Ike Eveland's application form:
ᅟ✞︎ "a-are you guys really doing this..?" y/n asked as she looked at everyone's applications while sitting on a chair.
they are now inside the club room and are all standing around the table, waiting for y/n's approval.
"yeah! you're fun, occult club is fun, is there not enough reason for us to join you?" luca asked.
y/n stared back at the guys. they really are godsent.
"well... i thought you guys d-didn't want to..?" y/n asked. "and doesn't mysta already have a club?"
"he quitted." shu answered while mysta bonks his own head with his tongue out.
"you did that? r-really?!"
"id*ot, of course i did! how can i join, duh?!"
"t-thank you so much..!"
"how long will you keep thanking us?" vox asked with a chuckle.
"until this school year ends!" y/n answered immediately with eagerness.
the boys just laughed, making her blush a bit. aside from being a little embarrassed, having new members are already enough to make her flustered. but guys as her new members? it's the first time she has ever associated with them.
"ah!" y/n exclaimed. "y-you guys!"
"yes?" the boys asked in unison.
"i-i have something to tell you." y/n said and cleared her throat.
"in every club, there's a need of 3 members, 1 leader, and a club adviser before you could call it a club." y/n said. "i-i only had 5 more days before the cheerleading club takes the club room away and before the occult club will be terminated," she said and stood up.
"so i really thank you guys so much for joining!" y/n exclaimed and bowed hard, only for her head to hit the table.
"y/n!" they all called with worry laced in their tones.
y/n just laughed, making them all sigh in relief.
"then we're glad we could help." ike said with a smile.
y/n smiled back. "then, all i have to do is to give this to the president!"
and just on cue, the club room's door opened widely.
"you only ha—!"
they were all paused.
"huh. what is everyone doing here?" the president asked.
"new members of the club." y/n proudly said.
"really? you didn't force them to join, did you?"
it was in a joking tone, and y/n knew, of course. but the 5 took it seriously and stared at the president with the sharpest glare they could give.
"well. now all you need is a club adviser," he said.
y/n nodded. "i-i'll do my best!" she said before giving the application forms to the president.
"welcome to the occult club, boys." the president said with a grin.
"thanks, shoto." vox took the liberty to reply with a smile.
those smiles had meanings, so shoto gave out the same thing before he left.
"you guys know the president?" y/n asked.
"mhmm. we're.... well acquainted." vox said as the others nod.
"i see..." y/n mumbled. "now onto the club adviser..."
"i have one in mind. would you listen?" shu asked.
"yes sure?" y/n said.
"there's an exchange project with the staff members. we," shu said, talking about the five of them. "are quite close with one of the exchange staff members."
"ah, oliver-sensei?" ike asked.
"yes. we can convince oliver-sensei to sign up as the occult club's adviser." shu said.
"r-really?" y/n asked with twinkling eyes. "okay! i'll help in convincing him too!"
"uh... no. we'll do it by ourselves." mysta said as everyone looks away. "ah! just take this as our first contribution to the club!" mysta added.
"you guys..." y/n whispered with her eyes twinkling again.
"will you explain to us the club rules and regulations now?" vox asked.
"yes! please, take a seat everyone." y/n said and pulled the whiteboard out.
"ooh she's ready. that's cute." ike said and chuckled with shu.
"i-i was expecting new members after all. i just didn't expect it to be you guys." y/n said and turned the whiteboard.
the five were in awe after seeing the notes written with black erasable ink on the board. it was neatly written and also had some clean doodles on the side.
"this club was exterminated, but was taken back by three women who have graduated years ago." y/n started. "the first president was elira pendora who graduated four years ago. i didn't see her nor the other members, but i heard from the senpais that they were great senpais."
"next one was selena tatsuki. i was in my first year when she was the president. and then there's reimu endou who was last year's president."
the five nodded. shu was even taking notes.
"now you're the president." luca said as a matter of fact.
y/n blushed a bit. "yeah..."
"yeah! anyways. this club really is about supernatural beings and other world paranormals. we have stored here the school records which relate to those ghosts and stuff." y/n said. "ah! i didn't believe it at first b-but..."
"it may be childish to say that it is... real? ghosts are real..." y/n slowly said while fiddling with her skirt.
she slowly glanced at the boys, afraid to see their disappointed faces and if they ever find her weird now. but the only expression from the boys that welcomed her were their expectancy and anticipation to the subject.
"you guys aren't... uhm..?"
"oh." they all mumbled before glancing at each other.
"we believe in you." ike said as they all smile at y/n.
"how..." y/n murmured as her cheeks heats more. she was expecting them to be more surprised, or to at least find everything weird!
"y-you guys! why are you being like that! you're so kind, we just met yesterday!"
