"Author?" Minato said with curiosity.

"Greetings." They said.

"Well, do you have a name or is it just 'Author'?" Kushina asked.

"Uhhh, Lilano?" The author said with uncertainty.

"I have to go- I still got two other books and a kny fic in drafts I want to write in, and motivation gets drained quicker than you think!" They then poofed away and left the two spirits there.

The (h/c) haired girl's body began to stir in her sleep until her eyes snapped open.

She was met with a squirrel tilting it's head infront of her.

(Y/n) shifted her body to the left to see what was happening.

Sakura was sitting down, back faced towards the girl, whilst her hands clenched at what was going on infront of her.

Suddenly, (Y/n) winced, feeling a searing pain behind her neck.

Said girl remembered what happened before she passed out.

"Son of a bitch..." (Y/n) mumbled, which caught Sakura's attention.

The pink haired girl instantly turned towards (Y/n) with a happy yet concerned look, but she didn't see (Y/n)'s conscious body there.

The (h/c) girl had already turned invisible and placed a decoy of herself.

(Y/n) began to stand up slowly due to the pain in her neck.

Dosu's team failed to notice (Y/n)'s presence [I mean, she is invisible].

"Correct. In other words, hearing sounds means, that the eardrum is catching vibrating air..." Dosu was explaining how shit works.

"You little sound fuckers." (Y/n) quietly said to herself, whilst leaning against the tree.

Dosu was currently charging towards Sakura who took out a kunai.

Rock Lee rushed to save Sakura, which only lead him to gain another injury from Dosu, and he collapsed.

「𝑠𝑘𝑖𝑝𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑑𝑖𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑔𝑢𝑒」

Sakura reached up with a kunai in her hand and sliced her hair off.

Standing up, Sakura did the hand signs for a substitution jutsu.

Kin took out three kunai knives charged towards the pink haired girl, who poofed into a log when the blade came in contact with her.

"Kin! Move out of the way!" Zaku exclaimed, as Sakura came rushing towards him, ready to throw kunai knives at him.

With the help of sound, he sent them right back to Sakura who, once again, use the same substitution jutsu and appeared above Zaku.

The sound ninja sent kunai knives in the direction of Sakura, which ended up impaling her, what he didn't know was that Sakura faked the hand signs that time.

The pink haired girl logged a kunai in his right arm and started the other.

(Y/n) couldn't help but take a picture of the current scene that was infront of her.

Zaku was repeatedly punching Sakura on her head, attempting to pry her off.

(Y/n) lightly cringed at the sight.

(Y/n): 'It's not the right time to come out though...'

Meanwhile, the other team that was observing them not too far away, was shocked and started felt bad at the sight of Sakura with a slightly bloodied head.

Zaku was finally able to remove Sakura from his hand, with a annoyed look on his face.

"You punk!" Zaku was ready to attack until a certain team emerged from their hiding spot to protect Sakura, it was mostly Ino who wanted to protect her friend though.

Somewhere behind them, two different auras were emitting from (Y/n) and Sasuke. Yes, they [the auras] were both dark and menacing, but some part of (Y/n)'s was a little.....brighter in a way, the clone looked more peaceful, only slight movements of their face every now and then.

"Ino...why?" Sakura questioned weakly.

"I can't let you upstage me in front of Sasuke and (Y/n)!" Ino exclaimed.

"First, Sasuke can't really see you. Second, we both know that's not the only reason you protected her." (Y/n) smirked, becoming visible to the group of ninjas, while.

"(Y/n)!" All of them, besides the two unconscious people, Shikamaru and the Sound ninjas, exclaimed. The Nara simply sighed in relief with a small smile.

"Tch, squirming again..... The Leaf Village worms wandered in." Dosu said with a very annoyed tone, which made Choji tense up at his words.

"What are the two of you thinking?! They're bad news!" Choji exclaimed.

"It's a pain, but it can't be helped! Ino steps out and her teammates should just run?" Shikamaru said.

"And you," Dosu shifted his attention to (Y/n).

"how are you conscious?" The bandaged man questioned.

"I personally didn't want to return to my physical body, okay! This was all doing....... plus, I wanted to chat with Narutos parents for a little longer." (Y/n) mumbled the last bit.

"Sorry to get you two involved." Ino started, chuckling a bit.

