《Classroom Of The Elite - The White Room's Reveal》Chapter 4: The Demonic 4th Generation
Advertisement
'My generation' I muttered so that Kei couldn't hear
Many were confused why is the word 'Demonic' mixed with the 4th generation. The training in that generation flashed before my mind, it couldn't count as trauma nor an enjoyable time, I felt nothing before and after I stood at the top.
"I'll increase this curriculum's difficulty higher than the last three generations combined. I would like to see that child's progress" he said while referring at one of the children that will join this curriculum
It didn't show me? Weird, maybe it will introduce me later on.
'This is taking too long, where the hell is that bastard?' Ryueen thought
'Showing Ayanokouji-kun sure takes time, however, you cannot rush perfection' Sakayanagi said in her mind
The hundred children were brought to this facility, almost all of them were at four years of age. One by one they started to introduce them, until a certain boy with brown hair, average height for his age, smiling at the instructors, doing self-introduction.
"Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, four years of age! I'm in your care!" he said with a loud but soft voice filled were emotions while having a smile on his innocent face
The people here flabbergasted to see me in the video, filled with emotions and seeing me smile. They quickly realized that I was taking part in the training.
"Ki...yo...taka?" Kei said with a weak voice, she was going to cry at this point, she then imagined me going through this hellish training, went back to hugging me, crying her loudest when she got here.
"Why?! Why are you part of this?! You don't deserve this punishment!" she said
"Don't worry, I'm here aren't I? Everything is fine now" I returned
She couldn't calm down, I reassured her that everything is going to be alright, while rubbing her head.
She calmed down a few minutes while the video was playing.
"Kiyopon? Why are you there?" Haruka called out to me, with a low voice, the rest of the Ayanokouji Group followed right after
"I'm sorry I kept this hidden to you guys"
"We're your friends! We don't want you to struggle like this! Atleast tell us you have problems!" Haruka said, honestly I found people who cared for me and tried to accept me for who I am right now, it felt kind of......nice. I smiled internally.
The group were teary eyed but I replied to ease their emotions with
"Thank you, I'll keep that in mind"
"Ayanokouji-kun? You're part of.....this?" Horikita weakly said
I just nodded, I can't deny any of what's being shown. I remembered they treated me like a lab rat there, in that cold, white, sterile room. Nothing more than a subject destined for experiments.
Horikita just went back to her seat, and hung her head low. Those feelings she felt now were guilt, she didn't know what I had to go through, and she realizing when she was trying control me, only came back biting her in return.
The rest of the people here looked at me with pity. Many were crying and were just about to cry, they will watch what I have to go through. Yes. Wonderful, but.....I'll tell you all right now in my mind.........
'I don't need your sympathy'
Class D looked at me with extreme pity, they didn't imagined a gloomy guy like me to have this horrible kind of life destined for me. I saw and heard the class's professor squealing in excitement, I didn't know why. Moving on.....
This generation's theme is 'Individualism'. Everything that is part of training is hell itself. Their training schedules are six days of training and one day of rest. If hell exist, this is its real life presentation. This generation's training marks as 'The White Room's most gruesome education curriculum.' Everything will be on national level, that even adults find it almost impossible to finish, they expect children to pass it, it was basically putting children in a cage full of hungry lions.

The people here didn't expect a more cruel curriculum, this generation faced hell in many ways they didn't imagine. I was one of them.
The week's training strained their mind, no that's an understatement, only on the first day, there were a few that gone crazy already, after day two, 2 already dropped out because they couldn't handle it, after a week 10 dropped out and died, after a month 20 followed. After a year, 28 were considered a failure and died with only 40 remaining. The young Kiyotaka was falling behind in the bottom ranks, he knew that if he didn't improve he would get rained down with no mercy. He wants to improve somehow, but couldn't find a way.
"A dissapointment" the professor said
In a rest day, Kiyotaka went to the large library and hummed innocently while reading a book in a corner. The book was about philosophy. He was occupied by the books because it fascinated him more than anything the White Room's education had to offer. After finishing a book, he went for another book, and another, until a whole section of philosophy books were done. After that he went to the music room for the first time and gazed at the piano, to him, it's the most beautiful instrument. He played with the wrong notes that it was considered horrible, but he didn't mind because he felt at peace, almost forgetting his harsh training. Reminding him that the piano is the instrument for freedom.