"and so did we." the boys mumbled and glanced at each other with grins on their lips.
y/n tilted her head to the side. there's something up.
"a-anyways! i'm glad that you guys believe." y/n said. "although we can't start any cases unless there are reports."
"reports? i thought no one believes in the occult club?" mysta asked. "no offense, bro."
"it's fine, mysta." y/n said and went to the files on the desk.
"occult club started to take its job seriously during elira-senpai's presidency." y/n said. "they started taking commissions from outside the school."
"people who don't believe would really find it ridiculous, and would hate the occult club. i don't blame them, people won't believe if they won't see."
it was fortunate that the five could get a grasp of what y/n is saying. even luca.
"this is one of the commissions we got last year." y/n said and handed the folder to the nearest person, vox.
"it's about the man in the abandoned swimming pool." she said and sighed. "turns out it was just a drunk old man."
"so the occult club clears misunderstandings?" luca asked.
"no, that drunk old man was a spirit." y/n said with a grin.
cute. they all thought in unison.
"so we had to find the reason why he kept staying in the mortal world when he should be passing to the other side."
"it's like solving a case!" mysta excitedly said.
"mhm hmm!!" y/n nodded. "after finishing the deal we made with them, they can leave!"
"spirits in movies and books aren't the same as the ones in real life. spirits usually take a human form of their life after they died and mix in with people, but those who know them before won't see them anymore."
"question." shu said with his hand raised.
"how do we send them away after our deal?"
"we've never met stubborn spirits before. usually after the deal, they go to the other side on their own." y/n said. "well, if they insist, i can deal with it."
"oh oh oh! is there a technique that was passed to you by your senpais?" luca excitedly asked.
"yup! so you guys don't have to worry."
"won't the spirits chase us?" mysta asked. "there's an asian belief saying that if we play with spirits, they won't leave us alone. my mom used to call it something i can't remember..."
"we're not playing with them, mysta. we're helping them send themselves after dealing with their heavy hearts."
"i see, i see." vox mumbled.
"we usually do this at night for the thrill, so i hope you guys have spare time after school time." y/n continued. "we prepare during the club time."
"here are the set of rules you're obligated to follow here at the occult club!"
1. ALWAYS BE ON TIME!
• during our rituals, all members must be on time. any excuses you have are invalid, unless it is important and reasonable. all kinds of rituals can't be started without all the members.
example!
- if six members do the ritual together, the process would be fine.
- if six members do the ritual together and one of them decides to leave, there will be consequences for the member who left but! the process would be fine.
the consequences may be the following:
- unable to sleep properly for days
- may be disturbed by spirits
- fatigue
- if the member who left does come back a few moments later, the consequences won't happen.
if 5/6 members start the ritual, the process would be fine. but if the last member comes during the process, the process will be ruined. the members are not allowed to do another ritual within 24 hours.
2. PAY RESPECTS TO THE DEAD
• do not make fun of the dead or the rituals! there are no consequences if you're unable to follow this rule, but it is a natural moral law to respect people, even if they are dead.
3. SUPERSTITIONS!
• it isn't necessary to believe in superstitions, but it is highly considered. the act of cleaning yourself after the ritual and before you go home is highly recommended.
4. WHAT HAPPENS WITHIN THE CLUB, STAYS WITHIN THE CLUB
• members are not allowed to disclose any information to non-occult club members for the privacy reasons of both the club and the clients.
"and lastly..."
"you shall not take advantage of what you will receive."
ike and shu paused in taking notes. "what we will receive?" ike asked.
"money?" mysta asked with a wide smile.
"no..." y/n sweatdropped.
the lady walked to the light switch and turned the club room's lights off.
"i'm happy that you guys believe me. i really am." y/n said and went to the windows to close the curtains the three bought for the club.
the room was dark, but they can all still see each other.
"d-don't panic... okay..?" y/n managed to whisper.
she stood in front of the table where the five men could watch her. inside her uniform, she took her necklace out.
it started glowing a bright white light as it floated in the air. from the pendant, 5 more pieces separated themselves from it. the five men were just staring with their eyes wide open.
"what the f***ity f***-f*** is this..?" mysta whispered.
the five glowing pieces started changing colors as they all flew toward each of the boys.
vox's piece glowed red. he wasn't afraid to catch it when it fell right onto his palm. it was a red gem pendant.
mysta's piece glowed orange. he was hesitant, but he still caught it with his hand. he's got an orange gem pendant.
ike's piece glowed blue. he was neutral to the situation and didn't show any signs of hesitation or fear at all. what landed on his palm was a blue gem pendant.
shu watched his glowing purple piece as it slowly falls onto his palm. he was mesmerized by the beauty of the glowing surreal piece. he caught a purple gem pendant.
luca almost forgot to catch his yellow gem pendant as he was too mesmerized as well. he was feeling so excited and hungry that he almost ate it.
