You feel weak

Lost in your thoughts

I'm stupid

I don't belong

You feel darkness in you

You try to distract yourself

but When the distraction is over,

yourself comes back

Nothing hides you from the mirror of darkness.

I Suck!

I'm useless!

Darkness yet again as you agonize about you

But once someone tells you don't worry about it.

Then you somehow make yourself stop.

Those thoughts disappear.

And all the lies

And the things you need to do

fade away as light comes.

It's no longer dark as you start thinking

about all the wonderful things you do.

It's yellow light.

It's red, maybe the dark will come.

It's green, it's soon disappearing

It's pink and purple and the light is back.

Thinking about my gratitude instead.
