《Soulmates Yoongi x Reader》{79 At the apartment Pt2

It had been a few hours since Yoongi had come to your apartment and you had a serious talk about everything that had happened. To distract yourselves the two of you had been watching a Netflix series. However, there still had been one thing that you hadn't talked about with Yoongi yet. You hadn't brought it up yet because you were still getting over everything that had happened this morning, but if not now when were you going to talk about it?
''Yoongi?'' You asked in a soft voice, ''Can I ask you something?''
''Sure,'' Yoongi smiled at you, ''Anything.''
''Uh, well,'' You hesitate for a moment, you knew it was a sensitive topic. Maybe it wasn't the right time to bring it up but you also needed answers and didn't want to leave it hanging in the air, ''What happened after your talk with the CEO? I know Namjoon found you under the blankets in your bedroom, but I didn't feel anything? And I mean nothing at all? I felt something before but it suddenly subsided and then there was nothing.''
Yoongi sighed, ''I just..''
He hesitated for a moment gathering his thoughts before he continued.
''Honestly, I didn't feel anything,'' Yoongi looked at with sadness in his eyes, ''I thought my life was over, I was paralyzed, completely lost, not feeling like myself at all. The real me left the moment the CEO told me the contract was terminated. BTS isn't just a job for me it's my life. I gave my youth for it, my everything. It's all I had and it and everything was just gone like that,'' Yoongi snapped his finger, ''In an instant everything I had worked for gone. I think something in me broke at that moment, I don't know how to exactly describe it.''
''It's okay,'' You grabbed his hands and held them softly rubbing them to comfort him, ''You don't have to describe it I felt it too.''
''I'm sorry,'' Yoongi's eyes were filled with sadness, even though you couldn't' feel his emotion right now you might as well have because the expression on his face said more than a thousand words ever could. He truly felt sorry for you having to feel what he had felt, to drag you into his darkness.
''You don't have to say sorry, Yoongi,'' You looked at him empathetically, ''It wasn't your fault.''
''I don't know why I became so numb to everything, I just felt like I had nothing to live for anymore. This was until you came that night. Suddenly everything hit me like a blow in the face. I had lost everything I had worked for but I hadn't lost you. You were there after everything that had happened, you were there.'' Yoongi grabbed your hand and hold them tight in his,'' You made me realize I hadn't lost everything, you were still here and so would the rest of BTS. I might no longer be part of it they were still my friends, my family they would all still be here. I wasn't alone anymore and all the emotions just came rushing back the moment you hugged.''

''I will always be here for you,'' You pulled him in close and hugged him tightly, ''I love you.''
''I love you too,'' Yoongi wrapped his arms around you hugging you back, ''Whatever happens I'll always be here for you.''
You gave him a soft kiss and just hold him until he eventually pulled away.
''Besides,'' He said, ''BigHit won't be able to take away my fame or money, I can start something new. I won't even be that difficult people already know my name, not only as an idol but also as a producer and rapper.''
''That's the spirit,'' You smiled at him, ''You know what? It might be too early for this but honestly, I don't care.''
You stood up from the couch and walked over to the fridge and grabbed a wine bottle from the fridge. with a loud pop, you popped the cork and poured a glass of wine for yourself.
''You want some too?'' You asked Yoongi hoping he would say so you would feel a little less awkward drinking before you even had dinner. He nodded in response and poured another glass, you put the wine back in the fridge and walked back to the couch with the two cold glasses of wine and gave one to Yoongi.
''On an uncertain future,'' You plopped back down on the couch and help up your glass, ''But a better one.''
''On a better future,'' Yoongi clinked his glass against yours and took a sip of his glass.
The two of you talked while sipping your glasses of wine until your phone started violently buzzing on the table. It was Jieun. You looked at your phone it was 4 pm she was probably was done with work and just now saw your message asking for an emergency meeting.
''Y/n!!'' Jieun yelled through the phone, ''An emergency meeting? What the hell? What is going on?''
You had to hold the phone away from your ear because of how loud Jieun was yelling into the phone.
''Jieun calm down,'' you replied, ''Just come over to my apartment as soon at your off work okay? I'll tell everything when you and Haneul are here.''
''When does Haneul get off work?'' Jieun asked in a much calmer voice.
''I don't know,'' You replied, ''She hasn't called or texted me yet.''
''How important is this?'' Jieun asked this time she didn't sound angry anymore but more worried.''
''Important,'' You replied, ''It's really important.''
''I'll go by her office and pick her up,'' Jieun replied, ''If it's really important we will be there as soon as possible.''
''Thank you,'' You sincerely said, ''See you soon.''
You hung up the phone and looked over at Yoongi.
''Who was that?'' He asked curiously.
''Jieun, my friend,'' You plopped back on the couch next to Yoongi, ''They don't know what happened yet, I asked them to come over after their work to tell them everything. Jieun is going to pick up Haneul and then they will come here.''

