"Fuck!"
A harsh slap across his face. Ouch.
"I'm going to take a break.. if you don't start talking.. then burns won't be the only thing that will cover your body."
A threat. What's the point of beating him if he wanted nothing more than to forget.. to disappear. Maybe it would aid him.
Katsuki's burns were still untreated, he could see his skin peeling, a slimy liquid seeping out of it. Despite how painful it looked.. his arms were numb... he felt nothing. Everything felt numb.
Katsuki was limp on the chair he was tied onto, the ropes pulled and ruined his already torn skin.
As he sat on the chair, he began to think, 'Were they ever his friends? Or did they just use him for their evil ways?'
Katsuki sighed ever so softly, not sure if he should make any noise. Being called a villain then figuring out your friends are villains isn't a good look for Katsuki.. but he did not care. Why would he? His arms were getting worse, his peers didn't trust him... and worst of all.. the made up family that he trusted so much... stabbed him in the back.
Katsuki felt his eyes get heavy... maybe he was passing away... maybe he was leaving his troubles behind.. Hopefully he doesn't wake up.
.
.
.
"... look at what happened to him..."
"...poor thing..."
"...he will never..."
"...just..."
Katsuki awoke to incoherent sentences.. from apparently multiple different people... each voice vaguely familiar yet different. Almost reluctant to open his eyes, saddened he was still alive... So ever so slightly allowed his eyes to open, he was surprised to see four people he thought he'd never see again.
A tear fell from the single crimson eye that was opened, he shut it again.. wishing he was dreaming despite his longing for the same four people he feared.
Katsuki kept his eyes closed, he noticed the voices had gone quiet. A good thing or a bad thing? Who knows.

During the short amount of silence he noticed his arms were no longer numb, but they now itched.. they felt as if they were properly bandaged.. having been cleaned and everything.
Did they do this? Why? They were the same ones who put him in this situation.. So why? Did they wish to continue to use him? Did they not know that he wasn't trusted after what they did? Did they know he was considered the mastermind behind the plan despite him being betrayed more than anyone. It had hurt so much that he almost threw himself into the fire. He almost.. wished he did.
Without the Bakusquad.. without his true family there was no point in trying to continue to live. Yet... they had used him, let him rot, tainted him... what's the point? Were they not a family? Did they never care?
Katsuki felt tears leave his closed eyes... pathetic. No wonder they used him.. he was just a pathetic, useless, un-important individual.
"Aww.. Bakubaby.. why are you crying?" Said a soft voice, nothing but kindness spewing from a wicked mouth.
He ignored her.. didn't know if he could trick them into thinking he was still asleep.. yet did that matter?
He felt arms wrap around his waist, pulling him into the lap of one of his former friends. Being cradled into comfort.. like how it used to be only cold nights.. when they were sleeping all in one dorm.. a movie night... Katsuki remembers saying he could handle any scary movie.. then he would have nightmares for weeks on end. They accepted him for not being as strong as he made himself out to be. Helping him instead of making fun of him.
But now? He had no clue what to think.
Katsuki wanted to push back.. he wanted to yell and punch and scream to the top of his lungs about how much he hated them.. how he despised every bone in their bodies. Yet no matter how much he wanted to loathe them.. he couldn't help but miss them... missing their hugs, encouraging words, hanging out, talking to each other.. everything.. he missed everything.

Katsuki was angry, he was sad. He had so many emotions.. some he wasn't sure had names.
Katsuki wanted to open his mouth but he wasn't sure what would come out. He didn't know if he would say, "I hate you." Or "I miss you." A fifty, fifty chance.. one he wasn't sure if he wanted to take.
Katsuki felt the familiar cuddle pile.. More tears left his eyes and with those tears came sobs... loud ones.
"I hate you! I hate all of you!" Katsuki cried, his arms burned furiously as he punched and shoved the chest of whoever chest he was closest to.
Katsuki's eyes never opened, he didn't want to see his biggest mistakes he has ever made. So he continued to sob, yelling profanities and insults and he pushed and hit as much as he could.
Yet they never said anything, they just let him hit and scream... cry and shove. They just held him as they suffered the abuse.
"As much as we deserve it.. I think it's in your best interest to not move your arms as much.. due to your burns." Sero spoke up softly, holding Katsuki's arms gently.
"And whose f-fucking fault is that? Lighting me up like a f-fucking candle after us using m-me? Now you fucking w-worried about me?!" Katsuki screamed and he pulled his arms away then punched Sero in the face.
Sero sighed softly and spat out the blood. Yet he didn't seem fazed by what had happened. He almost felt bad he had hurt someone who used to help him through the hard times.. yet he wasn't sure if he wanted to dwell on the past or if he wanted to focus on the present.
Katsuki cried out, allowing his head to go limp on the chest of Sero's, enjoying his warmth despite wanting to continue screaming how much he hated each one of them.
"Why didn't you just start the fire in my dorm.. could have at least allowed me to die quickly without suffering." Katsuki cried and he gave one last hit before he broke down crying even more.
"Oh no! Bakubaby we didn't mean for this to happen!! Not at all!" Mina said with a worried glance, tears collecting in her eyelashes.
"Yeah bro! We were gonna tell you but we didn't have the chance. Then the big plan came faster than expected..." Kirishima said sheepishly, guilt consuming his facial expression.
"Yeah.. we never meant for you to get hurt. We couldn't find you after the fire started to spread.. we wanted to take us with you. We looked as much as possible." Kaminari said softly as he ran his hand through Katsuki's hair reluctantly.
"You were never meant to get hurt. We would never purposely hurt you. Never." Mina said softly, she as well had simple tears falling from her eyes.
"We should have made sure you were safe. You should have been our first priority." Sero whispered and he held the crying Katsuki closer.
"We are sorry we ruined your future... and completely understand your hatred for us.. but at least they keep you away from everyone back at UA.. they are after you..."
"And we know.. it's our fault.. but at least let us try to fix it... to give you a better future.. you can hate us.. but we still care for you.. we always will."
"There is no future without you." Katsuki mumbled every so softly, almost unheard of if they weren't paying attention.
The squad smiled sadly, enjoying having their best friend with them.
They wanted nothing more than for him to be safe. They needed to make it up... they really needed to.
Katsuki had just cried, happy and sad tears pouring from his crimson eyes and he held onto his family.
Not every family was perfect... and his was far fucking from it.
