(I may add in random Characters I make from this point forward) It was the Morning after the Rating Game, Rias and her peerage were transported to the Gremory Estate's mansion for a party to be held in honour of her win against Riser, every main Devil family came, including the Phenex Family, minus Riser. everyone minus Issei, Harvey and Io, were dressed up, Issei, because that was his normal clothing as well as the one he wears to school, and Harvey and Io because this was new to them.

"My dear little sister, well done in winning the rating game!" Sirzechs Lucifer, Rias' older Brother and the current leading Maou ruling over the devils, tried hugging his twin sister, whilst she couldn't avoid it, she couldn't stop feeling embarrassed in front of her peerage, "And you must be Issei Hyoudou, it's a great deal that the current Red Dragon Emperor is in her peerage, it just means that we have a strong ally." Issei was also a little embarrassed from the compliment as Sirzechs turned to Harvey and Io, "and you are?" "That is Harvey and his lover and Attendant, Io, they come from another Dimension," Harvey held out a hand with a smile Sirzechs also smiled and took it, "Fascinating, You must be very strong if you were able to defeat Riser and his immortality so easily."

"Revenants like myself and Io are immortal ourselves, cursed to be revived when we are killed unless our heart is pierced," Sirzechs' curiosity got the better of him, "What's a Revenant?" Rias came in and quickly explained who and what Harvey and Io are, what they can do and whatever else Io discussed to her about. "My oh My, so there was someone like you?" "I gotra through lucky." Harvey was only an inch taller, but after inspecting Harvey's aura, it was blood red and raging, strong too, almost, if not, equal to Sirzechs' own strength which almost scared him. "Well anyway it's good to have you both here." He left the group to mingle around and went up to the front of the Main hall.

"May I have Everyone's attention!" He spoke, everyone stopped and turned to Sirzechs, "I would first like to congratulate my little sister on her win against Riser, against all odds, she was able to defeat him thanks to the effort of her knight, being able to completely disable the healing ability of the Phenex thanks to a power he has!" Everyone watched the rating game and knew who it was, looking over at him. "Secondly! I would like to announce that due to this being a very unexpected outcome, Rias will be allowed to choose whoever she wants to marry, meaning that she's open for it," "Rias groaned as Sirzechs grinned, "Anyway, with that over-" The main hall doors opened, a surprise face showed up, "Welcome Riser," "Where is he!?" Sirzechs smiled, "Where is who?" "The one that humiliated me!" Riser was angered, he had only just regained his healing ability.

Harvey moved through the crowd as a massive circle formed around the two, "there you are! How dare you humiliate me! The almighty Riser!" turned and looked at Sirzechs who simply shrugged, "I want a duel! I want to humiliate you more than humiliated me," Riser's face was full of anger, "A duel will be allowed only if the recipient accepts," Harvey shrugged, "Sure, Why not." "There you have it then, Riser, what do you want as your prize if you are to win this fight, "I want his little lover girl for myself and for his head to be put on a stake," "Are you announcing this as a fight to the death?" "Yes! he humiliated me!" "Then Harvey, if you are to win this fight, what do want as your prize?" Harvey took time to think as he had never been in this situation; he soon landed on something though, "I want a constant, weekly supply of Blood, without it I could become a monster fare worse than you could imagine," "If that's it, then the fight to the death shall start now."

Harvey and Riser stood several feet opposite each other in a large gladiatorial arena. A mistle appeared in front of him and Harvey activated it, it glowed and became much whiter. Riser stood ready as Harvey cooled his head and equipped his blood veil and Sword that simply appeared out of nowhere. "This is a Fight to the death, any interference before the death of those that are defeated will result in punishment chosen by the victor, let the duel begin," Grayfia announced before Riser sent a barrage of fireballs, Harvey simple held his sword up like a shield long-ways as he hid behind it, running towards Riser. The sword shielded his from the fire.

When the barrage died down, he got as close as possible before initiating Triple annihilator, the first hit sliced Riser in two along the waist, the second was a diagonal slice from his right shoulder down to the left hip, the final slice was the jump up and lunge down that sliced Riser in two from head to toe. Due to skills using Ichor, Harvey wasn't able to extract any from Riser's body meaning Riser healed instantaneously with his body parts connecting back together, Harvey, seeing this, activated his Veil's claw's special move as the Veil mask appeared and impaled it into the just healed Riser, one again draining his blood and turning it into Ichor, removing the claw, the same thing happened with blood spewing everywhere.

Ravel was extremely agitated, whilst she didn't like her brother, she couldn't see him just die, she ran up to Sirzechs, "Lord Sirzechs, please stop this duel, My brother's an idiot but I don't want him to die." Sirzechs looked over with a cheeky smile, "Just watch, I doubt Harvey is going to kill him even if it's a duel to the death." And he was right even for just knowing Harvey briefly

Harvey stared at Riser who was wriggling on the floor in pain, blood and tears, "S-stop, please- I'm sorry, I don't want to die!" Harvey's serious face deviated, He could kill the lost and the Frenzied but deep down, killing someone was never on his mind, revenant or not, for non-revenants, death was permanent, whilst it also is for them, it specifically has to be something that destroys their heart. He kneeled at the head of riser and held out a hand, Riser was perplexed, it was easy for Harvey to decapitate him in the rating game but not now, "Wh-what?" "You can die permanently, I can't, it wouldn't be fair." Riser then realised, even if he had won, Harvey would continue going after Riser if he took his lover, he would have lost anyhow.

Riser took his hand and sat up, his face was dejected but the idiot was hit with reality, it's not worth it being an asshole, "I, Riser Phenex, Retire." Riser disappeared in a blue light as it was announced, "Riser has retired, Harvey has won the fight." whilst it was supposed to be a fight to the death, Grayfia also could understand what Harvey was doing. Harvey soon disappeared in a blue light too.
