Do you ever have these one romance affair that just sends you over the hills, you're caught up in the moment full of joy, smiling like a crazy person before you realize it's all gone and you're on the floor with your heart broken?

You think, no, I've just fell in love with the wrong one!

I'm never going to fall for someone like that again...

And then you do...

Maybe this broken heart is not the last string to make you realize you don't want this feeling again, or maybe it takes you many runs to let your heart break until you truly realize, I don't want this.

And usually instead of thinking I don't deserve this kind of love, I deserve one that makes me feel warm and special and loved during my down times and good times, usually the first thought that comes is: "I've given up on love..."

Or, "does love exist?"

"I don't want love...."

But no, true love isn't this hard, love isn't the fights and the fists and the sex, it's the warmth and the affection, the pain and being together through it all. Sure there will always be arguments and you'll always feel pain, but true love doesn't make you feel scared after a fight, you should know they still love you even if they're mad at you. If you can't feel that love in them, then that isn't true love, even if they say they love you after the fight.

The problem is who it is you're deciding to love, not love itself...

The truth is, these bitches are bitches, stupid boys who are lost and don't realize that people get hurt by their mistakes, the words they throw, and how easily they get "over you", but you shouldn't hold the burden of their lack of emotions and love for you.

These boys, and most boys, are just not emotionally aware/ available, and what you just thought to yourself, what you wrote down, told someone, is probably so hard for these boys to realize/ express these emotions and you probably don't even realize how strong you are to have expressed these feelings.

Well, I'm going to tell you, YOU ARE STRONG!

They're just boys that continue making mistakes and you don't deserve to be driven with regret, sorrow and confusion because of them. Let them go.

You'll find the right person when it's needed, but for now, focus on you, focus on how much YOU love yourself because that's the best love anyone can give you!

Don't give up on love, just decide to truly let go of these lost boys, you can send them some hope and guidance along the way and hope they get their act together but that's all you can do for them.

Now, what you gotta do is focus on you, continue writing down your feelings, expressing, listening and of course, continue to love!

Love is what makes this world go round, or at least strive, so don't give up on that. It might be hard at times to love, but that's okay, just trust the process.
