i walked into the cafeteria and looked around for eddie and stan

they were sitting at a table near the middle of the room, so i walked over to them with my lunch

when they saw me, it looked like they had seen a ghost

'what's wrong guys?' i asked them, they were acting super suspicious

eddie looked at me worryingly,'you're not mad? or upset?'

i looked at them both confused,'what would i be mad or upset about?'

i sat down on the bench and brought out my lunch while waiting for their response

then, right as eddie was going to answer, stan interrupted him,'wait, eds! he doesn't know! don't say it, it'll crush him to bits!'

now i was even more confused

'spill it, kaspbrak!' i told him

eddie and stan both shot each other a 'should we say it?' look

they both nodded, and then eddie spoke up,

'well, i guess you didn't hear this, but your 'master plan' of getting victoria back...'

eddie stopped halfway

'edward kaspbrak tell me right this second about what the fuck you are talking about!'

eddie took a deep breath as i waited for his response

'if it wasn't going to work before, then it definitely won't work now..' eddie stopped again

'ugh! spill it, we don't have all day!' i yelled, people around the cafeteria looking at me

stan decided to speak up,

'um richie, obviously you haven't heard, but... victoriagotaboyfriendandidontthinkyoulllikehimonebit' he blurted out

'VICTORIA GOT A BOYFRIEND?! who the hell?!?!?!?!' i screamed again, more people looking at us but i didn't give two fucks

i tried asking them a million times about who it was, but they wouldn't budge one bit

'fine, if you guys won't tell me; victoria will' i huffed and got up out of my chair to see who victoria was sitting with and where she was in the stupid cafeteria

after scouting the cafeteria for about five seconds, i saw her

i stomped over to her table and could hear stan and eddie running behind me

almost all the kids in the cafeteria had their eyes on me, waiting to see what i would do next

as i approached victoria, she still didn't see me

but that annoying ass-face that was sitting next to her did, and told her that i was coming

as soon as she saw me she rolled her eyes,

what happened to us

'is it true, hot stuff?' i asked her to piss off the idiot she was sitting by

she ignored me and continued to talk to the ass face

'victoria mia harrington, tell me is it true?'

she looked up at me, and so did everyone at her table

'is what true, richard? you cheating on me when you left for new york with some british girl, then ignoring every single letter i ever sent you; and then begging me to take you back when you moved back? because if so, then it is SO true! and don't ever call me that dumb nickname again'

everyone gasped, no one except for our closest friends knew all that

and know the whole school knows

fuck her,

wait no, i love her

'not that, victoria' i lowly growled

'i meant, is it true that you're dating someone?'

she stopped looking at me and looked back down at her lunch and rolled her eyes again

'stick your nose someplace else and mind your own business, richard. now buzz off'

and with that, in an instant, almost everyone in the cafeteria went back to their own worlds and started minding their own business

except for me

i walked back to my seat across the room, and quietly finished my lunch

i didn't talk to anyone or do anything

everything had just gone to shit

vic doesn't want me anymore

she doesn't

oh no
