《BadBoy Tutor》Chapter Thirty-Seven

I could see light behind my eyelids but I didn't bother to open my eyes. What was the point anymore?
"Good morning Samantha." I heard a sickly voice as I ignored him.
"I brought you some water." My eyes shot open at this and my eyes hurt so bad from the light. Being stuck in pitch black for days and then seeing a bright light really fucking hurt.
"Here." He said as he held a water bottle over my mouth. I bit back a gag at the feeling of his fingers on my jaw as he held my mouth opened and tipped some water into my mouth. I eagerly gulped it and it was the nicest thing I have ever drank, but it wasn't enough.
He tipped it back and screwed the lid back on. "Want more?" He smirked as I glared at him. He took a seat opposite me.
"What's your plan here? To make me die of starvation?" I dryly asked, barely able to speak.
He chuckled quietly. "No, but that does help with the plan."
"What plan?" I didn't even recognise my own voice. It was so raspy that I sounded like a 90-year-old woman that smokes 3 packs a day.
"I have my men waiting in a particular place where its only time your little boyfriend will show up."
I raised my brow. "That's your plan?"
He shook his head with a wide smile. "Now if I tell you everything that will ruin the surprise wont it. Quite an impatient one aren't we Samantha?"
If he says my name one more fucking time I won't be able to stop myself from spitting in his face.
"You need help." I croaked, deciding to close my eyes and ignore him. He laughed in response as the lights were then turned off and I was once again left in darkness. The door slammed shut which left the whole room shaking, including my chair.
I tugged gently at my wrists and sucked in a breath at the burning sensation. I couldn't manage anything over than gently tugging as I physically couldn't summon the energy to do anything more. My lower back was in incredible pain from sitting in the same place for several days. I hadn't even needed to use the toilet as I haven't had fuck all so at least that wasn't a problem.
I think the only thing that could make this worse would be needing to pee the entire time. Time went past as I drifted in and out of sleep. Those couple gulps of water had made me feel a little better and I didn't feel like I would die any second.
I had dreamed about all sorts of things. I had a dream that I was with all my friends and family at my house, having a good time. It all felt too real and I felt at peace for the first time since being here. That was until I woke up and realised I was still in this hell hole.
I haven't cried once since I first woke up, fuck knows how long ago that was. I don't think I could even produce tears from how bad I had dehydration. Every time I felt myself getting scared or upset, I would simply close my eyes and picture I was just somewhere else. I imagined I was with Reece or my friends. I imagined I was at school, never thought in a million years I would actually want to be at school.
But I did. I did so fucking badly. I wanted to see all my friends, to be wound up by Cole about my relationship with Reece. To be wound up by Jodie as she made kissy faces when Reece wasn't looking. Or to be wound up by Jake in chemistry as he would make ship names for us.

Sameese was the best one in my opinion.
I just wanted to be eating dinner with my dad as we watched the soccer games on tv as we angrily shouted when our team was losing. I would physically choose absolutely anything than being in here. I'd rather go on a date with fucking Brad than be stuck here any longer.
I just wanted it to be over.
"Sammy wake up."
"Sammy I swear to god you need to wake up."
Huh?
Was I dreaming about Reece again? Ignoring it, I let myself drift off again.
"Sammy!" I heard again before I groggily opened my eyes to pure darkness.
"You're dreaming." I mumbled as my eyes fluttered closed again, the pain in my head drowning me.
"Sam I'm here. I'm right next to you." The familiar voice of Reece woke me up.
"Reece?" I questioned quietly as he sighed with relief.
"Thank fuck you're ok."
I could hear Reece struggle against the ropes. "How are you here? What happened?" I murmured, my throat so dry it was hard to spit out words but I forced myself to. It hurt to speak but I needed to know if this was real or if it was my sick mind playing tricks on me thinking that the one I loved was actually here with me.
But I also didn't want him here. I sort of hoped I was dreaming just so he wouldn't be at harm. I wanted him to be safe.
