A few days later all of us get an invitation to host a show for newly debuted singers and we head over to the location to practice early in the morning. We will be leading as the main MCs so Hawon and I are both extremely nervous as it's our first time hosting an event. Seungwon on the other hand is relaxed as he socializes around having hosted this show once before. Seungwon and Han from Stray Kids meet each others eyes from across the room and quickly meet up and begin talking to each other. I look around secretly to see if Minho is there but he is nowhere to be seen, instead I see Hawon taking a deep breath standing a few feet away from me.

Although Hawon hasn't been ignoring me he still hasn't had a proper conversation with me. I could tell from the look in his eyes that he knew the real reason he was hurt wasn't because of Minho but because as his best friend I kept such a big secret from hurt and was in pain all these years. Time is the only medicine that he needs and I know his wound will heal slowly, but at some point he'll understand that he's my best friend and that he's someone I love very much.

I turn around to walk over to Hawon and ask him if he's doing okay but I observe as a girl from the crowd separates and begins walking towards him. I know her as a very good singer and am surprised that she has gone to talk to Hawon. I couldn't tell what Hawon was thinking whatsoever and being only a few feet away the room was still too loud for me to hear anything. I would later come to find out that Hawon had just had a realization that would benefit me for the rest of my life.

Hawon POV

Hawon begins to feel like a hypocrite as he stares into the girls eyes while she gives him advice on how to host the show. He feels a tug at his heart as she continues to look him in the eyes and finally understand Jina's feelings. You don't have the choice to like someone or not. It happens naturally when they make you feel good about yourself and when they make you forget the bad things and overcome your hardships. He realizes that the feelings he had for Jina were mistaken. He was just afraid that his friend would be taken away from him. While talking to this girl another part of his heart opens and lets her in. A different place from where Jina and Seungwon are. Jina is the same he thinks to himself. She has space for Seungwon and I and a space for the person she loves. Minho.

Jina POV

The show went surprisingly well and I was surprised at how Hawon seemed completely absorbed in his role as host, so much so that he had forgotten all the strange vibe he had with me. Once we get home I decide to practice more in our company practice rooms. Being the only at our company we didn't have a dance studio as we are a band so they took out all the instruments from the large storage room and cleaned it. Adding a large mirror on the wall it made me a cozy dance studio to practice in. I stand there and give myself motivation thinking about the last time I saw Minho's smiling face. I gain sudden energy and try my best to prove to myself that I'm going to dance at this concert go to Minho after this. My only wish now is to resolve the guilty situation I am in with Hawon. I no longer want Seungwon to have to live with us in this weird energy. Strangely any moment I feel stress these days all I see is Minho's smiling face looking over his company balcony. This brings a smile to my face right away and knocks it right off when I hear the door opening.

Hawon comes in slowly peeking his head from the door asking "thinking about someone?"

"Nooo" I say quietly not wanting to argue

"No need to lie anymore Jina" He says and I look up confused

"What are you on about" I say gently trying my best not to get into an argument

"Let's talk real quick" He says while motioning to a sofa in the room

I try to read his eyes but see nothing. I walk slowly to the other side of the sofa and sit down. Hawon puts his face in his eyes and leans over with shrunken shoulders as I wait for him to speak.
