hate me as they raised me, and some even adopted me to be their brother, which includes Zoë, but she only did it to annoy me at the time, and that backfired on her" I said
Thalia ended up asking more questions about the hunt some of which I could answer, like Zoë's thoughts on me, and I responded that Zoë has thought I was defective since I was a baby. Others I couldn't answer like why the hunt hates demigods at camp, so much.
By the time I was done, the sun was rising, and Thalia wanted food, so we went off and I sat at the Zeus table with her as I knew it can get lonely sitting by yourself. "Percy I thought I told you to sit at your mom's table" Dionysius said seeing me sit at the Zeus table, "and who's that"
"I'm Thalia" Thalia answered
"Gramps likes me and I'm only keeping Thalia company as she's technically new here, despite being the tree that was guarding camp for like 7 years" I responded, and Dionysius sighed heavily, while most of the campers gasped in shock and Annabeth came running over tackling Thalia again.
"I thought it was a dream" she stated hugging Thalia tightly.
Thalia being better with emotions than Athena hugged her back and sat Annabeth down next to her to eat. "You three are breaking the rules" Dionysius said

"Does it look like we care" we responded as one, "hey that was my line"..."stop that"..."pancakes"..."Zeus"..."ugh you two are impossible" we continued as one.
Most of the camp was freaked out, the stoll brothers extremely so, but the Aphrodite cabin, well they were fawning over the three of us and making us uncomfortable. Except Silena who took the chaotic moment to go sit with Beckendorf for breakfast.
From that day onward Thalia and I became friends, similar to how Annabeth and I are, and we would constantly end up in 4 way sparring matches with Clarisse, who was annoyed that I was holding back in said matches.
Since then camp found and hired Peleus to come guard the fleece and he only allowed Clarisse, Annabeth, Thalia and myself to climb the tree thus far while scarring off the other campers who wanted to try after I did it the first time because I couldn't sleep one night and wound up falling asleep in the tree.
The rest of summer was quiet with no monster attacks or quest, and as summer was coming to it's close with Apollo entering lazy mode again, Thalia and Annabeth were instructed to try their hand at school, as to get Thalia caught up with the happenings of the world, while having a friend there with her.
I admit I was upset and kinda hoping that we could go to the hunt together, but I don't know how well my sisters would take to me bringing two girls back instead of just Annabeth.
