Sorry I couldn't make a decent title lol. Feel free to hate me.

It's horrible...Marshall has a little scar across his eye and his head is bleeding slightly. Not only that, but I think he has a concussion. His leg is twisted in ways it shouldn't be, and shards of glass are sticking out of him all over his body.
"Hang in there Marsh!" I screamed while carrying him to my car. I gently placed him in the passenger seat, swiftly driving off. "You can't die right now Marsh! You just can't! Think about your family and the ones who love you,"
Like me, especially me.
A few minutes later we have arrived at the hospital. I quickly carried him into the emergency room where he was rushed into surgery. Hours have passed and they finally brought Marshall back and put him in room 202.
I walked in, ready to take care of him. Suddenly a nurse came in to check in on him.
"He has a concussion but he'll be fine in a few days. Do you know anyone that can take care of him? The nursed asked.
"I can, Ma'am. Can I stay here and take care of him?" I questioned the nurse. "Sorry sir but you can't; you're still a student right? Aren't you worried for your educ-"
I cut her off. "Of course but also I'm worried for him, my-" someone opened the door.
"Marshall!!" A girl cried and hugged him gently while her husband is standing there, asking the nurse what had happened.
"I don't know," She replied. "That man suddenly came here carrying the poor guy. May I ask, what is your connection to the patient?" The nurse continued.
"We're his parents, and thank you so much young man," The man thanked me, firmly shaking my paw.

"It's no problem Mr.Dally, I just did what I had to when your son needed help," I said with a little blush.
"Please, call me Cody, and my wife Jewel," The man, Cody, introduced with a smile.
"Thank you so much for saving my son," His mother thanked me, wrapping her arms around me and embracing me in a hug.
"My name is Chase, and no problem,". I introduced myself, hugging back. After the hug, we let go and I began walking towards the door to leave for school.
Marshall's mother came to me and said, "Take care of our son Chase, and please send your notes to him so he could catch up with you guys. Oh, and as for the car, we'll take care of it," I nodded and approached the nurse. "Excuse me," I winced. "But when I saved him, the car exploded, sending shrapnel everywhere,"
The nurse looked at me with a blank expression. "Ok? Why are you telling me this?" She asked.
I carefully removed my shirt, turning around so she could see the shrapnel in my shoulder.
The nurse gasped. "Oh my..Come with me! Now!" She commanded, grabbing my paw and pulling me into the OR.
I was laid on a table, where the wound was sterilized. A surgeon came in, carefully pulling out the shrapnel.
They stitched me up and sent me on my way, giving me some pain medication.
Zuma's POV
"Where the fuck is Chase!?" I silently screamed. I've been waiting him for almost an hour. Just then I saw a familiar blue car. Good he's here.
"What took yo-" I was shocked as I saw Chase with blood stains all over his shirt. "What happened?" I asked, looking him over.

"Long story. I'll tell you later, but gotta change my clothes first". He said, walking into the bathroom.
———————————————
During lunch time I decided to ask Chase about the blood stains and if he knows what happened to Marshall. After I buy Rocky a pink milk, I bought something for me too.
I walked to the table Rocky's sitting at but Chase was there. Is he's going to tell Rocky and Skye too?
"Hey Chase, you gonna tell them too?" He nodded, a serious expression on his face.
"Anyway, here's your pink milk Rocks," I gave the drink to him as I blushed.
"Come sit next to me, Zoom" Rocky invites as I blushed more and sat next to him.
"So as you guys all know, Marshall is absent today and it's because..." Chase began, taking a deep breath. "He was in a car accident. I think someone ran him off the road. I pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital,"
"Will he be okay?" Skye asked. Who's gonna take care of him?"
"And what about his education!?" Rocky asked worried.
"He'll be fine. I'll take care of him during weekends and his parents on weekdays. I'll give him a copy of my notes for him to study," The Shepard explained.
"That's a relief," Rock stated. "Wait, are you ok? There's blood in your fur,"
"I'm fine. I was hit by a piece of shrapnel when the car exploded," Chase confessed, pulling back his shirt for us to see.
We all winced, looking at the stitches. Skye looked like she might vomit.
"Let's go back to class now," Skye proposed swiftly, standing up. We all followed, walking down the hallway.

Game, Set, Match
You all know the story. The world changes, people get told by mysterious floating menus that earth is no longer the safe haven many first world countries assume it is. People gain magnificent powers. Mages are awesome. Humanity, Fuck Yeah, and all that. I've read the webnovels, seen the tropes. Nothing prepared me for reality. If this works as it should, then you'll be reading this sometime before everything changed. I hope this gives you a chance once it does. As someone on the other side of time, you cannot stop it, but you can fight it. If the world knows whats coming, and people indeed listen, this is game, set, and match.

Aethernum—Cradle of Yore
Diary Number 999, year I-don't-care, location home. Parenting. Of all I've found clear answers except for this most mundane topic. And not for the lack of trying. My library, so humongous my good friends told me one after the other there is no book it doesn't contain helped little. There are crumbling tomes of ancient magic, vocabularies depicting the evolution of the magical language itself, grimoires and holy bibles of cults long past, rows and rows filled with scrolls bearing the efforts of my magical research, contracts, diaries, letters and more. But parenting? There was none. Yet a struggle nearly every member of the Races is not foreign to. I...must have lived under a rock. Across aeons no less. What a humbling revelation.

Arachnids ; BW
"You forgetting anything?" Her husky voice rasped at me, pushing back the lump in her throat. My eyes began to water as I looked down to the ground, watching a small ant crawl by my shoe. One foot was inside the small apartment we had shared and the other, the other was planted firmly on the cement step outside. Her words echoed around in my head. Am I forgetting anything? I was forgetting you I wanted to reply. Home to me was always a person. And now.... I was homeless. [-]Black Widow x ReaderParker!Reader(GxG)
