"Remember we don't need to win. It would be good if we did but I just want to see his face fall.

I'm sitting in the court room, hitting my shoe on the floor as I read through my notes.

This will be a hard case to win.

I'm shocked we managed to put up enough to even make it a case.

It makes me so anxious.

Rich people always put out something shady. I don't want to ruin my lawyer career.

The judge comes inside the room and we all stand up.

I look to my left to see Wilson. The man I'm trying to put into prison.

He eyes me up and down. Then his green eyes meet mine and he smirks.

What is his problem? He looks so egoistic.

Tsk. Unbelievable, these rich people. I will open up a bottle of champagne when I see him behind bars.

"Thank you. You can sit down now." The judge says as she introduces the case.

I took this for the money to be honest. Even when you lose a case, you still get the money.

Maybe you won't be recommended to better clients but experiences are good.

It's only the first hearing. I don't doubt there will be another. But that doesn't matter.

I will do my best.

"Mr. Gray, you can ask questions now, if you have some." The judge looks at me.

I get up from the desk, fixing my suit professionally.

"Yes, your honor. Mr. Wilson," I look at the man sitting behind his desk.

His black suit is not buttoned up. He sits lazily on the chair almost mocking us.

As if pointing out this hearing is boring him and he wants to go home.

"Yes?" He raises a brow.

I hate him already. That tone of voice. The attitude. The huge confidence. He doesn't take me seriously and it boils my blood. 

How can a man be so confident? He might be going to prison, he cannot be this calm. 

"You claim that you are innocent and that someone set you up? if that so, can you give us their names?" I look at him.

He smiles almost unvisibly. 

"Objection. My client cannot know that. " His lawyer says, "it's still in the investigation." and they won't find anyone because he is lying. 

"Mr. Gray. Ask differently." The judge says.

Yes, i know I'm not supposed to ask like this but I know I cought everyone's attention.

Including his. 

"Okay. Differently then. You told the police that you are innocent. Correct?"

"Yes. Obviously." He smirks and plays with his fingers. Hm, so he is nervous. He is clearly lying. 

They should have a psychologist here too, he is a clear liar.

"So, since you are innocent, there is no evidence of proving your guilt?"

"No." he says confidently.

Of course. He probably destroyed it.

"Really? Because we had these files checked and there are also photos ..." I start.

"Like my client said. Someone must have set him up.

He does not have anything -"

"Mr. Scott, this is not your time for talking. Let Mr. Gray finish the thought.

Please, continue." Oh. I got you didn't I? Go cry about it.

Scott gives me a death glare.

"Yes, so you claim you did not have anything to do with this deal. One of many." I lift up a photograph of it and show it around.

"But someone took a photo of you and Mr. Finnegan, my client, while signing it."

"Objection. We didn't know there was a photo." Scott gets up from the chair angrily. I smile to myself. 

This point goes to me. 

A person that works for Finnegan gave us the picture they took.

I think it's brilliant. It might be a good evidence.

Unless Scott finds a way to get out of it.

"Let me see the photo " judge reachers for my paper and i give it to her.

I smile at Wilson who doesn't look happy at all. He is angry with me. Burning a hole into me. 

Almost if I was his dear friend who betrayed him. 

Did his fearless facade fall apart? How sad.

"Yes, this photo appears to be Mr. Wilson and Finnegan." She says, "Mr. Scott, do you have any comment to that?"

"Your honor. We did not know about any picture which might also mean it's fake.

Me and my client need some time and check it. 

We should do a second hearing."

"Okay. We will get the photo tested and have another hearing in a week.

Case dismissed now."

 I smile at Finnegan as he pats my shoulder.

"Good job. It's clear they are guilty. They just know how to hide their tracks." he says. 

"There is always a part that you miss. I will do my best, sir." I smile at him, "I hope the photo will help us."

As I'm walking out of the court, I see Wilson lighting up a cigarette outside.

He looks at me and smirks. Blowing the smoke in my face.

I start to caugh.

"Hello." He says more than calmly.

"Are you talking to me?" I point to myself.