I couldn't see a thing so I had no idea where he was but by the sound of his voice he was to the left of me. "Those assholes fucking jumped me when I went to his old house." He breathed, his breathing irregular and slightly shaky. "I'm so glad you're ok."
I smiled at the sound of his voice. "How long has it been?"
"4 days." He answered briefly. "Come on Sam we have to get out of here."
"I can't." I sighed.
"What do you mean you can't?"
"Listen to my voice Reece. I haven't got a single but of energy. He hasn't fed me once and I've only had 2 sips of water since being here. It hurts to even talk." I replied and coughed after I spoke.
He took a deep breath. "I'm so sorry Sammy, this is all my fault."
I shook my head lightly. "Don't be stupid. He's a psycho." I replied and I could feel my eyes closing again. This didn't even feel real and I didn't even know if he was truly here or not. It was probably just another dream and I was going to wake up all alone again.
"Sam you need to stay with me ok?"
The sound of the door opening caught me off guard and the light was turned on. I winced at the brightness once again and turned my head slowly.
Reece was actually there.
He sat a few inches away from me and he was tied down just like I was. His face was slightly bloody and he had a bruise around his eye forming. His hair was messy and his eyes were so red, looking like he hadn't slept in days. He looked awful. "Well, well, well." The sound of Peter's gross voice snapped our heads away from each other. "Isn't this a beautiful reunion." Peter exclaimed as he held his heart with a maniac grin. "I'm touched, really."
Reece glared at him with pure hatred. "Let her go Peter. This is between me and you."

Peter stepped closer to us. "Oh Reece, how you've gained so much confidence since I last saw you." Peter grinned from ear to ear. "You don't seem to be the scared little boy I used to beat up anymore?"
Reece's jaw clenched at this. "Oh and your mum? Wow I used to love the look of fear as I punched her repeatedly."
Reece fought against the chair angrily, his face scowling. "Reece don't. He's trying to anger you." I croakily spoke.
He looked at me and his face was full of so much guilt, it actually hurt me to see him like this. He then looked back at Peter who was smiling sickly at both of us. "Aren't you two just adorable?" Peter teased as he took a seat in front of us both. "You know I had a lot of time in prison to myself. My cellmate just slept most of the time so I had a lot of time to think." He then glanced at Reece and his face hardened. "Think about how I would get revenge on you."
"But I know that hurting you physically just wouldn't cut it." He sighed dramatically. "So I got myself a little spy."
He then glanced in between us. "And that little spy tells me that you two have become pretty close. Am I right?"
We both ignored him before he slammed his fists down on my chair. "Am I right?" He repeated as I nodded slowly.
He nodded, leaning back in his own chair. "So I thought to myself as I spent my last couple months in jail. What can I do that would hurt Reece more than anything?" He smiled sweetly. "Then it came to me."
Peter smiled proudly. "I would take away the thing that means most to you." He pointed to me with his head. "And how easy it was to get little Samantha here into my van. After knocking her out of course."
Reece's jaw clenched so tightly and I'd never seen him look so angry. His fists clenched around the side of the chairs and his knuckles were turning white. "I was going to just kill her but then I decided that it wouldn't feel as good unless you were there to watch."
Reece looked utterly shocked and I gulped as peter came closer to me, swirling around a knife in his hand. It was as if something within Reece snapped as he thrust about in his chair. "Don't you fucking touch her. I'll fucking kill you."
I winced and turned my head as I felt the cold metal of the knife against my cheek. He gently raised it up and down on my cheek. Peter looked down at me. "I'm sorry about this. You're just an innocent girl in all of this but Reece and your father ruined my life, so it's my time to ruin theirs."
Bang.
Peter snapped his head around as he sighed deeply. "I'll be back. Don't move." He then laughed mechanically. "Not like you can." He left, slamming the door shut but luckily left the light on. I turned to Reece whose face was filled with determination.
"We're getting out of here." He stated as he wiggled around, trying to move his hand to reach his pocket. "What that prick doesn't realise is I always carry around a pen knife. I was trying to get it earlier but I couldn't see." He explained as he smiled with relief when he pulled the knife out.