His education wasn't going to be finished until near adult age. He was going to endured it. In his 6-7 years of age, academics they were given are on high-school level while focusing on other things they had to learn, physical abilities, deduction abilities, and more that were prepared for them. With the children reaching age 7 and above. 22 dropped, the surviving 18 were keeping this up while him close to the low rankings.
The professor had enough, he didn't like to see his labrat filled with humanity and emotion which were still part of him, he called the young Ayanokouji to his office.
"Professor" Kiyotaka said, he didn't considered the professor his father after he pushed him away when he was trying to get closer to him
'So I was right, he is related to that man' Kouenji thought
Many people were saddened at this fact because I never felt parental love, I was just born directly in the White Room for his ambitions. They realized they should be thankful to their own family to receive that love.
The professor forced him to watch a video, showing the children dying, suffocating, breaking down, venting their emotions, suffering, suiciding, almost every horror thing a child could experience and see. He was scared, it could possibly be part of him as a trauma. The professor took the video and staff escorted him with a face he didn't make before. He ran back to his room crying. With suicidal thoughts in his mind
The darkness slowly crept up upon his pure and innocent heart wanting to devour it.
'Get away from me! I don't want you close!'
I saw so many people crying, but the ones who caught my eyes were, Horikita sobbing, Kei, Kushida? And Hirata? Those two had a dark past but seeing mine made it look like their's were trivial in comparison.
'Ayano--kouji--kun? Is that your past? I don't know what to say.......y-y-you know have my respect' Kushida's thoughts were genuine and right know she was beginning to not see him as an enemy
'Kiyotaka-kun, I didn't know you had to go such a life. I didn't once see you broke down crying and ventilating your negative emotions on others...... you have no emotions' Hirata thought

'Ayanokouji-kun, is that really you? The person that helped me many times before, now crying? I'm your friend and I will help you after this, even if that means going such great lengths to saving you from the abyss' Ichinose said in her thoughts while crying
'So this is the start of the masterpiece's movements' Sakayanagi thought in while having a tear below her eye
"Ayanokouji, you can count on me when you're having trouble, don't worry, I can lend a hand" Sudo said
The others that backed this up were the rest of Class D, Ishizaki, Albert, Hiyori, Class B and Sakayanagi, some were arrogant, because of their pride and didn't support what Sudo said. All of them raised tremendous amount of respect in me especially Horikita, who used to see me as an 'easy pawn'. The video showed me sleeping while having tears drying out my face
"Zzzz zzzz"
The next day the boy woke up but he didn't feel anything, no emotions, no pain he felt yesterday, nothing. His eyes were now........an endless abyss. As if his humanity and emotions were sucked out of him as if he was now a completely different person
His mindset was set on 'Winning is everything. No matter the process and sacrifice, I will win and nothing more'. Last night was his last time having emotions, he felt different know, he felt like there wasn't anything that could stop his growth now.
He went to the track field for their start of training for the day. He wasn't producing large difference in results as last week, but there was something different about him, he just showed panting while finishing his run, he didn't have a face that showed pain or fear, there was nothing. The rest of the training day goes by and results were about the same as yesterday.
After a week, he showed a more cold look, with results increasing than last week, his martial arts, academic prowess and others were growing at a faster rate, going faster than the other children remaining. He always looked at dying children unfazed and unmoved by their last breathes, looks at them like they were just tools that can be easily replaced and left them dying without a hint of mercy. He was beginning to rise up to the rankings, and he wasn't going to slow down.
The professor looked at him with a grin that even the staff were surprised, he hadn't grinned like that in a few years, but of what he saw, everything was going to change. He predicted that he will surpass any child and be his successor to continue the White Room.
