BEN'S POV

"Fucking asshole" i cursed as i drove back towards Abey's home.

Hopefully he wouldn't have gone far.

I packed my car and got out.

I don't think he went back up there, but he couldn't have gone far right?

I brought out my smaller phone, dialing my number

It rang but no answer

"Pick up moron"

I called again

"Yeah?" a softer voice spoke

"Tf are you answering my phone like you own it"

"Who is this?"

"You've got to be kidding me. Its Ben you moron"

"Who's Ben"

O my God

"I swear if i find your stupid ass"

"Why are you so aggressive? I'm right behind you"

I turned around quickly, seeing him hold the phone to his ear.

He chuckled

"You look like you're about to beat me up"

"Give it back" i said ignoring his remark

"Its not like you have top FBI secret in your phone. Get a grip"

"Here, have it" he stretched his hands towards me

He muttered something else but i didn't catch it

I snatched my phone from his hands

I noticed he still had my jacket on

"Why aren't you wearing anything else?"

"Cause, genuius, my things are still up there"

"Yeah, what ever" i took my phone , checking for any scratch

"You're not going to leave me here are you"

"Yeah, why?"

He rolled his eyes

"Fine, enjoy the rest of your night" he walked back into the darkness

"Wait up" why am i doing this?

"Get in the car"

"Seriously?" He asked surprised

"Yeah before i change my mind"

"Where do you leave" i asked already regretting it

"Just head straight"

"Is that a description?"

He rolled his eyes

"For a guy you roll your eyes a lot"

"So?"

I hissed

Why did i let him in again?

We were now moving toward the address he gave me

"How do you even know Abey?"

He looked out the window

"Fine, don't answer"

We arrived at his place

"Okay, we're here, you can get out now"

"Shissh you're so rude"

"I know"

"I hope we don't meet again" he scoffed

I smiled

"Likewise boo"

I drove off immediately

I finally got back home, free of all troubles

I tossed my phone on my bed

I would check my mails later

I heard a gentle knock on my door

"Come in"

Aliyah walked in quietly, looking tired

"Sorry if I'm disturbing"

"No not at all" she sat down on my armchair

"I just can't sleep" she sighed

"What's wrong?"

She rubbed her eyes

"Scared. I'm so scared of loosing Ava"

I remained quiet

"It's just, we haven't had much time together, i really don't want to lose her" her voice broke

"I know" i muttered

I felt really useless

"Its hard. I feel the worst" i looked down

I hate myself for all those things i did. I'm just a coward.

"The least we could do is be there" i sighed.

She looked deep in thought

"You should get some rest" i suggested

She smiled weakly

"Yeah. You too?"

She stood up and headed for the door

"Aliyah" I called out

She stopped turning her attention towards me

"Thank you"

She looked confused

"For?"

I smiled

"For everything"

She returned the smile

"Okay. Good night Ben"

"Goodnight"

I laid back in bed thinking of all the things i could have done right

"I'm such a mess" i muttered to myself

My phone vibrated

I checked to see i got a message

"Hey Mr aggressive, thanks for the ride"

Wtf? How did he get my fucking number
