"I would not move if I were you" Allys's voice was heard from the dark, footsteps were heard until she showed herself.

She was backed up by rogues. Lots of them. Because they tend to be weak, it explains why they carried the guns.

I watch Caine as his back tensed up.

"Baby, did you miss me?" Ally taunted and I tried everything in my power to not come out and beat her ugly ass up.

Caine just stood there, watching her silently as he stood next to Thaddeus. They were both guarding the car since my mom and I was inside. Little by little, Thaddeus warriors surrounded the car protectively.

Ally noticed this and laughed. "Oh you guys are pathetic, don't you think we can just let you guys up with your little Luna inside?" Ally taunts again but Thaddeus and Caine stood there quietly.

The rouges that were with Ally started to block us in, and we couldn't do much but stand and wait for an opportunity. They had guns, and we didnt.

Caines back looked tense, but Thaddeus looked relaxed.

"He has a plan." my wolf spoke up.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"Ben, for now, we wait, his wolf will let us know"

"I can not wait, to kill you guys, so that I can go back, and be Alpha of your pack Aurora!" Ally laughed as she threw her rifle up. "

Caine shook his head as his body shook. "What did Aurora ever do to you?" he questioned.

Ally shook her head. "I will not say a word, but I know that her fucking mother took my kill. And I am here for her.

"You just don't know who you want to mess with at this point. Who the hell are you after Ally?" Caine questioned again.

"Shut the fuck up!" Ally shouted as she pointed the rifle to Caine.

My mom saw me move to the door, but she pulled me back.

"I just got you back, you are crazy if I am going to let you out there," she whispered tiredly and I relax. "Also it looks like she wants me to come out. Let's find out what she wants." My mom dared.

"No!" My wolf shouted.

I pulled my mom back.

She gave me a look. "My wolf doesn't want you out there right now."

"Why?" she asked tiredly. I wasnt liking how weak she was looking right now. She was looking more tired than she did a few moments ago.

"Get Down!"

I didnt think twice as I pull my mom down.

Not even a second pass when there were bullets flying around, breaking the glass of the car. Right then The front doors open and Caine and Thaddeus get in.

"GO, GO!" Caine shouts at Thaddeus as he puts the car in drive and speeds off.

"What the fuck is happening?!" I shout as Bullets were still hitting the car. I could feel my mothers body shaking as I tried to hold on to her as tight as I could.

"Get down and stay down!" Caine shouted as he ducked down as well. His large hand reaching for my head and pushing it down protectivly.

"Ben happened, he came and ambushed Ally and the rogues."

"You guys have guns too?"

Thaddeus smirked. "One thing I learned is that as the world adapts, we got to adapt with it. Modern times, call for moderned weapons. Anything I can use to protect my pack and my family I will get my hands on and I will use."

Thaddeus was driving fast down the curvy roads. The lights of the other cars were flashing behind us as they tried to keep up with our car. The sounds of gun shots dying down told me that we were nw far away and hopefully out of harms way.

"Shit," Thaddeus cursed as he started to speed again.

"What happened now?" Caine asked as he looks back to the other cars that were driving behind us.

The windows to our car were all shattered due to the bullets that flew through. There were a few bullets inside the car too as they landed around us.

"Those damn fuckers!, Fuck!" Thaddeus cursed again. "Ben and his group are pulling back, Alley got away, but fucking Lycans appeared.

I sat up and pulled my mom up too, we adjusted our set belts since Thaddeus driving was reckless since he was trying to get out to the pack and out of harms way. Just when I put my seat belt on, the sound of motorcycles get louder. I look to my left and see Ben riding a mortcycle along side dozes of other dirt bikes. Each bike had two people on it. One was driving it and the other was in charge of shooting.

Ben was shooting as a guy was driving the motorcycle. We made eye contact and he winked at me before looking away, his eyes became rough as if he spotted something. He lifts the rifle and shoots at what ever got his attention.

"Lycans are battling out back now, looks like the rogues are dead, but Lycans replaced them."

"We will be taking the battle to your doorsteps then we they keep on following us." Caine states.

Thaddeus looks at me through the review mirror before his eyes focus on the road again.