''They are coming here?'' Yoongi pointed to the floor of the apartment, ''Right now? I might need another glass of wine then.''
''What?'' You replied, ''My friends aren't that bad.''
''No,'' Yoongi replied,'' But they care about you and I can only imagine how they are going to react when they hear what happened, what if they blame me?''
''They won't.'' You patted him on the should comfort him, ''They might go and beat up the CEO but I guarantee you will be perfectly safe.''
''I hope so,'' Yoongi took a big gulp of wine and held out the glass to you like a hint for you to fill it up again. You rolled your eyes at him but grabbed the glass for him and walked over to the kitchen to get a refill.
It wasn't long before your doorbell rang and the two faces of your friends showed up at the small screen connected to the doorbell downstairs. You opened the door for them and plopped back on the couch just when Yoongi got up and started nervously pacing around the room.
''Yoongi,'' You patted on the cushion next to you, ''Please sit back down, you're making me nervous too.''
''Y/n?'' Jieun yelled from the small hallway of your apartment.
''We are here,'' You replied from the living room, ''Come in.''
''We?'' You heard Haneul's surprised voice ask Jieun.
When the two girls came around the corned they both put looked at Yoongi in shock, Jieun even put a hand in front of her face.
''Omg,'' Jieun exclaimed, ''Yoongi is here too.''
''uh...'' Yoongi looked awkwardly at the girls, ''Hi.''
''HI-i'' Haneul replied embarrassed.
''Guys,'' You said speaking up, ''Can we please keep this a little bit professional this isn't the first time you see each other.''
''S-Sorry,'' Haneul stuttered and stood up a little bit more straight before walking over the kitchen chair to sit down, ''What is going on?''
''Jieun,'' You looked at Jieun who was still standing there with her hand in front of her face, ''Can you also sit down?''
''Yeah, yeah, sure, sorry,'' Jieun quickly sat down in the other chair at the kitchen table, ''I just hadn't expected Yoongi to be here you could have given me a heads up, I look like shit.''
''Jieun...'' You rolled your eyes at her, ''You look fine.''
''So Y/n what has been going that you asked for an emergency meeting?'' Jieun asked the moment she sat down.
''Well uh, '' You replied not wanting to break the news, ''Don't you guys want something to drink first?''
''Spill it, Y/n,'' Jieun said in a stern voice, ''We know something is going on, tell us.''
''Okay, so... uh.'' You didn't know where to start, but decided to get straight to the point, '' BigHit found out about our relationship and soulmate bond.''
''What? How?'' Jieun asked with a shocked expression and looked at Haneul who looked just as shocked as her.
''I don't know,'' You shrugged, ''We are still trying to figure that out, but the truth is out.''
''What did they say?'' Haneul asked curiously.
''Well...'' You paused for a moment sighing before containing, ''We both got fired.''
''You got fired!?'' Jieun jumped up from the table shock and confusion all over her face.
''Yeah we got fired,'' You rubbed the back of your neck awkwardly.
''Wait, wait,'' Haneul shook her head, ''Did I hear this correctly, did you just say we?''
Jieun looked at Haneul with a stupefied expression as if this whole thing was all one big lie, a not so funny prank.
''Yes,'' you sighed again, ''You heard that right, Haneul. We both got fired.''
This time Jieun and Haneul look at Yoongi with confusion on their faces.
''How can he be fired?'' Jieun turns to look at you, ''They can't just do that right? He is BTS.''
''They can, and apparently will,'' You looked at the ground embarrassed after all this was all your fault, if he hadn't met you none of this would have ever happened, ''His contract states that in case of a soulmate bond the contract is terminated and the CEO has every right to fire him.''
''They can't do that do the fans,'' Jieun looks at you desperately, ''If this news will get out there will be chaos. Fans will go crazy a herd of them might even show up with pitchforks and torches at the BigHit building, they aren't just going to accept this. I am not just going to accept this.''
''World war III is going to break out if this news will get out,'' Haneul says adding some coal to the fire, ''Fans aren't just going to accept this especially not if they find out the truth about the reason the contract has been terminated.''
''Well, I think the CEO is going to play this smart,'' You reply, ''But I don't know it just happened yesterday and the announcement hasn't been made yet.''
''This happened yesterday!'' Jieun asked in shock, ''Why didn't you tell us any sooner.''
''A lot happened, okay,'' You replied, ''And please guys this has to be kept a secret you can't tell this to anyone.''
''We are still trying to find out how the CEO found out,'' Yoongi who had been quiet the whole time spoke up, ''And trying to solve the whole situation, we aren't just going to give up. But you have to promise us to not tell anyone, we can't have anyone else finding out about this.''
''We won't tell anyone,'' Haneul said and looked at Jieun, ''I promise! Right, Jieun.''
''I promise I won't tell anyone,'' Jieun replied, ''But we will do everything we can to help, but you have to tell us everything that happened first.''
You take one more deep breath before telling them about everything that happened, from the talk with the CEO to Yoongi overhearing the conversation, to your talk with Eunmi.

