Batra Sir calls Karan to his cabin...

: Karan Parakram SAF ka annual competition aa raha hai...tum iss baat ko tum jaante hi ho... aur yeh bhi jaante ho ki harr saal ek trainer aur ek recruit jaata hai iss competition mein...

: Yes Sir...

: Iss saal woh chahte hain ki humara koi civilian recruit wahaan jaaye ... rather than humare 1-2 years purane recruits taaki woh log humare programme ki progression dekh sake aur yeh dekh sake ki humare cadets kitna achha kar rahe hain....

: Sorry to say but sir yeh mid sessions bhi isliye hi rakhe gaye the na...toh ab dobara same cheez kyun..

: Haan Karan but kya kar sakte hain... naya programme hai aur ministry ko prove karna hai ki this will not be a fail...har step par zyaada challenges hai...aur yeh opportunity bhi achhi hai...Tumhare hisaab se kaunsa yaan kaunsi cadet sahi rahega yaan rahegi iss mission ke liye ..

: Sir mere hisaab se humen pehle ek internal competition karwana chahiye...tabhi hum decide kar paayenge... lekin sir ek problem hai target practice abhi humari start honi hai academy ne jo programme banaya tha uss hisaab se ... lekin competition mein

: Competitions ki list aa gayi hai exactly kya hoga unme yeh nahi pata.. lekin shooting nahi hai iski guarantee hai...aur jahaan tak rahi internal competition ki baat... humare paas itna time nahi hai... kyunki tumhe aaj raat hi nikalna padega because door hai...aur academy se driver jaayega lekin phir bhi post travelling rest chahiye hoga tumhe...thakan utarne ke liye...

: Then Sir mid sessions ke hisaab se Monami best cadet hai .. toh usse hi jaana chahiye...

All the cadets are called to the hall where Karan makes the an announcement of the same... Monami and Karan pack their stuff and are ready to go by the night...

They both sit together at the back of the jeep and Monami dozes off after sometime.... Karan gazes at her sleeping and admires her... Monami is about to hit her head when Karan places her hand beneath her....he sits next to Monami and makes her sleep on his shoulder...Monami wakes up after thr car goes for a bumpy ride and finds Karan close to her... Monami gets up to shift to the other seat but suddenly the car goes for another bump and she falls on Karan's lap...Karan tightens his grip on her and both share an eyelock ... Karan makes her sit on the same seat and himself shifts to the other side ...

Karan and Monami reach the other branch and both are sent to their rooms which had attached bathrooms... both take rest...

Next Morning

Karan goes to look for Monami in the mess but doesn't find her there...He goes to her room and knocks it but finds it unlocked...He notices Monami's open wet hair and he couldn't take his eyes off her... Monami notices Karan and gets shocked...He comes back to reality and asks her to meet in mess....

Karan informs her about the details of competition in the evening.. and they both strategize for it...

The competition starts and the minister welcomes everyone... and gives a speech...

The first two competitions are to test the academic skills !!! The first one is a quiz in which they come second and the second one is a rapid fire round in which they come first...

They qualify for the physical round which is a relay round which comprised of hurdle race, crossing mud pond via rope, army crawl... and they come second...

Last round comprised of using both brains and physical training that is treasure hunt...in the forests... only top 2 teams participate in this round and winner of this particular round would win the entire competition... The competition starts and after nearly 4 hours of vigorous search they are able to find the treasure... On their way back to the academy nearly a kilometer away Monami trips over a rock.... Karan helps her to walk but she fails... Karan lifts her up despite her refusal... and runs... He places her down nearly 10 m away from the academy...and she limps her way to academy ... Despite these hurdles both of them come first...

They receive the award and are congratulated by all. The minister appreciates the trainers and the programme for delivering what has been promised...

Karan and Monami take leave from the academy but due to various reasons the driver is not able accompany them... Karan decides to drive on his own... Monami offers him help that she can drive half of the way.. Karan accepts the offer and starts driving...

When they reach far from the academy they are stuck in traffic and are informed that it is due to a landslide...both of them decide to look for a hotel...
