Eren's POV

Today was going to be one of the best days of my life because today we would be going to the beach!

I got up extra early to look good for Mikasa.

She called me late last night apologizing and said she was still going to the beach which made me feel better.

I packed everything that would be romantic for the two of us

Everyone called me saying they was getting ready.

My mom came in when I was packing up everything.

"Breakfast is ready" she said as I went downstairs and started to eat on the sofa.

"Can't wait to go to the beach Eren?" My mom asked as I nodded. "Yea I can't wait to see Mikasa" I told

"Sweet you seem to be really close to Mikasa you never stop talking about her"my mom smirked getting suspicious.

"What's up with that?" My dad asked. "Oh well I think were going out I would kiss her and tell her how much I love her" I explained.

"That's sweet that your helping her and taking her outside and stuff" "yea after the beach I figured I walk her around" I told them.

"When will they be here?" She asked. "Pretty soon" I said.

Hange would be dropping Mikasa off at my house since not only was it to far from the hospital but because Hanji wouldn't fit the wheelchair in her car.

"Can't wait to see her" I said a little bouncy

There was a knock on the door as I quickly got up to answer it and opened the door seeing the mail man.

I quickly slammed the door and went back to the sofa.

"Its for you" I said as my mom nodded and answered the door apologizing.

I waited while watching TV and looked at the time seeing it was 8:42 now and sighed.

We would be going to the beach at 10 and I wanted Mikasa to come over so I can show her around and stuff

About 30 minutes later there was another knock on the door and my mom went to go answer it.

She talked to whoever was at the door till she called my name.

"Hey Eren someone is here to see you"

I wonder who that was. I stood up and went over to the door and my heart instantly started beating fast.

Mikasa was there in a wheelchair with Hange behind her. She had a towel covering herself and a bag on top of her.

"Mikasa!" I said as Hange pushed her into the house. "Have fun with her" Hanji smiled walking back to the hospital

My mom closed the door and squealed. "So this is the beautiful girl you've been talking about how cute I'm Eren's mom!" Kaurla introduced.

Mikasa smiled and waved a bit. "H-hey" she said a lite shaky still. She wasn't use to talking I guess.

"Hold on let me get my camera this is going on Facebook!" She said and ran to her room.

"Wow how embarrassing!" I said aloud as I pushed Mikasa into the living room

"Hey Mikasa excited?" I asked as she nodded.

"Got the camera got the camera!!" My mom yelled running into the room. "Jesus Kaurla calm down there not going anywhere" my dad said

"Smile!" My mom said holding her phone up as me and Mikasa both smiled.

"Wanna go upstairs while we wait?" I asked and she nodded. "Your....room" she said as I looked at the stairs.

"Your wheelchair won't for but do you trust me to carry you?" I asked as she nodded.

I bent down close to her and put my arms behind my back and pulled Mikasa onto my back.

She was so light

I stood up and hoisted her up bringing her legs over my waist as her head laid on my right shoulder

I walked up the stairs and went inside my room and gently laid Mikasa on my bed.

"Want anything?" I asked as she shook her head no. "Lay" she said lightly patting the spot next to her

I got down beside her.

"What you want to do at the beach?" I asked her.

"I-ice" she finished. She looked like she was trying to say something but I couldn't make out what.

"C-cream" she said sighing lightly. I blinked a few times then got what she was sayingSS"You want ice cream?" I asked as she lightly barely nodded.

"Mkay I'll give buy you some" I said

"Than-" that was all she was able to finish but I'm pretty sure she was saying 'thanks'. "No prob Mika" I replied.

"Eren your friends are here!" My mom called from downstairs.

"Welp time for the beach Mika" I said and helped her lay up.

I went between her legs and then pulled her arms over my shoulders so she hung weakly on my back. Her head laid between my neck and I carried her weak smooth shiny looking legs

I went downstairs and grabbed the wheelchair and pushed it outside.

Bertholdt helped me get it into the back of the truck which belong to Armin's grandpa.

I opened the door and got Mikasa inside and laid her up straight put her seatbelt on. I got next to her

"Alright to the beach!" Armin yelled. "To the beach!" We all chanted

"Beach" Mikasa managed to say making us laugh as I kissed her cheek. "Love you" I whispered in her ear turning her a bright red color.

*Time skipped*

We finally arrived at the beach as Eren got me out of the truck and waited as Bertholdt took the wheelchair out.

Eren placed me on my wheelchair and when he moved out of my view my heart started beating fast.

The view was amazing.

The beautiful blue sky filled my view with the ocean below it seeing people surf and play in the crystal clear water, the sand where kids was building castles and teens was getting tans. There was even stands and gift shops around the area completing the view.

