"that was amazing. how did you learn how to fight like that? can you teach me, i've been trying to fight off henry bowers for longer than i can even remember—,"
bill placed a finger over his lips, like he did in his house the day stan came over. stan immediately stopped talking, staring at bill for a moment, glancing down slowly to his lips, wishing the moment could last forever.
"you better drive." bill wished to remind him, but instead, pointed towards the road, and stan got to memo, chuckling a bit, but in the inside wishing that he never reminded him.
"so, are you going ice skating with us tonight?" stan asked, trying to bring in conversation, even though that was nearly impossible with bill.
stan stopped the car in front of his own house, and bill shook my head, no, when he turned towards him.
"c'mon, if you don't go, i won't." he begged, giving bill puppy eyes, knowing if the boy didn't go, stan wouldn't either. something had changed when bill came, and he liked it.
bill shook his again, hopping out of the car, sighing stan a, thank you, before walking towards his house. something inside of him wanted stan to force him to go somehow, but he knew his mom would say no. she always does.
"billy!" he heard from the house, and smiled when georgie hugged his leg, wrapping his arms around it. he chuckled at the small boy, picking him up and walking inside with him, twirling him around, making georgie laugh.
stan watched from his driveway in awe of the boy.

bill sat on his bed, georgie on the floor, reading a small, chapter book. bill was stretched out on the bed, laying on his stomach, staring at the picture frame.

he was glad stan he put it there, even if it was hard to look at sometimes. he found himself staring at it minutes ago, and couldn't stop.
"bill!" he heard a muffled cry, and looked down at georgie, but georgie didn't seem to open his mouth or move.
bill found himself staring at stan through his window. "georgie, can you go to the living room real quick?" bill motioned though sign language, and without signing more, georgie nodded and left the room.
bill walked towards the window, seeing a pouting stan, with two coats on and ice skates in his left hand.
"stan?" he thought, opening up the window, the boy crawling inside bill's room.
"please, i beg of you. you have to come. i told everyone you are coming, they want you there." stan told him, and bill only rolled his eyes hesitantly.
bill took a moment before grabbing a sticky note, writing the note in front of stan.
"i don't know, i can't leave georgie—,"
"c'mon, think about yourself for once. your mom can look after him. or he can look after himself, he's a smart boy." stan reassured him, and bill slowly nodded.
bill nodded slowly.
"really?"
bill opened his messy closet, finding a black coat and wrapping it around his shoulders, before placing on his ugg boots, shoes that seemed girly, but bill adored.
"ready?" stan asked from behind him, and bill turned around, staring at him. something about stan made him smile, it was like people said, the little things counted. stan placing the picture frame on his bedside table, his expression when bill placed his finger on his lips, his stan waited for him before school, just so bill didn't have to walk.
"bill...?" stan asked, confused of why the boy was inching closer to him.

it wasn't until bill lightly brushed his lips onto stan that stan realized what bill was doing, and he told himself not to blush too hard, or to smile so widely they couldn't kiss, but he couldn't.
bill gently kissed against stan's lips, feeling a burst of energy since stan didn't back away, and he bit down on stan's bottom lip, stan feeling the sudden pain in his lip, but somehow adored to feeling, wanting more.
stan's hands slid to bill's waist, wrapping them around his skinny figure, and bill's hands went to stan's hair, brushing through it gently.
"woah." stan almost laughed out loud, blushing a bit, seeing bill pull back as well, hands in his coat pockets, looking slightly up at him, face flushed.
"that was amazing." stan finally let out a laugh, and grabbed bill hand. "ready to go?"
bill nodded furiously, and stan walked out of bill's room, bill following quickly behind him, his face still white with shock.
