Karan and Monami walk out of the movie hall in the mall.

"Did you like the movie Karan..??" Monami asks Karan pulling his cheek, teasing him.

"It was a lovely movie, I absolutely loved it" Karan answers her biting his cheek on the inner side.

"You know what my favourite part of the movie was when the hero proposes the female lead as he falls from the cliff. How romantic, I wish my hero also did something like this to propose me."

"I too loved that scene and since you loved that scene so much I think... wait a minute propose you by falling off from a cliff that is berserk idea from.. he was the hero Monami and it was a film I am a real human being who has to protect the country. If I fail at protecting myself from such weird fantasies and romance ideas of my girlfriend how will I do my job."

"First point Karan the gaming zone in on the floor below and the escalator is that side so we need to walk that way."

"Sorry, I was so busy focusing on my beautiful girlfriend that I didn't notice" Karan grins ear to ear.

"Stop flirting Karan and let me come to the second point " Karan's grin immediately vanishes and he makes a poker face trying to hide his scared face about what is going in his girlfriend's mind.

"Second point Karan there was no such proposal scene in the movie, actually the guy didn't even propose the girl it was her who proposed. And my dear boyfriend you are not aware of this beacuse you slept mid way" Karan senses anger in Monami's tone.

Touching his ears with his hands "I am sorry love, I am really really sorry ... had it been an action film I would have watched the entire film but slow romantic movies are a little boring... I can watch Rom-coms but slow films... not my type.. I am sorry"

"It is ok Karan, it is just that you shouldn't have lied... unnecessarily the hero had to fall off a cliff and you were going to agree for the same absent-mindedly. One question you are so cheesy and romantic how do you get such qualities when you don't watch romantic films." Monami giggles as she finishes off the sentence

"The answer to your last question is I read, I love imagining scenarios to be honest." Karan entwines his fingers with hers. "So Monami since you wanted a proposal like the movie when are you planning my proposal" He winks at her.

"Stop flying Karan" Monami frees her hand and slaps Karan on his arm. "Also you should be scared of me harming you... what if you have to compromise with your duty because of me.." Monami raises her eyebrow looking at Karan.

"I know Monami that my girlfriend" Karan places an arm across her shoulder "will never harm me and will never let me compromise with my duty. Now .. am I right..?? Or am I right..???"

"Karan"

At that very instant a gunshot is heard from the ground floor and everyone squats covering their head. After a moment Karan rushes towards the railings and notices five men with guns in their hands.

Karan immediately takes out his phone, inserts bluetooth in his ears and makes a call to the academy.

"Sir, I am at City Mall and people have been taken hostage here, some men out of which five I can see are here."

"Karan try to control the situation as much as possible there, I will immediately send a team there and also inform the higher authorities." Batra Sir replies.

"Yes Sir"

At the academy Batra Sir summons a team of Special Agents and asks them to leave for the mall. Higher authorities are informed and a team of policemen is also sent to the hostage site as a backup.

"All of you come down. Go and check all the floors and make sure no one is hiding. I want each one of them here. Do you all understand...??" one of the man orders the other men.

In no time Karan and Monami are on the ground floor on their knees and their hands behind their head.

"Collect all their phones..All of you give your phones here." the same man again ordered.

All of the people present in the mall followed the instructions except Karan who smartly managed to hand over only one phone of the two he was carrying.

The special agents team lead by Vikrant reach in front of the mall and the higher authorities start negotiations for the life of the hostages.

The captors want their people to be released from the prison for the freedom of the hostages. Amidst the negotiations Karan informs Faizi that the CCTV cameras have been deactivated and receives the plan of special agents that he has to distract the captors so that the special agents can enter easily.

Karan informs the plan to Monami and pretends an heart attack and Monami starts to create panic. She manages to grab the eyeballs of the incarcerators'. The special agents enter the mall effortlessly and are in hiding when one of the captor points his gun at Monami.

"I will shoot you" He announced

Monami kicks the person and all the special agents hold the captors with gun pointed at their heads. The people are set free. After the mall is empty one of the captor manages to free himself and shoots a bullet towards Karan but Monami jumps on Karan and the bullet hits her in the thigh.

After this all the captors that were five of them consume poison and die on the spot.

Karan carries Monami in his arms and runs towards the ambulance. On reaching the hospital Monami is immediately taken into the operation theatre and arrangement of blood was also done in advance by Parakaram team in case of any emergency needs in order to save life of Monami.
