The next day, Aera woke up in such a good position. She found that she slept for the whole night in Jimin's arms. No wonder she had such a good sleep.

Her face was buried onto Jimin's collarbone so she pulled her head backwards a bit and looked at his adam apple. She didn't know what was the point she stared at it, but she found that it was satisfying. She felt his hot breath gently hit her bare face as his warm arms were wrapped tightly around her waist.

She suddenly let out a small giggle as she quietly admiring every inches of his perfect figure.

Who thought that Jimin and her would get so close like this, right? Feeling so blessed to get to be this close to him, she tightened the hug and put her head on his chest, right at the spot where his heart beats. Hearing those heartbeats beating gently was so calming and give her such a big satisfaction.

She smiled as she was so happy and began to fall asleep again.

"Ms Aera, it's time for breakfast " Uncle Seon said while knocking the door to wake her up. Instead of waking up Aera, Jimin was the one who woke up.

He looked at the clock and squinted his eyes. "Duh, I'm going to late for work " he muttered and looked at the girl in his embrace. Aera was still sleeping and she seemed like will continuing her sleep for some more hours. So Jimin didn't want to wake her up.

He smiled as he noticed Aera had her arms tight around his waist. They were cuddling with each other while sleeping.

Letting out a small chuckle, his lips slowly made its way to her cheek and leave a soft peck on it. At the moment, he got to know that Aera has such a soft and adorable cheeks.

"How can I never noticed it before? " he mumbled and got up from the bed. He went to the door and opened it.

"Oh Uncle— What are you doing here? " Jimin scratched his head as he found it was awkward since Uncle Seon knew that he slept in Aera's room. He felt Uncle Seon was looking at him so he acted like he didn't notice it. A small chuckle was let out by Uncle Seon as he smiled sweetly.

"I just wanna say that your breakfast is ready. Do you want to wake Ms Aera? " he asked, looking at Jimin's red face. He cleared his throat and shook his head. "It's okay, just let her sleep. She seems tired " Jimin said

"Tired from what? Last night? " Uncle Seon asked, trying to joke around but ended up getting ignored by Jimin. "What kind of joke was that? " he mumbled as he walked away.

Jimin was driving to his office after having a lunch. He went to a new restaurant to taste their foods. They were all good so he decided to bring Aera there to enjoy their foods.

He looked at his watch and stopped at the traffic light.

Turning around, he realized that he was right in front of Gorgeous Company, the place Aera used to work. He looked at the tall building and rolled his eyes. "Such a stupid person they are for firing her. " he clenched his jaw.

Feeling that his heart was burning, he glanced back at his watch to see if he had any loose time. He turned back to the building and parked his car at the side of the street.

He got out from his car and started walking towards the entrance door. Once his feet stepped into the company, he earned all the attentions. The workers who work there turned to him and everyone shut their mouths up. Everyone knows about his cold behavior so they didn't want to mess with him.

A girl with a black suit gulped and went to Jimin. Probably she was the one who encharged on the floor.

"How can I help you, Sir? " she asked as she lowered her head. Everyone knows that Jimin doesn't have a good relationship with Taemin because they were once fought with each other in this building. Yet, none of them are brave enough to block him from getting into the company.

Because the power he holds is more than Taemin and Taehyung.

With a cold look on his face, he turned to the girl beside him and asked "Where's Taemin? I want to meet him. Now. "

The girl know that he didn't ask for a permission. Instead, he was giving her an order. With a panicked expression, the girl turned to her colleagues to seek for help. But no one ever wants to help her because they know how Jimin is.

She gulped and looked at her watch. "Alright, but can you wait for a few minutes? He's still in the meeting room " she said politely.

Jimin poked his cheek using his tongue and walked away. He didn't even respond to what the girl said and it make the girl worried.

"Shit, Sir Kim will absolutely get mad at me after this. " she muttered.

Jimin walked to the lift and pressed the button to open the door. He pressed the number and waited till he reached the floor.

The door opened and he made his way out from the lift. He looked at his sides and chose to go to the right first. He didn't know where Taemin's office was. He only knows Taehyung's.

Then, he stopped his steps when he saw a sign that was wrote Kim Taemin on it. "So this is his office " he said as he scanned the whole surroundings. He shrugged, "Not as big as mine " he scoffed and pulled the door knob to open the door.

Once the door was opened, Taemin stopped talking and turned to Jimin. There were two men in his room. Probably they were his clients. Jimin crossed his arms and looked at Taemin. "I want to talk to you " he said in an ordering tone.

Taemin sighed and looked at two people in front him. "Can you wait for a while? I need to talk with my— friend " he said to them and went to Jimin who was waiting for him.

"What do you want? What make you come here? " Taemin asked as if he didn't know anything. He was actually scared but he didn't show it.

Feeling disguise that he needed to share the same air with Taemin, Jimin rolled his eyes. "Don't act like you don't know. I bet you know why I'm here. " he scoffed and looked back at him.