Oh my god we might actually get out of here.
All hopes had returned as I watched Reece slice through the ropes. I smiled when he had freed his hands and then leaned down to free his legs. When he was free, he jumped up and kneeled down in front of me gently cutting the ropes from my arms and legs.
I smiled widely when the ropes were free but as I tried to stand, I fell back down into the chair. My legs had completely flopped down. Reece narrowed his eyes and leaned down to wrap his arms around my bare legs and picked me up bridal style. "I'm getting you out of here Sammy."
I couldn't wipe the smile from my face but it soon dropped when the door was locked. The chains that were originally here had disappeared and instead there was just one lock. "Fuck." Reece hissed and darted his eyes around until his eyes landed on my hair. I looked at him with confusion as he gently pulled a hair clip from my hair.
He placed me down for a second and I was able to stand holding onto him for support. It kind of reminded me when we were ice skating and I had to clutch onto his arm like I was right now. I watched with shock as he managed to unlock the door with a fucking hair clip. Thrusting it into his pocket, his arms swooped below my back as he picked me up with ease. Booting open the door, he glanced left and right between the corridor.
There was a huge glass door at the end of the corridor which Reece ran with me to. Thankfully, it wasn't locked as he pushed open the door and I felt the fresh air. I gasped when we were suddenly ducked behind a wall as one large man walked past into the building. Reece placed a cold hand over my mouth to quiet my erratic breathing.
He pulled his hand away once the guy was out of sight and then Reece ran as fast as he could along the road. It was a deserted road but it was soon leading onto a main road where we could hear cars. I found myself leaning on his chest as I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. Reece felt like home and that's when I realised;
I was finally going home.
Once we got far enough away and cars surrounded us, Reece gently placed me down and held my arms as support. His fingers clasped around my elbows and I just smiled at him. "Sam-"
I wrapped my around his back and hugged him tight. "I missed you so fucking much." I said into his chest as he smiled lightly down at me.
"I missed you too buttercup." He replied softly as he gently peeled me away from him. "Let's get you home, everyone's worried sick." I nodded, excited to see everyone that I had missed so much.
"Not so fast." I heard as we both snapped our heads around. "You think you can get away that easy?" Peter yelled as he pulled something out from his back pocket.
A gun. He was pointing a fucking gun at us. "Don't fucking move a muscle or I shoot her."
Reece's entire body instantly tensed next to me as I stared wide eyed at the extremely angry man pointing a gun at me. Cars around us stopped and I could hear the screams of people. I was still clinging onto Reece's arm as I could barely stand on my own.
"Ok. Ok." Reece said calmly but I knew inside he was panicking. Who the fuck wouldn't be?
Peter shook his head angrily, his greasy hair flapping the sides of his cheeks. "You ruined my life. Do you know what it's like to have your own parents disown you?" He yelled, waving the gun in-between us. "To have your own son never speak to you again?" He was getting louder by the second.
"Just because you couldn't keep your little fucking mouth shut!" He spat at Reece.
"Peter just put the gun down, you don't want to go back to prison. You could run now, no one would ever find you." Reece said.
Peter sighed, as if he was thinking about it and slowly put the gun down. But then the sound of sirens appeared and Peter's eyes widened before he pulled the gun on us. His face twisted with anger. "You fucking-"
Bang.
Everything happened in slow motion as I watched him pull the trigger of the gun pointed directly at me but I never felt the impact. I shot my head around and my eyes widened when Reece fell to the floor in front of me.
"Reece!" I screamed as he fell into my arms and I fell down to my knees with him. Peter ran off in the other direction and I looked down. Tears filled my eyes as so much blood began to seep through his shirt.
"You're gonna be ok." I reassured him but his eyes began to flutter shut. "Reece stay with me." I persisted and covered my hands over where the bullet hit but it didn't stop anything, the blood just went all over my hands.
"Somebody help me!" I cried out as I cradled him in my arms.
And then his eyes shut.