Months have passed and he was going to be 8 years of age, he treated his birthday just like any other day, with only 5 of them remaining, and him being number 1 out of the 5 of them. The other 4 couldn't catch up to his abilities, he was already out of reach and many steps ahead of them. During his rest days he always goes to the library and the music room to play the piano. Within 4 Sundays of the month he already mastered it a few months ago after he woke up with nothing. The next month of that, he played chess mastering it with 4 Sundays, he competed with multiple pros of chess with ease and not a break of sweat. He masters everything the White Room has to
The training intensity rised as each week has passed and the survivors?
Only one remained
Ayanokouji Kiyotaka
He passed it easily without struggling, the people working were astonished as to what the child could produce at such a young age of 8. They didn't consider him as a talented child before but now, he was already close to the 'genius line'.
Sakayanagi laughed
With him being the only one remaining, the professor increased the training difficulty to another level almost everyday for his remaining years of education, but he passes all of them without fail or flaw. His potential is bottomless, he is already considered the 'White Room's Greatest Masterpiece'.
Sakayanagi laughed again and the people around her were confused
Every training he gets, he finishes it. The professional martial artists that beat him up before were now in his hands getting pummeled down knocking them out. Indicating that he already passed professionals, all of his matches with them were now aligned with only victories and no losses. He trains his mind as if smoke were coming out of it, continuously straining the mind at its peak, his physical strength were unparalelled, he improves it to the point they were almost breaking. His deduction abilities prove to be the best in the world that even the greatest detectives known in this world mean nothing to him, his deductions are fast and accurate that he could solve a very difficult mystery in a matter of minutes as to where detectives could solve for hours. His IQ is a striking 150 and could go up more as he trains and learns. He returns more powerful than ever that nothing could ever beat him after a day of straining.
Some of his training includes him being drowned, to strengthen his lungs more, with him refraining to fight back, he also has to solve topology math. For him to be calm in under extreme conditions and pressure, this was required, another was to learn pressure points, guns, assassination, the people working there were coming closer to creating 'The Prefect Human Being'.
Koenji reacted slightly that only I noticed it
'Your training far exceeds mine, Ayanokouji-boy, you have my respect. I reached perfection, but you went past that. You reach something.......monstrous' Kouenji thought
'Tch, what's the point of my fist running through you when you could just shrug it off like any other punch you received before, you bastard' Ryueen thought
White Room
People had their pity in him increased. They just saw a child experiencing all of what he saw the first time.
After traveling, the two of them went and meet the investors
"Is this the kid?" the rich foreigner that invested said in english while taking out his hand for a handshake
"Introduce yourself" the father said
"Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, the former is my surname and the latter is my given name, product of the White Room, its an honor to meet you Mr. Investor" he spoke with perfect fluent english with his monotone face and voice that surprised the foreigner
"Nice to meet you too kid" he said while shaking the hand of the boy
In the room, there were 4 chessboards 4 of the world's greatest grandmasters of chess
(A/N: reference to ejj27's work 'White Room Masterpiece: The Reaction' , thanks for the inspiration! CTTO)
He was already named 'The Monster Of The White Room' and The White Room's Masterpiece.
Some students shivered as they heard the names that were for me. I saw Horikita walking towards me with tears in her eyes
"I-I-I'm sorry Ayanokouji-kun for trying to force you to reaching Class A and all the other things I've done to you"
I reached out to her head and rubbed her hair, I saw Sudo flinching a little bit, and I said
"It's fine Horikita, really"
She nodded and went back to her seat. Others went to me apologized for their treatment towards me, some paid their respect to me, the rest that didn't came to me might had that high of pride, Ryueen, Kamuro, Miyamoto to name a few.
Kei was crying so much that my blazer was wet, calming her down is the best solution, after a few minutes she was sleeping, I rested her head on my lap and ease her burden even a little bit. She must have been tired after watching all of those videos. It's best to let her rest now.
Lots of girls were blushing madly because of the view, I find myself violated by the stares, good thing Kei was asleep.
Some people here who had respect for me replaced it with fear and now began drawing themselves away from me, there were some that remained where they are. I can't blame them.
The professor once again called the apathetic-looking 15 year old boy into his office
"Kiyotaka, you will remain on standby for about a year" the old man said
This was more of a command rather than a request. Knowing him, what he wants is what he gets. He knows him very well.