"But anyway we're a three-man-squad, after-all. We're all in this together, aren't we?"

"Well, we'll see." Shikamaru replied.

"No! I don't want to die yet!" Choji said, trying to escape Shikamaru's hold on his scarf.

"You're annoying! Quit wriggling!" Shikamaru continues to hold on to the scarf.

"It's okay for you to drop out, fatso." Zaku stated.

(Y/n) had a false sorry expression on her face, as Choji stopped resisting and his ear twitched at the name he was referred to as.

"What did that guy just say? I...didn't quite catch it." Choji darkly said.

Shikamaru: 'That word is taboo to Choji...'

"Try saying it again..." Choji kept the dark tone.

"I said if you have a problem, pull out, fatso." Zaku repeated the name.

Silence from Choji as the word 'fatso' echoed in his mind.

"I'm not fat, I'm just big-boned! Blast it!" Choji said as he turned to Zaku with a pissed off expression.

"All right! You understand this, right?! This is a battle between Leaf and sound!" Choji exclaimed with much fire in his eyes.

Ino: 'Lucky! He's lost it!'

"No way, this looks like it's going to be a huge drag." Shikamaru complained.

"That's my line..." Zaku commented.

"Sakura, (Y/n)..." Ino called out.

"You take care of those two behind." Ino said.

"Okay!" Sakura said with determination.

"Eh, I'll just butt in when you guys need help or something, which I actually doubt you'll get my help though." (Y/n) stated.

"Well then, let's go, full throttle, team!" Ino exclaimed.

"Right!" The two other boys said.

"Let's go, formation Ino!"

"Shika!"

"Cho!" The two continued.

"Expansion Jutsu! Human bolder!" Choji exclaimed.

"dOMaIn eXPansIOn." (Y/n) whispered whilst she snickered as Choji came rolling towards Zaku.

"What is this Jutsu? Isn't it just a fat guy rolling?" Zaku mocked.

"Slicing Sound Wave!" Zaku aimed the sound waves towards the rolling Choji, who only rolled in place, then it suddenly flew up in the air.

"He jumped?!" Zaku knew he was totally fucked at this point.

Zaku: 'The air pressure of Slicing Sound Wave seems to have a weaker effect against that rotation. Even if I do the Slicing Sound Wave, if I'm touched by something like that the bones in my arms will be crushed.'

Dosu dashed towards Zaku and tried aid his teammate, keyword, tried.

Shikamaru: 'Think I'll let you? You're the most annoying so....'

"Ninja Art! Shadow Possession Jutsu!" The Nara said.

Dosu froze in place as his head slowly cranked to look around.

"What's happening? Huh?!" Dosu's eyes landed on Shikamaru and the shadow connected to him.

"Shadow Paralysis Jutsu?" Dosu questioned, copying whatever actions Shikamaru was doing.

"Ino, it's just the lady remaining." Shikamaru said, not breaking eyecontact with Dosu.

"Got it. Shikamaru, look after my body." Ino replied, do a couple hands signs.

"Sure.."

"Ninja Art, Mind Transfer Jutsu!" The blonde exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Choji continued to roll around, trying to gef Zaku.

"Kin!" Zaku called out, which he got no response out of his teammate.

"What happened!" Dosu exclaimed.

The possessed Kin kept quiet for a while, until she smirked and took out a kunai.

"This...is the end of it." 'Kin' said.

"You guys! If you make one move, this girl named Kin is dead meat! If you don't want this to end, leave your scroll and walk awat! Once you've gone far enough that I can't feel your chakras, I'll release the Jutsu!" Ino both exclaimed and explained.

Ino: 'These guys...... What are they grinning about?'

"Choji!" Ino called out.

"On my way!" Her teammate answered, rolling towards Kin to block Zaku's attack, but the two ended up getting taking the hit.

"Ugggh, I'm dizzy..." Choji said, barely being able to stand.

"What kind of person..... hurts their own comrades?" Ino said, struggling to get up.

"Them." (Y/n) plainly said, but going down on one knee from another wave of pain from her neck.

"Our goal is not the scrolls or to pass this test playing by the rules." Dosu paused for a moment, waiting for their reactions.

Shikamaru was perplexed by this, and both Sakura and Ino widened their eyes in confusion.

"What then?!" Ino demanded.

