Skye hungrily waited for his food. This was the first time Prince was cooking and he was excited to taste the food. The delicious aroma in the house had already made his mouth water.

He gasped when Prince placed the cooked steaks on the table.

"Your steak my dear" Prince says taking a bow.

He poked it with the fork and looked at Prince who was wearing a proud smile.

"Babe.....its....it's coal"

Prince wanted to die. He thought watching a YouTube video would help but turns out it didn't.

"I know right! That oven isn't set up right".

Skye face palmed.

"How about we make it together, I'll teach you. No YouTube video"

"After you"

Prince watched Skye prepare the meal. Was Skye happy to be here? Was he happy to have his picture taken every time he goes out?

"Skye?"

"Yes honey?"

"Are you happy?"

He frowned and turned to face the Prince.

"I am....do I look unhappy? I'm sorry"

"No it's not that....your life did a whole turn around and I can't help but feel we'll burn out like a candle in a few years"

Skye smiled at him. Prince was thinking about their future?

"Prince, I love you. Yes I love you. And nothing in this world will take me away from you. Remember that"

He nodded and felt like a weight was lifted off his shoudlers.

"I want you to be happy"

Skye held his hands.

"I want us to be happy, that's all that matters, forget the press, the media. We're here for each other"

He leaned in for a kiss but Skye's phone ringing made him groan.

"It's Benedict. He must be back from his date"

Sarah was in the kitchen having dinner, in her hand was her phone and she was smiling as she saw pictures of Skye and his fiance looking all happy, the pictures were from earlier when they went shopping.

"Good evening"

She looked up and smirked.

"Hey sweetie, you came back late"

Benedict sat down and nodded.

"I was on a date"

She looked at her son, she could immediately tell what had happened during that date. She took. sip of her wine.

"Did you have fun?"

"Yeah, it was amazing" Benedict says recalling what happened, He hopes they do it again when they meet and hopefully more.

"So what should we do today?" Sarah asks.

"I want to know about your sister, tell me everything"

She frowned. Why would Benedict want to know about that evil bitch?

"She......let's just say, we never had pets in the house because she'd snap their necks when they tried to come close to her. One time she even broke my arm over a doll, which was mine. Vivian was psychotic and i pray to God that wherever Edward is-" she paused. Oh shit. She slipped.

Benedict looked up in shock.

"Edward? As in.....no"

She grimaced.

"Benedict I-"

"No......it can't be...we're related to that thing? Does Skye even know?!"

"Skye doesn't know and he should never know....it will destroy him"

He looked at his mother in shock.

"I can't believe this"

Sarah sighed sadly. This was just a mess.

"Benedict honey, please don't tell Skye about this.....he's been through enough"

He sighed. If it was for Skye's happiness then he'd oblige but on the other hand,

"What if Edward tells him?"

"We deny it. If Skye gets to know it's the truth, he'll leave Prince and run away with the child, we don't want that"

"You're right.....you should have told me though"

She smiled and held his hand.

"You have your own life going on now, i don't want to bother you, especially when you're moving out soon"

He gasped.

"Moving out? Why would I do that?"

She laughed softly.

"You're 25 honey, time to leave the nest"

Oh....so it was time. It seems things have been going into place for him lately.

"Let me go update Skye on how my date went"

"Wait wait....you had the perfect place to do it and you chickened out?"

"Skye this is a dick up the ass we talking about! Of course i chickened out!"

He giggled shaking his head.

"Okay then how did he react?"

"He uhm....he fingered me"

Skye gasped.

"Bro you're such a slut"

He heard Benedict laugh on the other line.

"Okay I'll leave you to your royal duties, what do you do anyways?"

He sighed.

"Just eat and try to make out with Prince, hopefully i get laid before we can't until the baby is born"

"Try the omega in heat thing"

Skye frowned.

"You've been reading omegaverse again haven't you?"

"It's the best! Like this book I'm reading, the omega is an alpha bro he's like an Omega Alpha or something"

"Benedict get some rest, I'll stop by tomorrow"

He laughed and hanged up. He turned to Prince who was busy grilling the steak.

"Babe so i was thinking"

He looked up with a smile.

"What is it?"

"I was thinking of us spending the day with my mom....it's been a while since I've seen her"

He nodded and hugged him.

"We'll leave tomorrow morning and return in the evening, we can even have a picnic"

Skye smiled and leaned in for a kiss but he stopped himself. He didn't want to rush Prince.

"Why did you stop?" Prince asks.

"Oh uhm....i didn't-"

His eyes widened in shock as Prince kissed him, their breathing turned heavy as Skye was picked up and placed on the counter. His maternity shirt was lifted over his head.

"Oh my God" he whispered

Skye covered his chest in embarrassment.

"No let me see....you're so beautiful"

He blushed and let his arms drop to his sides. He whimpered as Prince ran a finger down his busty chest.

"Prince....you don't have to"

Prince nodded. He knew it was too early but....it's been too long since he touched his partner and if he wanted to move on from what happened.....he'll have to take this big step first.

A shiver went up Skye's back as Prince pulled him closer, he felt Prince's hot breath on his face.

"Skye" he called him.

He looked up. Prince gulped, he'd never seen Skye so vulnerable before, it was like he was begging for it.

"I.....I'm sorry I can't"

Skye's heart broke. His shaky hand touched Prince's face and he smiled weakly.

"It's okay.....I'll wait. Be it a year or a decade....I'll wait for you baby"
