———Eren POV———

"Yo, we are meeting Sasha and Annie at her parent's restaurant. You down?" Jean asked while filling up his water bottle in the hallway

"Maybe, if not I'll meet up with you guys later," I said while fixing my bun seeing that it got messed up by practice.

"Did you hear that Sasha and Annie finally got a new roommate?" He asked while screwing the lid on and leaning against a locker

"Mhm cool, what's her name?"

"Uh I don't know sorry," he said but he was clearly lying but I didn't call him out on it

"Gotcha," I said nodding and crossing my arms and raising an eyebrow at him "what?" I asked seeing that he was holding in a laugh

"Nothing don't worry about it," he said while waving his hand in dismissal

"You're so fucking weird you know that right?"

"You love it," he said in a mocking tone

"Yeah whatever"

"Let's go Connie is waiting for us with Ymir and Historia"

"I'll catch up later I have to go do homework," I said walking away from him not bothering to wait for his answer

"Cmon! I promise it will be fun" he yelled but I didn't bother turning around

Ok, I might be a jerk for not saying bye but do horses have feelings? Ok they probably do but I don't care about jeans

———Mikasa's POV———

We just left the dorm building a couple of minutes ago and we just got out of the car and started walking for like 3 minutes down the city streets not a lot of people were out seeing that it was 7:30 at night "Where's the restaurant?"

"It's around the corner also Connie said they have a table and sitting at the back," Sasha said while putting her phone in her back pocket.

"And here we are!" Annie said while pointing to the restaurant

The restaurant itself was nice it had a patio in the front and the theme was black and dark grey everything was dimly lit the only light would be from outside and the candles at the tables and also the lamp lights hanging on the ceiling.

"This is so pretty Sasha!"

"It really is I helped design it," she said while holding the door open for us

I and Annie both walked in and nodded a thanks to the brunette "which table?"

Sasha let go of the door and stood beside me and pointed towards the back "The back one I'll show you"

Walking towards the tables I saw that Sasha would nod towards the waitresses and waiters and give them a small smile

"Mikasa!" I looked towards where my name was being called by a high-pitched voice. Is that?

"Historia!!" I semi yelled which earned me a few glances from other people eating

The short blonde engulfed me in a hug "I've missed you" she said but it came out muffled seeing that she was still hugging me

I laughed a little then let her go and look towards the table she was at. Ymir, Connie, Jean and Armin all seated with huge smiles plastered on their faces

I walked closer and waved at them and sat In-between Armin and Jean because that was the only seat left. Annie was seated on the other side of him "hey guys"

Ymir faked gasped and held a hand to her heart "Is the Mikasa Ackerman sitting with us?! Someone pinch me is this real?"

"Haha missed you Ymir," I said while grabbing a free water in the middle of the table "so how have you guys been? Anything new?"

"We've been good nothing new same old stuff," Armin said with a small smile "I've missed you and you didn't even say bye to me"

"I'm sorry Armin I did go to say goodbye but you weren't home," I said looking at him with a small smile also on my face

"Anyways so you are going to shiganshina university now?" Connie said while trying to get his fries back from Sasha

"Yeah and I'm guessing all of you guys go there too?"

Ymir grabbed histories hand and started to crack her knuckles while looking at me "Yeah, all of us moved here"

"All as in who?" I asked now curious if all of my friends from high school moved here instead of Rose university

"So there's me, jean, Sasha, Ymir, toria, Reiner, Bert, Annie and E-" Connie got cut off by Sasha kicking him under the table "Everyone. That's everyone," he said while rubbing his shin and glaring at the smiling brunette.

"Uhm ok," I said confused why Sasha kicked him

"So Mikasa anything new? Any boyfriends?" Toria asked with a wide grin

"No, I'm not really looking for a relationship right now"

Jean snapped his finger and shook his head "dammit I was gonna try my luck" he said with a small chuckle

"As if Jean you tried it all of middle school what changed now?" Sasha said with a mouth full of fries

"Shut up" Jean grumbled and sulked in the corner

The waitress came over after about five minutes of Connie and Sasha making fun of jean and his random fucking choices "hey what can I get you guys?" she asked seeing how me, Annie and Sasha didn't order food yet even though Sasha basically ate everyone's food already

"Could I get a salad please?" I said while folding the menu and handing it to her

"Sure thing, and what about you two?"

I zoned our while Sasha and Annie were saying their orders but I did overhear Sasha order a five-course meal I swear that girl can eat so much but stay skinny

*buzz

I looked towards my phone and saw that I was getting a call from Levi "one-second guys" I said while getting up and going to the washroom to take this phone call

I walked to the washroom and leaned my back against the bathroom wall beside a mirror "Yes Levi?"

"Mika can you come over right now? I know it's late but we need to go back to Kenny's to grab the rest of our shit he said and I quote 'get the rest of your things or I'm selling them' so we need to go"

I sighed getting slightly annoyed at the fact I have to leave and I just ordered food "Sure I'll be there in 25 minutes I'm at a restaurant right now"

"Who are you with?"

