Others said so too, saying you embodied it even though there came a judgment voice to declaim such a compliment, but, girl, you did it!
Who cares if other people couldn't see it and who cares if they did, what matters is what you felt inside!
Open up, scream, let it out. You should be proud. You expressed and made it through another struggle and threshold and now, now you see, you've seen the change, the good and amazing change that has happened, you've evolved! You're better than when you started, more stronger, more confident! More you!
Let out those thoughts, the anger, the lies and judgments, they're gone... They might creep around the corner, but you'll go the other way, I believe in you.

When you've done something new, faced a challenge and then your inner thoughts come out with judgments, competing with your small compliments that seem to dim and silence, the anger and fears are begining to win.... Do this...
Write every thought you experienced, each one is true to what you're feeling, possibly sad, possibly a bit proud and can't truly feel it...
Write both the dark sides of your experience, the sad thoughts and then force a few words of positivity and pride .... And, always, the light will outshine the dark.
The angel and demons you might say. They speak to you in their most truest views and points and let them speak, capturing their eccesence, comparing possibly both of their outcomes and then let the angel and bright side speak. Let it show you all its positive true words and they might out weigh all of the negative in your thoughts, but let their words flow through you even though the list for the bad thoughts might be longer, find ways to compare it to the negative and make a positive thought out of it...
Example:
Judgment thoughts - negative thoughts
You looked stupid.
The bright side- positive thoughts
You were expressing yourself in the best way you could!
Judgment thoughts - negative thoughts
You're dumb.
The bright side- positive thoughts
You're learning and evolving, getting smarter and smarter and I'm so proud of you!

It's been a while hasn't it? Since I disappeared. Sorry this couldn't be under better circumstances, but let's just agree that it's better late than never. I've been finding my way back since then, traveling across worlds of magic, science, even eldritch locations. I've seen things you wouldn't believe, and some I'd prefer you didn't. I'll tell you everything, even what I became in the dark. A long, long time ago, hahah... Never mind. Let's just start. My intention is to explore every. single. world I can think of from scifi to high fantasy, hopefully forming an overarching storyline along the way. I hope to be able to explore most of the settings, most of the tropes, and play with them in multiple different ways. However, this also means that many of the tags will only apply for specific sections of the story... As the first arc is now completed, chapter titles will be slowly edited to include the world involved, and then any relevant tags. In a forest not too far from civilization but not too close to see constant travel a small family of wolves had just grown as the newest litter had been born. the forest had many names yet the one shared by the inhabitants themselves called it " The Grave Of The Progenitors " once many centuries perhaps even millenia ago the ancestors to every species of animal / beast had been born in this forest. Later on as they spread all over the world no matter where they went no matter how long had passed these progenitors knew where their home was and at the end of their lives as they had been the start of their species and every other they would return to give back what was left of their lives to the forest it began yet before their passing they had decreed one law 1) If a cub is left without kin, the most capable family / pack / herd / troop must take care of said cub and treat them as blood until they are capable of surviving for themselves. And now on a normal day the forest and soon the world would witness a new species.