"Do you suggest that I keep on driving while you stay back and fight the lycans off?" Thaddeus questioned

"Yes, that is exactly what I am saying"

"You are not doing that Caine" I interrupt as I take my seat belt off and move forward so that I was practically next to them. "You are hurt Caine, dont you think I was going to be able to smell the blood pouring out of you right now?" I question as I look down at the side of his stomach.

"Its just a bruise, I can fight them and delay them, even if it takes me all day."

"There is no need, they wont be traspassing the pack territory." Thaddeus says as he takes a sharp turn.

I look at him confused. "How are they not going to be traspassing, I doubt that they have any recognition about pack rules, especially if they are brand new Lycans from human blood." I say as I look back to the side, to watch as the motorcycles kept up with the cars. It looked like they were protecting us as they rode next to us.

"We have witches in my pack, they put up a strong protective barrier along with some silver dust. They are going to have a hard time getting past what ever magic they put up." Thaddeus shared as he took another sharp turn.

Caine sucked his teeth at this. "Not you too believing this witch shit"

"They are very real" My mom chimes in. "Especially the European ones."

"Caine it surprises me that you saw what Marcus did that day and you still dont believe, we are literally mystical creatures."

"So if they are real, why cant they bring the dead back? the men that you just lost? huh?"

"Caine stop' I threaten.

He stays quiet and I put my hand on Thaddeus shoulder. "It is great that the witches can protectus, hopefully that will give is time to formulate a plan against the Lycans."

"You know Caine-

Oh here we go. I rolled my eyes. Now was not the time for any of this stuff. "Guys, stop, lets not do this now"

"No I am going to say it because I am tired of his bloody attitute-"

"Guys stop!"

"No let him talk" Caine states camly.

"I know my pack will be protected because the witch thats in charge of taking care of the barrier is my mother"

Both Caine and I turn to him. A she wolf thats a witch was unheard off. Usually witches would be humans but werewolf? But then again, here I was, with two mates.

"Your-mom...how did that happened?"

"She was born with it...okay we are here" Thaddeus says as the gates to his pack open up. We drove a bit until we passed the second gate to enter to his estate and pack.

He parked the car and we got out of the car. Thaddeus helped me and Caine helped my mom. I turn around and gasp when I saw the condition of the car. There were big bullet holes everywhere.

It wasnt long until Ben and his men caught up with us. They all parked up their motorcycles and checked on one another. Some men were crying for the ones lost in the car explosion and others hugged each other in relief to know that their friends were okay.

Thaddeus gatherd them all as he was going to speak to them.

"The barrier is up, on both gates. Some of our men will be on the look out just in case a Lycan feels brave. So go home, rest, be aware of your surroundings but trust that the barrier is up and that we are safe. We will mourn our lost ones when the battle is over. For now, alert your families, and prepare for battle tomorrow.

Thaddeus dismissed his men as they bowed and left for their homes to rest and prepare for what ever was going to happen tomorrow. I didnt wait for him as I bowed to his men in respect and they bowed back. I took my mom inside the house and leaf her to one of the guest rooms that was a few doors down from my room with Caine and Thaddeus and I helped her get settled in. I had some of the girls bring in a few things for her and the pack doctor came in to check on her and make sure she was okay, after they left, I stayed with her until she fell asleep. We didnt talk or said anything to each other, we just quietly held each other.

My mother was strong, and I hope that by having her by my side now, that we can work on things and I could help her. I know that the time that she spent alongside Victor must have been killing her slowly. I remember when she told me that her wolf has been quiet for many years. Being in a constant state of stress, sadness, depression will make your wolf go quiet or even die out. I hope that she will come too.

I closed her door and turned to find Thaddeus waiting for me. "Come with me" he says and I quietly follow. He leads me to our room.

"What are we doing?" I asked surprised when we walk into a dim light bedroom.

Thaddeus turns to me and cups my face in his hands.

"We are going to treat our Queen to the best night of her life," Thaddeus whispers next to my ear before capturing my lips with his.

I wanted to forget all that has happened these past few days. My mind needed to be elsewhere, that wasn't Lycans, Ally, or everything that I was feeling with this newly gained Lycan power.

But most of all, I needed my mates.

Even if we had the enemy at our gates, I didnt wanted to think about any othat. I wanted to be here, present with them. I wanted to love them, and I wanted them to love me, the new me.