Taemin sighed, "Is it about Aera? " he asked.

"Yes. Kim Aera, my fiancee. The girl you messed up with. " Jimin muttered as he crossed his arms and gritted his teeth. "You messed up with the wrong girl, Taemin. She's my fiancee so you can't treat her as you wish. You have your limits " Jimin said.

Taemin didn't want to look stupid by just stayed quiet. So he thinks of something that could be his reason. "But she's my employee and I'm her boss. This is my company so I can do anything " he said.

Jimin couldn't hold his anger anymore after hearing his words. "Do you think you're that powerful hmh? Do you realize that you're messing up with my fiancee? Your standard doesn't even fits mine so you'd better watch your mouth or I'll punch you on the face " he hissed.

He didn't want to start a fight so he tried his best to control his anger. He looked back at Taemin and said "But for me, it's good that you fired her. Because your company isn't that good. It won't go far anyways. She can just work with me and I'll give her everything that you never afford to give her" he scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"Don't make her sad again. This is my last warning " Jimin added before walking away.

Taemin couldn't stand up for himself. So he just watched Jimin walked away with full of arrogance.

Later that noon, Jimin went home early than usual. Actually, he had a meeting to attend but he cancelled the meeting because he wanted to go home.

But to be true, he wanted to go home early because he wanted to spend time with Aera. Well, they had been staying together for a few months now. But they didn't really know each other. So, he decided to take her out for a proper date.

Couldn't wait any longer, Jimin barged into the house and went straight to Aera's room. It was his first date— um, not his first date but it's his first time asking a girl to go out with him. He once had a date with Aera but it wasn't a proper one. He doesn't think that it was a date tbh.

He made his way to her room and stopped right in front of it. Clumsily, he wiped his sweat with his sleeves and gulped down his saliva. He was clueless about himself. He never been so nervous before.

But as an adult, he needed to act professionally. He can't be seen like this. Quickly, he thinks of a position that will make him looks cool and relax. He straightened his back and tucked both his hands into his pockets.

He inhaled a very deep breath and was ready to knock the door but was stopped by Uncle Seon.

"Are you searching for Ms Aera, Sir? " he asked with a cup of hot tea in his hands. Jimin stopped his actions and muttered under his breath. Slowly, he turned his head to the old man and nodded awkwardly.

"Yes. Where is she? " he asked.

"Isn't she's in her room? "

Uncle Seon smiled and shook his head. "No, Sir. She went out to the park an hour ago. She asked me to tell you when you get home. But don't worry, she said she'll be home before 7. " he stated

Jimin found that it was so disappointing. He really wanted to go out with her but— she wasn't home. But what can he do? Nothing.

So he just needed to wait till she reached home. He sighed, "Oh. Really? Alright then. Thank you for informing me. " he smiled weakly

"Do you need anything, Sir? You look upset. " Uncle Seon said since he could see disappointment on Jimin's face. Jimin pouted a bit, "It's okay. I'm fine " he said and walked into his room.

He seemed like he has lost his mood.

With a sharp look, I stared at the pale man in front of me. His white unhealthy skin, messy hair, dark circles– he looked very miserable and disturbed.

"What happened to you? " I asked with full of concern in my voice. I felt sympathy, sad and hurt for seeing him in this condition. He didn't look like the person I used to know.

He squinted his eyes and held his dry lips. The mouth that used to give people beautiful smiles is now gone. He scoffed and put his elbows on the table. "I don't know. I feel empty " he stated with an emotionless face.

"Did you have an argument with your brother? " I asked deeper to know what was his real problem. He chuckled painfully after hearing my question.

"He's not my brother anymore. He's a stranger. Don't ever call me by my family name. I don't want to be in that Kim family." he said what was in his heart. I know those words was full of pain and he was hurt.

"You can't say that. They're still your family after all " I said to change his mind set.

"No. You won't understand how I'm feeling. They don't act like my family. They should support me and love me. Instead, they hurt me. " his words was confusing me. What did he means by hurting him?

I sighed, "At least don't hurt yourself. Look at you now. You've changed. You're not the Taehyung I know. Where's your smile? I haven't seen them for weeks " I said.

"Now I understand what it feels when people said a person changes for a reason. It's to protect them. To protect their feelings. How bitter " he scoffed

He glanced at his phone and looked at me. "It's almost 7 now. You need to go home or Jimin will worry about you. " he said.

"Are you okay if I go? " I asked, still worrying about his condition. A weak smile crept on his pale face and he nodded his head. "Don't worry, I'm okay " he said.

I heaved a sigh and took my handbag. "Okay then. Call me if you need anything. I'll always be with you " I said and he smiled.

"Thank you " he said but his face changed. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at him. "Taehyung? Are you okay? " I asked but he didn't hear me. His eyes were half opened and he seemed like he would faint in any time.

"Tae! " I yelled as I held his arms with both my hands. Before I could ask for help, he fainted in my arms.