"How is Mikasa?" I heard Eren say. " beauty" I said even though I meant beautiful. At least I was able to say some words.

We all walked on the sidewalk that lead to the beach as my eyes examined every area.

I loved it.

Eren wasn't lying. He was indeed going to make me see things I never thought I see

"Guys there's sand the wheelchair won't be able to stroll in that" Christa pointed out.

"Eh its okay I'll carry Mikasa" Eren said easily picking me up and hoisting me on his back

I watched from Eren's shoulder as he walked in the sand without any shoes on. I wonder if the sand felt good between my toes and was a nice warm feeling

We got to a nice space where we wasn't that far from the water as everyone started putting down everything.

I watched as they set up chairs and umbrellas, towels to and had a small table with a cooler.

Was I suppose to bring those?

"Hey guys can you set up my chair and umbrella so I can put Mikasa on it" Eren asked.

"Sure thing" Ymir replied as her and Christa set up everything.

"Hey guys I called over Reiner and Levi so they will be coming over in a few minutes" Christa called out.

I felt myself turn over and saw Eren lay me down on the chair with nice shade.

"Welp let's have fun you guys" Annie said.

"Hey Ymir I have a volleyball wanna play till Reiner and Levi gets here?" Christa asked. "Sure" she said and they left.

Volleyball?

What was that?

"I'm going to go collect seashells I love making necklaces out of them" Armin said and went along the side of the ocean

Seashells into a form of necklace?

I wonder how you make those

"Hey Bertholdt wanna scrub some sunscreen on me before we play in the water?" Annie asked.

"U-uh s-s-sure" Bertholdt stammered grabbed the bottle as Annie laid down on the towel

"Thanks sweetheart" she said relaxed.

"And I'll be trying to impress girls if you need me" Jean said.

Wow all of this stuff sounded cool except what Jean was doing.

"Hey Mikasa what you want to do first?" Eren asked.

My eyes shifted over to what Bertholdt and Annie was doing and Eren followed my gaze

"Okay we can do that" Eren said turning me over. He lifted the towel off me revealing my outfit

A red bikini with white polka dots.

"I-i-i love your suit" Eren stammered a bit. To bad I couldn't see his reaction.

"Thanks" I said without any struggle in my voice.

I couldn't even feel my body on anything And when Eren rubbed the bottle on me I didn't feel that either.

I thought being paralyzed would be when I couldn't move but I couldn't feel anything either.

I just sat there bored.

After a few minutes I saw Mikasa just laying there.

She was probably bored.

I stopped and pulled her up. "Hey wanna play in the water?" I asked. "Sure!" She beamed.

I got out one of the floaters and put it in the water and carried Mikasa bridal style.

I got her onto the float and she smiled. "Fun" she said. I smiled but it quickly faded when water splashed on my face.

Mikasa giggled.

"Gotcha" she laughed and I was shocked. She was so cute.

I splashed her to and she giggled. We kept splashing each other and I'm pretty sure our friends was taking pictures.

I watched Mikasa as her body was wet. Her hair looked longer and her skin looked more shiny.

"Your beautiful" I said and we went back and forward splashing each other.

The whole time at the beach we played in the water and then I taught her how to make sandcastles. We even skipped rocks together as she wanted amazed that I was able to skip 5 times. We found shells and I showed her how I was going to make her a necklace. Then lastly we watched as Reiner and Ymir played against Levi and Christa in a volleyball match worth watching.

I watched as Mikasa had a good time.

She smiled big,laughed hard, played long, and seemed interested in about everything.

Armin managed to take some pictures of me and Mikasa while we was together to.

"It seems to be getting late let's go" Annie suggested.

We all started leaving until we passed a ice cream stand.

"Hey guys want to have a treat before we leave?" I asked as they all nodded. "It is kind of hot" Reiner said.

I bought all of us ice creams and then told Mikasa all of the flavour.

"Which one you want?" I asked.

"Cho...choco-" "one chocolate please" I said putting the money on the counter

"Oh no its okay someone like her should be given ice cream for free" the guy said giving me my money back

"Oh really thanks so much" I thanked bowing to him and giving Mikasa the ice cream.

"Thanks" she smiled and bowed.

We left as Christa helped Mikasa eat her ice cream.

She really enjoyed her time here.

Dear mind,

Guess what happened to me. I was able to go to the beach with Eren and my friends today. It was so fun we got to do many things together and it was just fun! I will never forget this day because I finally got to go somewhere he even made me a shell necklace as I slept on my way here

I looked down at the necklace and struggled to touch it until my hand finally touched the necklace.
