This person wants to know the main reason behind the current problem they are facing.
Hey!
No one in this world can tell you why you feel a certain emotion or feeling towards anything. Sometimes, there is no reason for feeling that way. Other times, you derive its meaning from your experiences in life before. Now in your case, it feels like you must be under a lot of stress or pressure from the changes happening in your life, i.e., your school changing, your friends changing, you moving to Canada and other things. Even if you're excited about this, it could cause some subconscious stress over the changes. You have to change your mindset, relax down a little bit and learn to accept changes. Accepting changes, as they come and go, is the best thing you can do to change your life and relax yourself more.
Accepting changes doesn't mean that you never feel the change or feel stress from it. It means you're able to acknowledge the changes and continue living with them. It means you go with the flow as best as you can even if you're scared of anything that is going to come. Obviously you're still a teenager, so you can take risks and have a good life, be brave and face these changes. You have an advantage over a lot of people in this regard simply by being young.
Now as for why you feel bad towards your parents teaching you, I'll simply suggest that you try it out for a few weeks. This is because, first, you're learning to accept the change of your parents teaching you. Second, your parents currently don't understand why you're trying to reject them teaching you. So if you study with them for a few weeks and then still are unable to like it, then just tell them that you still don't want to learn from them. This way, they will at least accept that you've tried learning from them but still don't like it.

Keep telling yourself that your parents are doing this for your own good, and convince and accept that fact. Your parents are only trying to help you, you might feel like crying and you might feel angry, but don't lash out on them. Them trying to teach you could be thought of as a ‘family activity’, it can help you and your parents become more closer to each other as well. And if you want to prove to them that you can study on your own, show it to them. Try studying on your own for a week or two and see if it causes you any problem and then tell your parents about your progress in studies and how you feel about it. Don't hesitate to reach out to us again!

In this life, I will live peacefully
One morning I woke up in an unfamiliar body. How did I end up as some swordsman noble lady? Excellent question; I have no idea. But now that i have money, power and a stable job as the duchess of a nice piece of land, I sure as heck am not going to get back. What's that? Mercenaries are creating monsters with alchemy to insure their jobs won't disappear? The prince of a neighboring kingdom has sent me five marriage proposals this month alone? The Church which I am supposed to represent is running a propaganda campaign against demi-humans? Well, the least I can do is to fix things around my fief. Oh, and just in case anyone decided to go against me, I'll form an alliance with the crafter's guild, and start working on some semblance of modern artillery.
