McQueen:
We sat together on that familiar cliff edge just outside Radiator Springs, snuggling together as we gazed out at the sunset when Lightning turned to me and said,
"I can't believe Jason and Layla are 18 already! The years have just flown by!"
"I know right?" I agreed. "It seems like it was only yesterday when I met you in person for the first time at that Los Angeles race!"
"Well, I'm happy we've made it this far into our relationship." Lightning added.
"Me too." I also said. "And I look forward to everything else that's to come yet." And we kissed each other full on the lips as the sun sank low in front us...
Mater:
"Just think of it, [your name]." Mater said to me as we sat together under the moonlit sky at night. "Melanie's 18 now and she's gone off to explore the world." He looked at me. "Do you think she'll be okay?"
"Of course she will, Mater." I replied. "Because she never gives up and knows her way in the world now, just like her father." I gazed deep into his eyes.
"Yeah. You're probably right!" He admitted, then smiled as we leaned in and snuggled closer together as a shooting star soared overhead...
Finn:
I looked on my phone, because I just heard the ringtone of a new notification, and I saw a text from Fiona.
"Fiona's just sent me a text saying that her and James have just arrived safely at the airport where they want to go." I told Finn, and sat down next to him on the grass. "The years have just soared by. They're 18 already!" I added, then we looked at each other, him staring into my [eye colour] eyes, me staring into his aquamarine coloured ones.

"You're right. When you're surrounded by family, it's when you're most happy, and happiness makes things just go by, like a blur." Finn agreed.
"So, we're alone without the kids for once." I said. "It's certainly going to be very quiet in this house over the next few weeks." After I said this, Finn leaned in closer to me, and before sharing a passionate kiss with me, he whispered in my ear,
"You say that like it's a bad thing."
Siddeley:
I stood and stared out the window as I saw a plane soar overhead. Maybe it's the plane that Sarah or Peter's on, I thought to myself with a smile. Then I turned round and sat down next to Siddeley on the sofa and said,
"So, now we're alone without Sarah and Pete." I looked up at him.
"Yeah. It'll be very quiet now that they're 18 and have gone to explore the world." Sid agreed with me, smiling and getting lost in my [eye colour ] eyes. "But they know there way in the world now." He paused for a moment, and snuggled next to me. "I love you, [your name]."
"I love you, too, Sid. We've been through so much together. I always have loved you, and I always will. As long as I live."
And just like that, we cuddled together and shared a really long, passionate kiss on the lips.
Almost like the happily ever after of a fairy tale.
