"If we live through this, I'll follow you anywhere, woman." Garrett said to Kate next to him.

"Now you tell me." She replied. After awhile, they could hear the crunch of snow from afar.

"The Redcoats are coming! The Redcoats are coming!" Garrett exclaimed softly.

"Aro's looking for Alice." Edward mumbled softly enough but the others on their side heard him. Aro was indeed looking for Alice but once he saw that she wasn't here, he was focusing more on Avalei and Renesmee.

That's when they all heard howls and growls as the wolves came out from the trees and joined the group.

Seth and Jacob walked up to be next to Avalei and Renesmee, while the others stood behind, all on alert.

Once Jacob was next to Avalei, she looked at him. A worried but stern look on her face. She leaned against Jacob slightly, placing a hand within the fur on around his neck.

She then felt someone else hold her other hand, she looked down to see Renesmee. She smiled slightly at her and then stared back at the Volturi, mainly at Aro who was still focused on her and Renesmee.

Once everyone settled, Carlisle stepped away from Esme and went in the middle, a little ahead from the others.

"Aro, Iet us discuss things as we used to. In a civilized manner." Carlisle spoke calmly towards the Volturi.

"Fair words, Carlisle. But a little out of place, given the battalion you've assembled against us." Aro finally spoke back to my dad. That got me more angry because all this is Aro's fault. If only they just stayed away and believed us that we mean no harm, we'd all still be at our homes.

"I can promise you, that was never my intent. No laws have been broken." Dad replied.

"We see the child and your secret member of your coven. Do not treat us as fools." Caius chimed in. Yeah I can tell that he's the annoying one.

"She is not an Immortal!" Dad yelled. I was taken aback a little because I've never heard dad even yell that loud.

He calmed himself a bit, "And Avalei has been with us since she was 6. We apologize for keeping her a secret, we were just keeping her safe. As you may have heard she is unique and special. But I can assure you, she means no harm. These witnesses can attest to that. And for my granddaughter, you can look. See the flush of human blood in her cheeks." Dad started to explain but Caius interrupted.

"Artifice!" Caius called out to Aro.

"I will collect every facet of the truth. But from someone more central to the story. Edward, as you seem close to your unique sister and as the child clings to your newborn mate, I assume you are involved." Aro stated, holding out a hand.

We looked at Edward, he looked down at Renesmee, gently smoothing her hair. Then he glanced at Bella and I, as he began to walk towards them. I could sense Bella trying to use her shield to cover Edward, but he was too far now to reach.

Once he reached Aro, Aro grabbed his hand and read his mind. He saw everything he knew from when they found me to when Bella came into our lives, to when I got bitten, to when Bella gave birth and watching Renesmee grow.

After he was done, Aro let go of my brother's hand and stared back at us, "I'd like to meet them."

Edward looked back at us, telling us to come over. Seth and Jacob growled next to us. I looked over to Bella and she nodded. We started walking, I still held Renesmee's hand as she held Bella's in her other hand, Seth and Jacob on either side of us. We walked a few feet then looked back, at Emmett. He got the idea and joined us. A few seconds later, we were standing alongside Edward, and in front of the Volturi.

"Ah. Young Bella. Immortality becomes you." Aro started looking over Bella, as he was saying that, I made sure to look at Jane and Alec. And fortunately for me, they stared back at me. I kept my stern face on but slightly smirked as I felt a tingle inside of me. I had gained their gifts, even Aro's and Marcus's, though Jane's and Alec's are much more important...Just what I need if they tried anything.

That's when Aro let out a creepy weird laugh that snapped me out of my glares at the twins and look back at Aro. He was pointing to Renesmee.

"I hear her strange heart." Aro commented. Seth growled at him. That's when Bella looked down at Renesmee and nodded. Renesmee let go of both of our hands and stepped up to Aro.

"Hello, Aro." Aro thought she was going to give him her hand to read but she placed her palm on his cheek. Showing him everything she's been through.

"Magnifico!" Aro exclaimed as he pulled away, making Renesmee come back to us.

"Half mortal, half immortal. Conceived and carried by this newborn while she was still human." Aro informed the others.

"Impossible!" Caius shouted. Aro turned around to him a little angry.

"Do you think they fooled me, brother?" Aro asked turning back towards his brother. Caius let it go. Then Aro stared back at us but stopping at me.

"Ahhh and young Avalei is it? My, what a beautiful being you are. It's an honor to finally meet you" He glanced at me up and down. I glared back at him feeling a bit disgusted. Jacob growled. Having being called beautiful by others is okay but by him, it's just creepy.

"Thanks. And believe me, the honor is mine. Your highness." I said in a snide tone while slightly bowing my head. He held his chin up in annoyance but ignored my rudeness. I could hear Edward and some of my family scolding me a little for my attitude but I ignored them about it. I can't help myself, they're literally here to kill us. Why shouldn't I be rude.

"Irina's memories about you aren't as satisfying than meeting you in person. May I?" He held out his hand, wanting to read my mind. I hesitated at first so I looked at Jacob.

I nodded once then stepped forward. Making sure that my shield powers were on.

Once I was in front of him, he grabbed my hand, ever so gently. His face excited but then it fell as he found out he couldn't read any of my thoughts or memories. He let go of my hand.

