I got into Joans car and Frankie got in the drivers seat.

"So what are we doing first?" I questioned.

"First we're going to go to a mystery room!"

"What's that?"

"It's a room and each room has a different scenario and the door is locked and you have to figure out the mystery which leads to a key to get out before the time runs out"

"That sounds awesome!!!"

Frankie gave me a smile and than we arrived at the mystery room. Frankie walked to the front desk and I followed.

"Hi I booked a room for 4:30pm"

"What's your name?"

"Frankie Grande"

"Here you are Frankie. You have an hour to get out. Goodluck!"

"Thank you!"

Frankie and I walked into the room and the lady locked the door so we couldn't escape. The timer started and as I started to look around I kind of got creeped out. The scenario we were in was an insane asylum and it was set up exactly like one. Frankie looked at me and I could see how much adrenalin he had.

"Let's start!"

We started looking through stuff and under benches and found a few clues. We pieced them together and it lead to the next clue.

Over the speakers in the room they were playing sound effects that kept making me look around. First it was a scream than laughs from little girls. I trued to ignore them and continue with the game.

We were in the middle of solving our 6th clue when the lights went out. The sound effects were still playing but everything else seemed to have gone off.

"This must be apart of the room! C'mon we can't give up now we're nearly done!" Frankie seemed super into it.

We couldn't see anything and I started to have a feeling this wasn't apart of the game. We couldn't use our phones as lights because we had to leave them in a box outside.

I started panicking and than I heard someone walking outside the door. I jumped as the scream sound effect played at the same time.

"F-frankie I wanna go home!"

"It's okay just stay calm, they probably just had an electricity shortage or something"

I hugged him and I could still someone walking outside the door. I turned my head to the sidr and something in the dark caught my attention. I walked over to it. It's a glowstick!

It had a very dim light but it was enough for us to see. I lost Frankie.

"Frankie!" I yelled out.

"In here!"

I followed his voice and he seemed to be in another room that was connected to our main one. I held the glowstick up to Frankie and he looked a little scared.

"What's wrong?"

"L-l-look"

He pointed to the wall and I shone the glowstick on it.

It was photos of Frankie and I in the room. At that moment I ran to where someone was walking outside the door and banged my fists on it.

"OPEN THE DOOR!"

They didn't stop walking. What the hell? I pounded the door for about five minutes and they still didn't open it. Desperate times call for desperate needs.

I got a bobby pin out of my hair and used it to unlock the door.

"Yes!" I exclaimed as it opened.

We got out and it looked like everyone had gone. Everything had been shut down but I could still hear the sound effects in the room.

I was scared. As soon as Bella opened the door I bloted out. I grabbed our phones and held Bellas hand dragging her behind me as I ran to the car. I got in the drivers seat and Bella got in the passengers. I drove straight towards home.

"D-do you think they set that up?" I asked fanning my face.

"I don't know. Let's stop for ice cream to try and get our minds of it a bit"

"Great idea!"

I stopped for ice cream and I ordered. I got chocolate and caramel while Bella got rainbow.

When we finished eating I drove the rest of the way home.

"Bella what time is it?"

"Nearly 7"

"Whoa already?"

"I know right"

When we got to Arianas house Bella and I both raced inside. We were greeted by Ari and my mum.

"How was your afternoon!?"

"Um it was weird. They must've forgot we were in the mystery room and they turned everything off so we were trapped in there for a while"

"Oh that's crazy!" Joan exclaimed.

"Yeah it was pretty frightening"

"Frankie we're leaving in a second so do you have all your stuff?"

"Yeah I think so"

"Okay. Bye my beautiful girls!" Joan gave Bella and Ariana a hug.

"Bye Frankie" they both said in unison.

I waved goodbye and than got in the car. What a strange afternoon...
