By the time Bucky arrives Steve was pacing back and forth in the living room, talking to himself.
'Uhhhhh...Steve....pal? You Uh, you alright? '
Bucky ushers out confused and concerned.
'Buck!' Steve walks over to him frantically.
'Steve, are you on drugs?'
'What?!'
'You know, drugs...I know that Spencer down the street sells that thing called loopy luck but I never thought you would...'
'Buck. No, no. Jesus'
'You're acting crazy!'
'I proposed to Daisy'
'WAIT WHAT?'
'And we made love'
'Made love?!'
'Sex. Bucky we had sex'
'OH MY GOD STEVE!'
'Shhhhh! Daisy's still asleep!'
Bucky smirks 'You wore her out after your first time? Damn Steve!' He pats Steve on the shoulder and Steve frowns at him.
'Is that why you're acting like a mad man?'
'N-no it's not that it's just, I proposed without a ring'
'Oh? Why does a ring matter? Did Daisy mention it?'
'What? No, it's Daisy. Of course she didn't, but I have to go get her one and I have to go now' Steve was completely beside himself. He was making big hand gestures and shuffling uncontrollably. Like a child on Christmas Eve.
'Steve you can't afford a...'
Before Bucky can finish his sentence Steve opens his hands and a wad of money falls out.
'Steve? What is this?'
'I've been saving every spare penny I could since I was 19'
'Why?' Bucky asks puzzled.
Steve's face turns blush and Bucky looks at Steve with wide eyes.
'You've been saving eight years for this ring? For Daisy?!'
Steve gulps and nods. Realising how ridiculous that sounds.
'Jesus Steve...:'
'Shes all I've ever wanted Buck. That little jewellers downtown, well they have this ring. Simple silver band but. The diamond, my god the diamond Buck, it's small but it's the pollen of a Daisy. And it would match her chain perfectly, and it would sparkle in the light when she puts her hand behind her ear to move a piece of her and it would be stroked with her thumb because she always plays with her fingers when she's anxious and...'

'Go' Bucky says, completely mesmerised.
'W-what?'
'Go get that goddamn ring Rogers'
Bucky pulls Steve into a tight hug. Steve's words bringing a small tear to Bucky's eye but he would never let Steve know that.
'Will you, stay here for me? Until I'm back'
'Like you even have to ask?'
Steve smiles and Bucky smiles back.
Steve stuffs his pockets with the money and practically sprints out the door, but Bucky chases after him.
'Steve!' Bucky shouts out as he grabs his bicycle.
Steve looks up at Bucky and he throws his truck keys at Steve 'Take the truck pal, this is important and the shop shuts in an hour!'
Steve gives another grateful look to Bucky and Bucky bursts with pride before grabbing a beer out of the fridge and watching as the truck drives off.
'You get that ring Rogers...' Bucky mumbles to himself sloppily as he takes a sip of his beer.

The Plan
An infinite world couldn’t be real, but if it was, well this would happen. Imagine a world that isn’t covered in water, but an endless atmosphere. Plates of land, named “islands”, float and drift almost aimlessly. There is no sun, stars, roof, or floor; just boundless air in every direction. Light is generated from the movement of air flow. Magical and mystical powers keep islands floating and the world full of fresh entropy. Some of these floating islands drift upwards or downwards or any combination of volatile or patterned velocities. Air flow also follows the same characteristics of islands, which generates the light and heat. In a world with no horizon, the different inhabitants struggle. Beings calling them selves deities across the endless space are countless. If you were to fall off an island, you would inevitably hit another island; if you didn’t die from old age first. Many inhabitants don’t know the land further than their own eye sight or town they grew up in. Almost all inhabitants of islands have supernatural abilities, ranging in ability and skill. Magical abilities are kept individually; and mystical powers are borrowed. Islands float because the land is enchanted by either a magical or mystical crystal. Magical islands are known for vertical variance, while mystical islands are known for vertical stability. The islands rotate around focal points, known as 'the center'. There are many 'the center', but no one knows this yet... Warning: Tagged Mature 18+ for Strong Language, Gore, Violence, and sexual scenes. Google Drive (Click here to open new window) WIP/spoilers

Hidden Trials
What if you could control what people believed...The Ministry has always been part of our world, operating in the moral grey area of radical thought and revolutionary technology. It works to prevent intellectual contagion in an era where a dangerous thought can spread across the globe faster than a pandemic, and more virulently. Jacob Trials is one of their star agents, a man who has carried out actions both heroic and villainous, both necessary and brutal. He has given over his very body to the cause, with machinery that he barely understands adapting and enhancing him. When an unknown group starts hunting him with a viciousness he can hardly countenance, Trials will be forced to come to terms with loss, betrayal, and a savagery that will change him, and his world, forever. A heady mix of nanotech, spy games, violence, memes, and religion. Also find this story at Smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/1149545

The Forerunner's Odyssey
The greatest tragedies are not the ones with the most unfortunate and unhappy endings, but rather the ones without an ending at all. So when Suran Ibrahim scaled the fresh crater, it was not out of exuberance for surviving his ordeal, nor was it out of desire to live in the brave, new world he found himself in. He simply longed for an ending to his odyssey. Mature 18+ Mostly for violence, some language, but anything else may show up eventually. I place the tag just so that I'm not restricted. I'm rewriting this to fix a host of issues. I'll try to update my progress in the blurb - I most likely wont post the revisions until I'm done for all chapters. Till then, c'ya later fam. Maybe. Captain Critiques: A Grumpy Pirate Review Book
(CURRENTLY OPEN)When it comes to reviews, I'm probably as harsh as the hellhole most story ideas crawl out of. I'm blunt, sarcasic, to the point and I know what I like in a story. As you can probably guess, you don't wanna take my advice if your like an overprotective mother about your story. Who am I kidding, EVERYONE is like that about their stories. But, if you could find the courage to pry the story out of your cold, crabby hands so I can give my brutally honest opinion then be my guest. Just don't try and start a fight once I provide it. You DON'T wanna fight a pirate. .................................. I reserve the right to decline stories as this will be taking up quite a bit of my time and if I say no, I mean NO. If your blurb is unreadable I will decline it. If it includes the genres mentioned in my 'Hell No' section then I will send it back where it came from.Do NOT critique the Captain.