"Hmm this young hybrid has acquired Bella's gift" Aro informed.

"And her relationship with the wolves are strong. Especially with that one. They share the imprinting bond" Marcus added pointing to Jacob which made him growl more.

"I see. Its very rare and unique indeed to find a hybrid with such a special gift which I've seen leads to other gifts. But I have no proof from you that you are not harmful to any of us here if you don't show me anything" Aro tested. I looked back at Renesmee then at Edward. He's already seen their minds, What more does he need?

"Alright, if you're so interested in my life. Here." I faced Aro again and unblocked my mind.

I made sure to connect to everyone's minds, including those on our side. Usually I only can do a couple at a time, I haven't tried it on this many people, so it'll be interesting.

I placed a hand in Aro's and let them into all the general stuff about my life. From when James killed my birth family, to when the Cullens took me in, to when I was growing up as a human alongside of them.

Fast-forwarding to just 2 years ago when Bella came into our lives and when we faced James again. To when he bit me, changing me and waking up to find out that I am a hybrid. To me discovering my first gifts, to Bella's birthday, to my family leaving, to me hanging out with the pack and to me imprinting on Jacob.

Then I fast forwarded it to when Jacob kissed me, to when Bella left to save Edward and when I was in my depression stage during my birthday and graduation week. Then to when we had to deal with the newborns and Victoria and when I got hurt to when I told Jacob we needed time apart, and to my time in rio.

Jumping to when Bella got married and came back pregnant, to watching Renesmee being born and Bella die. Then to watch Bella come back a vampire and Renesmee growing so fast, to when Irina caught us. And finally to when we found witnesses and to right now.

Everyone now knew almost everything that had happened in my life. Though, I sparred them the details.

I took my hand back as I was finished and stepped back joining the others again. Everyone felt shocked and amazed. I guess they didn't know I could project my powers to affect more than one person...heck I didn't even know if it would work until I did it.

Aro had this surprised look on his face and then snapped out of his trance. They all looked around at each other.

"I can see why they've kept you hidden throughout all these years. You really are a special and powerful being." Aro smiled at me. I continued to hold my strong composure as he then looked over at his brother. We started walking back to our side as he did so. Jacob and Seth made sure to both growl back at the Volturi before joining us.

Once we settled back in our spots, I heard Jacob speak to me via telepathy.

I looked over at him and shook my head a bit, cracking a small smile.

I replied smirking.

"Bring the informer forward." Caius called out which snapped me out of my little conversation with Jake.

Some of the guards then brought Irina to the front. She was looking at her family behind us.

"Is that the child you saw?" Caius asked, referring to Renesmee.

"I'm not sure." Irina stumbled out.

"Jane." Caius called, I knew that was his call to allow Jane to use her gift but was stopped as Irina spoke out again.

"She's changed. This child is bigger. And Avalei hasn't and will do no harm to any of us" Irina answered.

"Then your allegations were false." Caius ended.

"The Cullens are innocent. I take full responsibility for my mistake." Irina stated, she looked back at us and mouthed, "I'm sorry."

Before I knew what was happening, Caius looked at his guards and they stepped up to Irina.

"Caius, no!" Edward shouted but that's when the guard tore off Irina's arms. My eyes bulged out in horror seeing what happened next.

"Irina!" Tanya and Kate screamed as we watched their sister's head get torn off her body by Felix then put to flames by Caius. I've seen vampires die before like the newborns and Victoria and such but seeing the way Irina went, was...something.

We looked back to Tanya and Kate as they tried to advance forward to the Volturi, some of us tried to stop them but with Kate's powers, she shocked everyone who got in her way. Tanya also was in a rage that no one could stop her.

While all this was going on, Bella placed Renesmee onto Seth's back. And Rosalie came over to make me go on Jacob's back, he bent down for me to get on. Dad thought this was a much better way to stick together than for me to phase into my wolf as well.

Some of the other witnesses finally got a hold of Tanya but Kate was still on the run, I was going to use my telekinesis to trip her or something until Garrett got a hold of her but struggled as she used her gift on him, making him wince while holding her back.

"Blind them." Edward said to Zafrina. She used her gift to do so. Their eyes went black.

"Give me my sight back." Tanya exclaimed within Emmett's and Eleazar's grasps.

"Tanya, this is what they want. If you attack now, we'll all die." Edward stated to the both of them. I used Jasper's gift to calm them and once they did, they understood and Zafrina gave them their sight back. The others let them go as soon as they calmed down.

When we were all back to our spots, Edward being the last, I heard Jane say, "Pain."

We all looked over at Edward who started to fall to his knees writhing in pain. Jane was using her gift on him. I was going to give her a taste of her own medicine until Bella stepped forward, using her shield power to protect all of us.

"It's working." Edward said as he joined us again, not affected by Jane's gift anymore. Once we were secured, I could see Jane trying to use her power on any of us but it didn't work. Jane looked confused as to why her gift wasn't working but that only made Bella and I smirk. Jane tried to step forward but her brother held her back.

The Volturi all exchanged looks at each other. Knowing they are up against a strong defensive team. Alec tried using his mist of blindness to us but Aro stopped him. We heard the wolves growl more from behind us.

"Aro, you see there's no law broken here." Dad spoke.
