"Penelope started second grade this year." I played with the grass beneath me. "She's so big, she loves to read and sing songs just like Harry. She's likes to play in your garden, always talking to the plants just like you taught her." A smile was on full display on my face. I lifted my head up, staring at the clouds passing through. The wind blew softly against my face and through my hair.
"Danny.. He's talking now. A total blabber mouth." I rolled my eyes with a light scoff. "If you thought Penelope talked too much... This one sure is an earful. But I love it, seeing him grow up I mean. When I first met them he wasn't even walking. And now, he can't sit still."I laid down on the blanket, taking a deep breathe. "Asher is huge too, him and Danny are best friends. Danny loves playing with him and running in the yard... Trampling all over your garden bed." I chuckled.
"Harry's great.. We're doing really good. We went to go visit his mom and sister last month. Their hometown is beautiful. You would've loved it.." I whispered. I sat in silence for a moment, closing my eyes and taking in the sounds of the nature that surrounded me.
I sat up and placed my hand on the tombstone.
"It's been one year since you left.." I whispered softly. Mommsy fought longer and harder than doctors thought she could. They predicted 7 more months at the time she moved in with us, grandma proved them wrong and fought for another year. "I miss you every day." I promised myself I wouldn't cry today and I mentally scolded myself for letting tears well in my eyes. "Every day has been hell without you.. I just want to hug you, talk to you, cook with you." My heart ached.

"Enough of that.. I have something I want to tell you." I smiled, sniffling up the snot in my nose and dabbing away the tears in my eyes. "I'm pregnant." I chuckled out a breathe.
"God it feels good to finally say it out loud." I smiled. "You were the first person I wanted to tell." I nodded, dusting off the dirt that collected on her rock. "I'm gonna tell Harry later today.. I'm nervous but so excited. We haven't been trying to have another baby. Neither one of us are opposed to it, though. But this little one happened organically, not planned." I placed my hand on my stomach.
"This time it's going to be okay. There's no more worrying about someone hurting me or the baby. This time they're gonna make it." I said aloud, maybe convincing myself that nothing bad would happen. "Am I ready to be a mom? To birth a baby? To raise my own child?" I breathed out. "I told myself, I hope that I'm just as good a mother as you were." I nodded, smiling. "Thank you for being the perfect example."
"I can't wait for you to meet them when they come." I grinned. "I'll tell them all about you. How you raised me, how you taught me everything I know." I nodded to myself. "I miss you.." I said again, my voice dropping.
"I'll come see you soon, I know Harry and the kids want to visit too. We'll have a little picnic." I smiled at the thought. "I love you, Mommsy. See you soon." I said as I planted a tiny kiss to her tombstone.

My goal though is to give you a satisfying story, so that dictates when and how Niall's stats and skills change. I can reassure you that I fully intend for Niall to become immensely powerful, but I want you to feel like he has earned every level in a realistic way.
