《The Last line of Uchiha》Part 15

The next morning we were up before the sun and already on our way to Orochimaru's lair. No one spoke much on the way, the only ones who interacted were Lord Naruto, Sarada, and her friend.
It was midday when we finally reached the outskirts of the lair. Three leaf shinobi were placed before us, watching over the lair as per usual. Lord Naruto greeted them and they explained that they had been informed as to our situation, but that they were stationed here and could not leave to help us.
"Great can we go now?" I mumble to myself.
"I understand, but don't worry, Sasuke will take the lead from here." Lord Naruto added.
"Follow me," Father began to run off.
We all followed him as he led us threw the doorway and into the corridors.
'Gosh, I forgot how creepy this place was.' I think as I look around.
We suddenly stopped walking and I heard a new voice.
"Long time no see Sasuke."
Jūgo and Suigetsu were standing before us blocking our path.
"For your information, this isn't the kind of place you bring kids on a field trip."
"Suigetsu look, it's Ukai." Jūgo pointed past everyone to me.
"Hey, guys," I grin.
"Ohh, nice to see you again brother." Suigetsu smiled.
Father looked back at me sternly and I stared at him.
"What?" I ask.
"Never mind, you two can take us straight to him then," Father said.
"Hold on Sasuke, I don't think that will be necessary." Lord Naruto added.
"Oh my goodness, we have a most unusual visitor." Maru popped up.
"Orochimaru." Father sneered.
"And what is this, Ukai my boy, how wonderful to see you again." Maru smiled.
"Hello again Maru." I nod.

"Wow, you look a lot younger than you did back in the day." Lord Naruto awed.
"You should know me better than that by now. So why don't you stop beating around the bush and tell me the reason you're here." Maru pushed.
"Apparently, one of your 'so called' underlings, attacked my sister yesterday, he also kidnapped my Mother. Father and Lord Seventh over here think you orchestrated it." I step toward Maru, looking back on the group I arrived with.
"Oh? You think I had something to do with it?" Maru looked at me before directing the question at the two parents.
"If you've been up to something lately you better spit it out right about now." Father hissed.
"Why are you talking to me like that? I haven't done anything suspicious, what's the watcher outside for then?" Maru pointed.
"Just tell us everything you know about the man who calls himself Shin Uchiha." Father stepped forward.

"Where are they? They know we don't have all day right." I flick my bangs out of my face as I tap my foot.
"Hm, as impatient as ever I see." Maru gave a closed-eyed smile to me.
I looked at him with a raised eyebrow but his smile never wavered. I shook my head, turning my head away and smiling to myself.
"Hey, there you are!" Lord Naruto called as he and Sarada exited the lair.
"Sarada!" Cho Cho called to my sister.
"Geez, took you long enough," I tell them off.
"What have you two been doing?" Father reprimands the two ninjas for wandering off.
Sarada ignored Father and Lord Naruto yelled at him. I was surprised Lord Naruto did that, I mean, I know he's the Hokage and all but this is Sasuke Uchiha he's yelling at.

"I said, later, right now, we need to rescue Sakura." Lord Naruto said.
"It's possible that she might be dead already." Maru mused.
"Don't underestimate her, my wife's no weak," Father said.
"But, thank you for telling us where Shin is, you've been a big help Maru." I bow to the scientist.
"Of course dear boy." Maru smiled at me.
"Yes, I can sense him now, I'll take everyone there right away. It seems my visual prowess just came back." Father activated his Susanoo.
"Seriously? Your visual prowess was diminished? Makes sense!" Lord Naruto laughed.
"Wow," I turn my head away and snicker.
"Alright easy there, look who's talking," Father said.
"Hmm, everyone get on," Father ordered.
Lord Naruto, Sarada, and Cho Cho all stepped forward into Father's Susanoo, ready to be transported off.
"Ukai." Father looked at me.
"I'll follow," I say activation my Mongekyou Sharingan and summoning up my own Susanoo.
"Hmm, impressive. Did you teach yourself how to sommon him?" Father looked over my warrior.
"Obviously. What do you think I've been doing the decade I was out here? Sitting on my ass and picking my nose?" I sneered at him, entering my warrior.
"Very well." Father turned and entered his.
Sarada's eyes widened and she hopped out of Father's Susanoo and ran over to me, entering mine. I looked down at her with confusion but she ignored me. I mentally groaned, squeezing my eyes shut before looking back at the brat.
"What?" She looked at me.
"Why aren't you going with Father?" I fold my arms.
"I want to ride with my Brother, is that so bad?" She said to me, clenching her fists.
I rolled my eyes looking back at Father and Lord Naruto. I flicked my head and summoned up the rest of my warrior, creating wings so it could fly like Father's. Father took off and I followed suit. Sarada grabbed my arm as my warrior took off, making sure she didn't fall over.
"You ok?" I steady her, looking down at her.
"Yeah," She nodded letting go and moving to stand next to me.
I turned my eyes forward, making sure I flew us in the right direction after Father.
"Why did you lie to me?" Sarada's voice sounded.
"Excuse me?" I turned to look at her.
"Last night, you told me Mom was my real mom but that was a lie." Sarada's eyes watered.
"What did Suigetsu tell you to make you think I lied?" I scoffed.
"He did a DNA test for me with that woman's umbilical cord. It was a match." Sarada exclaimed.
"Gosh, you're the same annoying brat you always were!" I roll my eyes looking forward.
"Father hasn't seen his partners in years Sarada. Do the math! You're what? 11?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Uh, yeah." She answered.
"So think, if you were Karin's child you would have had to have been conceived 15 - 20 years ago, you would be older than me, because the last time Father saw her he was 17 - 18," I say.
"Really? How old were Mom and Dad when they had you?" She looked at me.
"20, 21," I say.
"Oh," She nodded.