"these pendants came from elira pendora who traveled from the sun to earth. she brought this with her, and together with finana ryugu and pomu rainpuff, they've combined their powers that have granted the pendant the light to guide lost souls to their homes." y/n softly said.
all the pendants slowly lost light, and eventually, y/n's necklace slowly fell back to her chest.
"this will help the occult club with the cases we're about to receive in the future. and each pendant has different functions depending on their user, hence the colors changed when given to you, guys."
y/n opened the curtains before glancing back at her co-members.
"the pendants can change their shape to your desire, but be careful because you can only do it once." y/n said and ran to the light switch to turn it on like nothing just happened.
vox stared at his pendant as the red gem glowed and changed its form. it became a round, spherical ruby gem.
mysta's orange gem turned into a small spessartite garnet while shu's purple gem turned into a teardrop amethyst.
ike's gem turned into a smaller blue sapphire while luca's gem turned into a small gold bar.
"WHAT THE HELL?!!" they all exclaimed.
y/n let out a laugh. "i officially welcome you guys to the occult club!"
"vox akuma, luca kaneshiro, mysta rias, shu yamino, ike eveland!" y/n beamed. "please take care of me!" she said and bowed.

Luca Kaneshiro's application form:
ᅟ✞︎ despite the shock the five are currently in, they all concentrated on making their new accessories with y/n's available materials.
"y/n look. is this good?" ike asked.
"hmm?" y/n peeked. " a piercing? that's cute, ike. it fits you." y/n said.
the smile she showed ike made the ears of the others perk up.
"y/n! look at mine too!"
"no! see mine first!"
"y/n, isn't mine great?"
"y/n, what do you think of mine?"
"one by one please..." y/n said while sweating buckets.
vox turned his ruby bead to an onyx bead bracelet, ike turned his to a chain earring, shu turned his to a simple hanging earring, mysta turned his to a little choker necklace, and luca turned his to a simple gold bar necklace.
"we call your necklaces 'charms'. we'll need it during rituals. it is the only way you guys can participate." y/n said and took out hers to show them.
"yours is white. is there a meaning to it?"
ike's sharpness didn't surprise y/n.
"yes. the next club president will be granted a white charm. the power chooses its next holder." y/n answered. "but the original charm is in elira-senpai's hands. she owns it, after all."
"gaaah i like this so much." mysta said after wearing his charm.
the others did the same and they would be lying if they say they didn't like it.
a lot has really happened today.
"then for the vice president..." y/n mumbled.
"me! pick me!" luca excitedly said.
"or me!" mysta also said.
"vox is gonna be the vice president." y/n beamed before the bell rang just in time.
"that's the bell! you guys are dismissed."
"vice president? are you sure?" vox asked the lady.
"yeah, i'm sure."
"okay then." vox said with a chuckle. "ah, president. i almost forgot to give you this."
it was a plastic, and inside was the new sign for the occult club.
"waaaahh! this is so cool?!" y/n exclaimed. "thank you, vox! thank you so much! h-how much was it?"
"it didn't punch a hole in my pocket, so it's fine." vox said. "also, luca paid half since we were together when we had that made."
"thank you so much guys, for everything, really."
"we should thank you too, for letting us in the occult club and letting us experience something new." ike said.
again. they all thought in unison while staring at each other.
"you're welcome." y/n replied.
"would you do the honors of hanging it outside?" luca asked.
y/n giggled and went out first as everyone follows. y/n then stood in front of the door with the boys standing behind her.
she took out the old sign hanging, and shu took it from her.
"here we go." y/n mumbled and slowly placed the sign in the middle of the door.
"i'll see you guys again tomorrow!"
"yes, president!"
the charms:

Shu Yamino's application form:
✞︎ "i still can't believe it." mysta started after he got so uncomfortable with the awkward silence.
after watching the president leave the school, the five of them walked together to the park.
"i acted unsurprised because you guys were too! you know how hard that was?!" mysta exclaimed as ike and shu were busy picking drinks at the vending machine.
the sun has already fallen a few minutes ago, and above the five men were the stars twinkling after they were forbidden to do so with the sun.
"cola! cola!! i said i want cola!!" ike exclaimed from his heart.
"sorryyy!! here's your cola!!" shu also exclaimed from the top of their lungs.
mysta just stared at the two boredly before turning his head to vox. "what are you having?"
"shu, i want cold tea." vox said.
"i'll have an apple cider, shu." mysta said. "shu!!! i f***ing said apple cider man!!"
"i want ice cream!" luca said while peeking behind ike and shu.