The Ruined Monks of Rothfield Monastery
Erin is the youngest member of the dark monks; a supernatural brotherhood whose ultimate mission is to improve the dire circumstances of poor, war-torn villages using powers unique to each member. Or so he was led to believe. Erin, like his brothers, does not age, and that is, unfortunately, the only trait he shares with them. He cannot charm or compel like Woodrow, he cannot cast illusions like Knox, he was not swift like Swithin, not powerful like Blake. He was barely an assistant to his dear brother Wilbur, with his herbology and alchemy. He was told to lie low and make himself scarce. That is what he did. The dark monks temporarily reside in abandoned monasteries scattered around the country, feeding the poor and healing the sick, nurturing the monastic lands until it was fertile enough to raise crops and rear animals. As the years passed, they would leave these reformed, repopulated, self-sustaining monasteries and venture froth to help the next settlement. Yet, after years of toiling and quiet servitude, Erin notices that people and the country itself are declining. The villagers look gaunt, the once-lush soil now barren and cracked. He begins to feel disheartened, thinking that their mission is proving futile. Still, their leader Blake is steadfast and charges onward, and lately has his eyes set on a certain monastery in a thick, thorned forest that seems to diminish, even nullify their powers. A thick forest that Erin somehow has a connection to. A thorned glade where an ethereal voice calls his name with one simple request along with a promise:Heal the land, child. Heal the land and I promise to give you sanctuary so long as you stay. I promise to nurture you as you nurture me. As Erin cultivates the land, the land, in turn, gifts all its caretakers with new, enhanced skillsets on top of their unique powers -- skills of protection, healing, and magic. Magic. Erin had long wished to see the world fill with it again. The people, regardless of common or noble blood, still believe that magic will enter this world again. Magic to bless the king like it did the Saints. Magic to dispel the miasma befouling the world. Magic to bring back the fae folk and their many forms. It is up to Erin to forge the many paths leading to a bright future; to build a prosperous paradise that welcomes all races and bloodlines, by mastering the rewards gained through agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, smithing, crafting, and fishing. Erin may also find a lifelong friendship and romance with his neighbor, Claude, if he decides to pursue him, and may even join him in the military campaign outside the monastery. The darkness still lurks outside, after all, and the mastery of his skills, along with a few good friends, may finally be enough to turn the tide in their favor. Most of all, Erin wants to keep the vow he set for himself: to protect everyone and everything he loves until his dying breath.

The Fated Series. Book #1. "A single minute without her in my arms and it felt like a lifetime." - Mateo Ramos My name is Mateo Adam Ramos. Feeling and emotions got involved, and everything I thought I knew, vanished the second I met her. A soft souled, beautiful brown eyed girl who gleams with goodness found her way into my life. I shouldn't have played the good samaritan, that was my fault. I don't want to know goodness, and yet I'm drawn in like it's the light to cure my sins. This goodness has a name, and a face of salvation and I for one know I shouldn't get involved. Guess what I do? I get involved. Because even if I don't want too that's not really how fate works, is it? You don't pick and choose fates plan, you get slammed with it and good luck to your poor soul. This is my story, the kind that was written years before I was even born, and now I'm living it. Watch me make a mess of it too, because after all, I wasn't born to follow. P.S. This book is technically #1, but I have a book before this one that's about their parents. You learn more, and get a clue about their parents and why they are the way they are. Some of the conversations in this book would make more sense by knowing the past. It's not as well written, but if you can get thought it, I promise you'll love this one even more. Of course if you rather start here, then you do you! It will make sense either way! I tired to fill in all the gaps without it getting overbearing. You can always hop back to the book before this after.