"Levi" I warned not wanting to get into this right now

"Sorry sorry I'll see you in a bit," he said hanging up not even saying bye

fUck. Walking out of the washroom I headed towards the table and gave a small smile to everyone "unfortunately I have to go Levi needs my help right now but I'll see you guys Monday?"

"Yeah it's fine we will see you later bye mikasa" Ymir said with a small smile while everyone nodded and smiled all giving me a small goodbye "here's 35 it should cover my food and the appetizers you guys ordered"

"Are you coming back to the dorm later?" Annie asked while playing with her ring

"Yeah, just a bit later though" I said while grabbing my bag from armin who was handing it to me

"Ok bye mikasa!" Sasha said while waving

"Bye"

I headed towards the front entrance and waited for the Uber I called a few minutes before I left the washroom but bumped into someone coming into the restaurant

"Sorry"

We both said while walking past each other not sparing a glance but I did catch that he had a man bun. Cool.

Cool as in hot. Oh well

Leaning against the wall of the restaurant i patted my pockets. What am I missing? Oh my phone

Walking back into the restaurant I went back to the table and saw that my salad was where I was. Damn that looks good

"Mikasa! You came back!" Historia said with her hand up

"Aha yeah I forgot my phone on the table" I said while grabbing my phone and seeing I had one missed call from Connie "you called me?" I asked with a raised eyebrow

"Connies stupid so he called you to tell you that you forgot your phone" Ymir said with a small grin on her face

"Oh my."

"HEY! I forgot leave me alone" he argued back

"Whatever" She said while waving her hand in dismissal

"Annnyways my ubers here so catch you guys later" I said while waving bye and started to walk away. Some times I question connie....

———Eren POV———

Walking out of the Uber I handed him a 20 "keep the change thanks for the one ride"

"No problem man"

Walking on the sidewalk and kept my head down while walking into the restaurant. Damn I didn't mean to spend so much time on do fucking mAth homework. I didn't really want to come today but I had a feeling that it would be fun so I just gave up on the homework and left

I bumped into some girl while walking in. My fault my head was down. We didn't spare a glance at each other but she had a pretty voice

Walking towards our usual table I saw everyone was mumbling to each other and that Jean looked annoyed

"Eren!" Toria squealed once I finally came into their vision

"Hey guys"

"You took forever" Jean accused with crossed arms

"My bad I got caught up on the homework WE have"

Sitting down beside Armin a waitress came up holding a salad "And here's a salad for the lady...." she trailed off looking at me confused

"She left" Ymir said with a pointed look towards me

What the fuck did I do?

"Oh. Well..Do you want me to grab you anything sir?"

I looked over the menu quickly "I'll just have that salad it's fine"

She gave me a small smile and placed it down in front of me and left

"Who's phone is that?" I said looking at the phone placed beside me it's not Armins because he is on his phone and not jeans because he was playing with it in his hands

"Oh she probably forgot it I'll call her" Connie said ringing her

"Whos 'she' and are you fucking dumb her phone is right here." Sometimes Connie can be so fucking dumb it's absolutely hilarious

"OoH facts. My bad fam"

"So is anyone going to answer my question?" I asked while getting up and putting my phone in my back pocket

"It's mi-" Toria got cut off by Ymir who slapped her hand over the blondes mouth "it's Sashas roommates phone she left and forgot it"

"Oh" I said while looking confused at Sasha she just shrugged while taking a sip of her water

Walking towards the washroom I didn't really need to go but I just needed to hear something

"You know what Eren I fucking hate you. Why do you act like this? We have been though so much and.."she stopped because her voice was cracking and she tried to stop herself from crying "and you act like I'm nothing and that I wasn't important to you and maybe I wasn't but god you were important to me" it ended off there

God I'm such a fucking idiot. Why am I even listening to that voice message it's four fucking years old but I guess I just like to hear Mikas voice even though she sounded in pain, the pain I caused.

I tried to call her but she fucking blocked me but I can't really blame her I was a dick to her but she fucking left without any fucking warning she could have told me in advance but no she left the morning after

Walking out of the washroom I went back to the table and saw that the phone is now gone "did she come back?" I asked while grabbing a fry from Jean

"Don't touch my fucking food Yeager"

"My bad anyways I wanted to see her"

Ymir snickered and looked towards me with a grin "I bet you would have"

"What's that supposed to mean fritzs?" I accused with a pointed look

"She doesn't know what shes saying but I bet money that you would loveee her" Sasha said now grinning at me

"Bro what?"

"Nothing nothing ignore them but you should stop by the dorm one day mikasa-su casa" Annie said with a smile. Connie laughed and Armin tried to hold back a laugh keyword; tried

I shook my head a small smile playing in my face "You guys are assholes"

"You love us anyways we start class Monday that's gonna be a shit show" Connie said with a frown on his face

"I have a good feeling this is gonna be a good year" I said while taking a bite of my salad

"I bet you do" Ymir said while putting her arm over Historias shoulders

I didn't bother answer they weren't gonna tell me shit about why they were acting like this anyway.
