The sun rays came in sieving through the curtains and fell right on the beautiful boy. Waking up from his sleep Taehyung found himself all alone in his room. He smiled a little remembering the previous right. A bitter sweet night that had made so many things clear. It had blown away the dark clouds of insecurities from his heart. Jungkook still loved him. Just this was enough to fill him up with a new life.
Slowly he got out of bed and wrapped the duvet around his naked body. Taking small slow steps he made his way to the bathroom wincing a little throughout. He did his morning routine and then took some painkillers before going outside to look for Jungkook.
The boy made his way towards the ravenette's room and knocked on the door. "Kook. Are you in there?" he asked but got no reply in return. Twisting the knob he entered the room only to find it completely empty. "He must be in his office." he said to himself and quickly went in the other direction.
Once he was outside the office he went inside without knocking but to his surprise Jungkook was not even there. Instead he found someone else sitting on the couch. The said person was busy with some file in his hands. It was his soulmate. Jimin.
It had been almost two weeks since he started living in the Jeon mansion but Jimin had not talked to him even once. All of the others had atleast ordered him to do things around the house. Or had asked him to fetch something for them but Jimin had not spoken a word to him. Heck! Jimin had not even spared him a glance.
"Jiminah! How are you? Have you been well?" Taehyung asked as he made his way towards the couch. He totally forgot about his initial plans as his eyes were only fixed on his soulmate now. Jimin though did not even look at him. "Jimin? Please atleast look at me. I know you are angry but please don't ignore me like that. Shout at me. Slap me. Do whatever you want but please don't behave this way." By now Taehyung was already crying. His best friend. The person who knew everything about him. The person who was his safe place was straight out ignoring him and it was just breaking his heart.

"Talk to him atleast once." suddenly a voice came from near the entrance snapping their attention. They saw Yoongi standing their while looking at them with an expressionless face. "Talk to him. He was your best friend. Just tell him what you feel baby." he said while walking towards Jimin.
"Taehyung died for me two years ago. He does not exist for me anymore." These were the only words that came out of Jimin's mouth before he got up and left the room. Taehyung just stood there frozen in place after hearing the harsh words. Did he really mean that? No he didn't. Right? He is just saying that to make me sad. These thoughts were swirling in his mind. Suddenly Yoongi's voice broke his line of thoughts.
"You brought this upon your own self. You destroyed the relations you had with your own hands Kim Taehyung. You destroyed everything with your own hands." Saying this Yoongi too left the room without giving the broken boy another glance.
Taehyung just stood their in a trance looking at the floor. What was he suppose to do? How was he going to make so many people forgive him? How was he going to remove the hatred they had for him? He couldn't figure out a thing. All he could do right now was to wish for a better future. Or most importantly for some love.
"Namjoon hyung please look into the matter quickly. If you'll find something do tell me as well." Jungkook said and Namjoon just nodded his head before exiting the room. Now turning his attention to Jin he asked. "Jin hyung when is the business party?"
"In two weeks." Jin informed. "Please take care of all the preparations and invitations. We'll be able to get a lot of allies with this party. So it has to be great." Jungkook explained. "Don't worry kook. Me and Hobi will take care of everything. You just take care of yourself. I've seen that these past few days you've not been yourself. Don't let him get to you again. I can't see you broken like before kook." Jin gently patted the ravenette's back and then smiled at him. "We're always here for you." he said before going out of the room as well.

Now Jungkook was all alone. He sighed and started massaging his forehead. There was too much on his mind lately. Ever since his marriage his mind had been occupied with something or the other. And today it was extremely worse. Why? You may ask.
When he woke up this morning he hadn't expected to see his husband sleeping right next to him. The moment was so serene that he had kept on lying there for god knows how long. Taking in the innocence and beauty before him he had felt his heart doing somersaults inside him. He had then caressed the other's bread cheeks and had smiled so widly. But then a sudden realisation had hit him.
What was he doing there? Why were they naked? He couldn't remember a thing but it was not hard to figure out what they had done the previous night. Coming back to his senses he had quickly gotten out of bed and then worn his pants before running out of the room.
Not just that but he had also not wasted even a single minute before scurring away from home so that he wouldn't have to face Taehyung. Don't get him wrong. He was himself confused about the whole situation. Thinking for some time he came up with a few answers that he would give to his husband today. He sighed heavily and said to no one in particular.
"I can't let you near my heart again."

The Helena Chronicles
Espers are really no different than humans; they look like any normal human and in general behave like any normal human. However, there are a few key differences. The max life expectancy of espers ranges from forty-five to fifty. They naturally have a knack for mathematics and are extremely intelligent in general, this is because their abilities rely on the subconscious and conscious calculations. They also have a mysterious energy source they call Focus that is generated naturally by all espers. The continent of Elestveeve is populated by three major factions, each a governing force. On the west of the continent, there is the Noble Houses that subscribe to the Deity Faith. The Houses ruling with the Deity Faith as council since the religion's founding four-hundred years previous. Controlling most of the northeast is WITCH, an organization ruled by powerful espers; claiming the mysterious Genesis as their capital, they are a whispered myth among much of the continent's less technically advanced residents. In the southeast you have Tech City, a towering monolith of a capital with four sky layers and metropolis' leveled deep underground; it is a city brimming with technical advancement and cyber integration. Each faction contends with one another for their evolutionary ideology, by devout religious worship to receive miraculous gifts, unique genetic lineage to obtain ESP, and technological integration to become something more than human. Helena, a young genius and esper, awakes in a dark room with only fuzzy memories and the company of seven other children. She must determine how she got there and how to get back to where she came from. Warning: Due to time constraints, I don't have the time to keep up on my three stories; therefore, Helena will need to go in a stasis chamber until I can find more time to write between work and life. I love my first girl so much! however, it seems she is the least popular among the fans (the poor girl T_T). This world is much bigger than my other two novels and I'm not giving up on it, but simply having to put her on ice.

Demons Don't Lie
Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
