《Harry Potter and His Twin Sister》Chapter Thirteen

"How about Pendragon castle? I believe it is the best location for growing magical creatures especially dragons." Griphook suggested. "Pendragon castle is set on Pendragon Island, which is its own country about the size of England but uninhabited by people. If you wanted, you could create your own society separate from England or any other country. It doesn't have any set laws as it has no residents, however it is a register magical animal sanctuary to keep the dragons safe from hunters."
"Really? That's amazing! Our own country! The things we could do. The people we could help." I whispered in awe.
"We should change the name of the country to something more neutral, but that still represents the Pendragon name." Harry murmured.
"Hmm, how about Draconia?" I asked.
"That's perfect!" Harry exclaimed.
"Ok, then I will officially change your country's name from Pendragon Island to Draconia." Griphook stated.
"Thank you, Griphook. Harry, I think we should start our own society, away from Britain. It is far to prejudice here, and magic is suffering, her creatures are being killed daily just for being what they are. We can help them, give them a place to go, somewhere safe where they can thrive. Not just creatures, but wizards and witches that practice the dark arts, squibs that have been abandoned, muggleborns who are being abused. We can help them!" I ranted.
Harry took my hand, squeezing it, and smiled reassuringly at me.
"Calm yourself, little sister. I agree. Let's make history and create our own society!" Harry said, grinning.
I grinned back at him.
"Griphook, will Gringotts be willing to help us? We will need our own Gringotts set up on Draconia eventually, but until then we need builders, craftsmen, and farmers.
"We could use house elves to maintain crops and free range livestock." Harry suggested.
"First we need to tour Draconia and figure out where to put the main city. It should be near a forest for the werewolf residents. We will need to design a town square and decide what the centre piece should be." I murmured, my brain racing with ideas for Draconia.

"We will also need to come up with base laws, defiantly keep a no hunting magical creatures' law, especially dragons. After all they were there first." Harry muttered to the side of me, I could tell he was full of ideas too.
"I will talk to King Ragnok and inform him of Draconia and the prospect of building a bank there, you will need to discuss the terms with him. As for builders and craftsman there are no better than goblins, I shall ask for permission for a team of our best to come build your city. I will also get you in contact with some of the best wizarding builders and craftsman in the world to help. If you allow it Gringotts will be happy to take care of all your warding needs." Griphook explained.
"That sounds great Griphook and like we would go anywhere else for our warding, Gringotts is the best." I huffed.
"I know." Griphook said smugly. "I just mentioned it in case you were thinking of a contractor for warding, although that would be foolish."
"No, we choose Gringotts." Harry said determinedly.
"So, your new home will be Pendragon castle on Draconia, is there anything else we need to discuss today besides plans for Draconia?" Griphook asked.
"Hmm, do you know if Remus Lupin is actively receiving mail?" Harry asked, worried about his only accessible godparent at this time.
"Yes, he is. You should be able to owl him." Griphook replied.
"Now, it's time to go to Pendragon castle and get you tied into the wards. I will go with you and assist you till this point, and then return to Gringotts and get working on your requests and getting you an audience with King Ragnok." Griphook said, standing up and walking around his desk, holding a dragon statue.
"This is a permanent portkey to Pendragon castle from Gringotts. Use it wisely." Griphook explained to us, showing us the red scaled dragon statue portkey.
"Now then the password is Fang, hands on and let's go!" Griphook told us.
Harry and I quickly scooped up our familiars, the house elves holding some of them and we placed our hands on the portkey.

"Ok, on 3, 1...2...3..." Griphook exclaimed.
"Fang!" We all shouted.
We were sucked into the portkey. It felt like a hook was behind my navel pulling me harshly to the new location while whirling me around. I crashed to the floor when we came out the other end, careful not to land on my familiars although the landing did jostle them quite a bit.
"Here we are! Welcome to Draconia!" Griphook exclaimed.
Harry and I gasped as we looked around. We are on a pathway leading up to a massive castle. There is a large lake on the right of the castle surrounded by wildflower fields, where some massive dragons are curled up. To the left of the castle is seemingly endless forest. The castle itself is bigger than Hogwarts, with five towers flowing high into the sky, there is a tower in the North, East, South, West, and one in the centre of the caste that towered the highest of all the towers. The castle is made out of large grey old-fashioned stone. It has two large wooden doors as the main entranceway, big enough for a dragon to fit through, the doors have magnificent dragons carved into them. There are hundreds of windows covering the castle most with dark wooden shutters on the outside. The castle has green vines growing up the walls that looked beautiful in the sun that is shining down on the island. It's a lot warmer here than it is in the UK.
We all made our way up to the humongous castle, Harry and I looking around us in awe.
"It's beautiful here, is this our new home mommy?" Vasuki asked, his tongue tasting the air around him.
"That's right. This is home." I whispered.
"Come on, let's go inside and tie you into the wards. The only reason you are safe right now is because the wards recognise that a goblin is with you." Griphook said, leading us to the two massive doors.
We go through the doors and into a ginormous entrance hall with two marble grand staircases leading up to the second floor on either side of the room, there is a massive chandelier dangling from the ceiling full of candles waiting to be lit. The entrance hall has multiple stone statues of different dragons made out of marble. It is a beautiful sight.
In between the two grand staircases is another set of massive double doors, that Griphook leads us too.
"Through here." Griphook called, as he held the large doors open for us.
Harry and I walked through, gasping at the magnificent reception room. It has one large Victorian style green couch, with two smaller two seater couches, and a large cuddle chair. All the chairs are situated facing a large, elegant marble fireplace, that has little dragons engraved on the marble frame. The room has a grass green, and cream coloured theme throughout. The Victorian era was highly suggested in the décor, it is stunning. Especially the little mixes of gold in with the green and cream,
Griphook walks over to the fireplace and gestures for us to follow him. Harry and I walk over.
"Ok, so we can use this fireplace to tie you into the wards, all you have to do is prick your finger on the dragons fang." Griphook explained pointing to a dragon engraving with sharp fangs at the top of the fireplace.
Harry and I followed Griphook's instructions and prick our fingers on the dragons' fangs. The air arounds us flashed a bright golden colour and a warm feeling filled me, like I was being accepted home.
"It's done." Griphook stated.
"Thank you Griphook, for everything. We will see you soon." I said, surprising the goblin with a hug.
Harry followed my hug with a firm handshake, followed by a quick hug. Harry then moved over to me and put his arm around me, hugging me.
"We're home sis!" Harry whispered.
"Finally." I whispered back with tears in my eyes, hugging my brother tightly.
