Taehyung just nodded his head and waited patiently for the explanation of being Jungkook's mate.

"So, we werewolves have mates. Mean soulmate. Unlike you human, we can't choose our partners with whom we will share our love and affection. It's already decided by Moon godness. She decides who will be who's mate. "

Jungkook looked at Taehyung and found him carefully listening to him. He felt relieved that Taehyung finally calmed down this morning after yesterday's incident and was actually listing to him.

So, jungkook continued.

"Our bonds with our mates are so strong it's like our hearts are connected with our mates with a thread. And, having a mate is the best thing a werewolf can ever ask for. So, we are really protective and possessive of our mates. And me being the Alpha means the highest ranked werewolf, I'm a bit more protective and possessive. Taehyung's heart melted at Jungkook's words .

Nobody ever showed their protective side to him and nobody ever claimed that they loved him or even cared for him.

For those very reasons, Taehyung's heart soften. He thought he would never talk to mr.nude again because he was just so scary. But now, Taehyung understood its because Jungkook wanted to protect him. It's because Jungkook loved him.

Taehyung finally felt something that he hadn't felt for a long time.

He felt loved. He felt wanted.

He also felt something for Jungkook. It was liking. He liked him .He wasn't sure if it was love or not .He was confused but he knew he would figure out it soon .

But, there was still one thing Taehyung wanted to know.

"But I'm human not a werewolf. So, how can I be your soulmate? "

"Our mates are not just werewolves. Moon godness decides our mates based on our desire, our need."

Jungkook took Taehyung's hand and caressed it with his fingers and he loved the feeling of it. The sensational feeling of being with his mate, his mates sweet smell gave him the courage to continue his explanation.

"My twin, Jungguk. He was in love with you. He wanted you as his mate so everday he prayed to Her for that. He wanted to spend his rest of life with you. He believed, if he loved you truly and really wanted you as a mate She would give you to him. "

Jungkook sighed but he had to continue. This time Taehyung caressed Jungkook's hand which was holding his other hand as a sign of continuing. Maybe, Taehyung understood what Jungkook felt that time, thinking about his dead brother.

"And it happened but....... He isn't here to see that. "

No, Jungkook didn't allow any tears escaping from his eyes. He had to strong, at least for his mate.

Jungkook carefully brought Taehyung's soft hands infront of his lips and softly kissed the back of his hand .

Jungkook thought Taehyung would freak out from hearing those mate things but as always Taehyung surprised him with quit and understanding gesture and Jungkook didn't complain about it.

On the other hand, Taehyung knew he never felt anything like that for jungguk. He always saw him as a friend. As his one and only friend. But, Jungkook was different. The way Jungkook touched him like he was afraid he would break him.

Jungkook's soft kiss on the back of his hand gave him shiver and pleasure. A moan tried to escape his mouth but he did all he could to stop that. He tightened his grip on the blanket that was covering his body and protecting him from cold.

"So..... What now? "Taehyung awkwardly asked.

"I mean as we are mates."He explained.

Jungkook gave Taehyung a soft smile which Taehyung gladly returned.

"Now, we mark. It's like marriage to us."

"O-oh" That all Taehyung could say. It was happening so fast. He wasn't ready-

"Taehyung slapped his mouth. It was his thoughts .His habit of voicing his thoughts was becoming very annoying.

Taehyung could just only blushed deeper and harder.

Yes, he liked Jungkook but he didn't want to say it like that. He had doubts himself about liking Jungkook last night but this morning his talk with him, made everything clear.

"You are so cute." And then Taehyung knew he couldn't blush any more. It was the limit. So, he just shyly smiled.

"You stay here and do your morning routine. I will be back in some minutes."Jungkook's voice was firm which left no room for argument. But before Taehyung could reply, Jungkook left the room with a worried look plastered on his handsome face.