"It's Sasuke and (Y/n)." Dosu stated, and hummed when Shikamaru's Jutsu wore off.

"So your precious Shadow Paralysis Jutsu has a time limit of five minute?" Dosu stated.

"Bro- it's Shadow Possession, though now you gave me a idea for a new Jutsu..." (Y/n) corrected, pondering about it for a while.

"In addition, it seems this girl's Jutsu... seems to be a Jutsu to take over the other's body. From the looks of the blood she's spitting up, if I kill Kin, she'll die too....."

"Are you going to kill your own teammate?" Shikamaru asked.

"If it's needed, then yes." Zaku answered, moving his hand to face 'Kin'.

"What a drag..." Shikamaru complained, still holding on to Ino's unconscious body.

"That's just too bad, you're just one step away." Zaku scoffed.

"Hmph, I don't like this at all. You minor sound ninjas..." Neji announced, finally arriving for his teammate.

"Bullying the second-rate guys and putting on airs like a winner." He added.

"What?!" Dosu exclaimed in annoyance, whilst everyone else gasp at his Kekkei Genkai.

"They're Lee's teammates..." Sakura said with a hopeful tone.

Dosu: 'These Genin keep coming out of nowhere like cockroaches...'

"Haha, cock." (Y/n) said in a child-like manner and fully sitting down crisscrossed with a hand supporting her head.

Neji: 'There's our teammate laying over there, but.....'

"But you messed with him, didn't you?!" Neji exclaimed, activate his byakugan.

Dosu: 'What's with his eyes? It's like they see through everything!'

(Y/n) turned her head towards Sasuke and lazily smiled.

"If you're going to continue, I'll fight with full strength!" Neji stated.

Tenten was prepared to fight at his words, but Neji noticed something and deactivated his byakugan.

"Neji, what's wrong?" Tenten asked.

Neji: 'This chakra...'

"If you don't like me, don't play cool, get down here." Dosu said, waiting for something to happen. But Neji only smirked.

"No. Evidently, there's no need for that." Neji responded.

Then, every conscious person felt whatever Neji sensed, Sasuke's chakra, which made them turn their head towards Sasuke.

The Uchiha's aura was menacing and dark, as he slowly stood up most of the Genins had both fear and shock in there eyes.

"Atleast that wasn't me." (Y/n) commented, a few of the Curse Mark's patterns creeping on her neck, as they silently cursed at their own words.

The dark aura cleared a bit, now they were able to see Sasuke's activated Sharingan and the Curse Marks covering half of his body.

"(Y/n)..." Sasuke started.

"Yo."

"Who did this to our teammate?" The Uchiha asked, referring to Sakura.

"Let's see, maybe the weird ass mummy dude, and definitely that black haired person who's hair lowkey looks like Kakashi's hairstyle in a strange way." (Y/n) pointed out to her teammate.

"Sasuke...what happened?" Sakura said in a worried yet fearful tone.

"Don't worry about me. On the contrary, strength is rapidly flowing in.... Right now, I feel good." Sasuke said.

"Hey Alexa, play 'Feeling Good' by Michael Bublé." (Y/n) silently commented.

"That guy gave this to me." Sasuke paused and glanced towards (Y/n).

"...To us." Sasuke quietly mumbled to himself as he reverted his attention back to Sakura.

"At last I understand...I'm an Avenger.... On my road, I must put power into my hands....even if it means abandoning myself to the devil." Sasuke added.

Dosu: 'So....I see....So the mark on the neck that this girl called Sakura spoke of is this Curse Mark. But... I didn't think he could stand up..... And that girl, there's a small area of the pattern, yet it seems to not be affecting her that much'

In the corner of (Y/n)'s eye, she could see Choji rushing to hide behind some bushes where his teammates were.

(Y/n) took this as a chance to bring Rock Lee out of the battlefield, which she snapped her fingers and he appeared laying down where Sasuke used to lay. (Y/n) also helped Sakura get to wherever Lee and Naruto were.

The Curse Mark grew more which lead to Sasuke's whole body being covered in the Unique pattern. Meanwhile, (Y/n)'s back and up to her left arm's elbow were covered in the Curse Mark.

"Sasuke- y'know what, nevermind, you probably won't listen anyways." (Y/n) said, sitting down beside Naruto's unconscious body.
