《Hooks Raven{Peter Pan}》Chapter 4

"Peter Pans POV*
We stayed as still as we could as people started to leave the ship including the codfish himself. They walked and into the building we were hiding behind and I thought the necklace glowed for a second but it must have been a trick of the light.
I looked at the boys behind me. It was time to split up. I signaled for the land group to stay where they were and the sea group was to put on a disguise and to follow me. They quickly put on hats and scarfs that they had brought with them and we walked to the back of the building.
The door had just closed so we started to disperse among the crowd of performers who were wandering around some really big floats. I flew up to the fake sail on the biggest one and hid myself carefully.
People started to come out of the building and onto the boat. It was Hooks crew as far as I could see. There was his big red hat with over sized feathers and Mr. Smee standing beside him.
The necklace started to glow slightly but I couldn't see who it was glowing at. I must be close though.
I jumped as I suddenly felt the float move and drums starting to play. I could see the lost boys trying to blend in with the performers by dancing and cartwheeling around the place.
We were suddenly basked in sunlight as we entered the square. There were a lot of people there. Well, we wouldn't be staying long any way.
At the last we came to a halt which was just as well because I was getting a bit float- sick.
A big tall man in a huge hat walked up and started talking to the crowd about some really old dead guy. That explained the big festival anyway. Of course pirates would honour a guy who chopped off heads. How predictable.
"Please welcome Captain James Hook!" He finished at last. Hook stood up and started to talk about this, that and the other and I removed my sword waiting to make an entrance.

"We all have one enemy of course-" I sliced through the sail slowly interrupting his little speech and making my self known to them.
"Peter Pan!" I heard him say. I grinned down at him.
"That's right Hook and don't forget the lost boys!" I shouted as they started to take off their disguises.
"Suprise! Did we Suprise you?" I asked him innocently.
"Get them!" He screamed and so it began. I wanted to find that kid before we became truly out numbered. I flew down into the middle off the fight, fighting pirates left an right. I could see the lost boys doing the same.
I took down another pirate and turned to face my next opponent.
"Hello, Peter Pan!" He said.
"Captain Codfish" I replied doing a slight curtsey.
"It's Hook!" He yelled lunging at me. Forward back and turn around. Dodge from the right, slice from the left. It was the same every time I fought him. Quite a crowd had gathered by now watching to see the outcome. He cut my arm, which really hurt and I sliced at his face giving him a cut on his right cheek. Eventually, he makes a luge at me which I dodge and I cut deep into his leg drawing blood. He falls over and gets his hook caught in the side of the ship.
I laugh as more of the crew goes over to help him.
"Poor Captain Codfish. Any one else want a fight before I go?" I said looking around and swinging my sword.
"I will Pan. I owe you a fight any way." I spun around and saw a girl standing there with a bit of hair covering half her face. Her sword was pointed at my face and she had a look of pure hatred on her face.
We started circling around with sword pointed at one another.
"Oh yeah? Why do you owe me a fight. I don't even know you. I'm sure I would remember a pretty face like yours." I said sweetly.

"Save it for someone who cares, Pan!" She replied.
"Honestly I thought that the bleached blond hair most girls wore here was silly. How did you get yours to turn black? Sleep in wet mud?" I asked, keeping up my little act so I could find out who she was. I knew the face from somewhere I just didn't know where.
"Your giving fashion advice. Can I remind you that your wearing green tights and a necklace that glows. Is that one of your precious fairy dust lockets?" She replied, smirking slightly.
Completely distracted I looked down and saw that the necklace was in fact glowing. As she stepped closer to me now that I had dropped my guard, it started glowing brighter.
I was shocked. This was the person I was supposed to bring back? But she clearly couldn't fly. Her feet looked as if they had never left the ground.
Suddenly my sword was swiped from me and the girl was pointing both swords at me. I held up my hands slightly as I now had no weapons.
"Now, I think we'll give you a nice big cut along here and then maybe we can remove your hand. Then we'll be even, okay?" She said sliding her sword along my cheek.
"Lost Boys! Let's get out of here. Meet me back at the camp!" I yelled out. I flew up and grabbed the girls swords, sliding them both into my belt. I then proceeded to put an arm around her waist and pull her upwards.
"Hey! Let me go! Pan, I'm warning you. Put me down now!" She yelled struggling in my arms.
"Sorry can't. I'll just keep her with me by the way!" I called out to the pirates.
"Let go of me Pan! I don't want to go with you!" She yelled.
"No. We didn't come all this way to rescue you for nothing you know." I called back.
"Pan! Bring her back right now!" I looked down and saw Hook trying to stand up.
"Help me please!" The girl yelled still struggling in my arms.
"See you all later." I yelled and started to fly towards Neverland.
"No, Raven! Bring her back!" I heard Hook shout.
Raven? Hold on a second. I knew that name from somewhere.
The girl, Raven I assumed, had started crying, silent tears dripping down her cheeks. She was still struggling slightly.
"Can you stop struggling. I'm trying to save your life here." I said. She was making it hard to fly.
"Save me? How is this saving me. I don't want to leave. Especially not with you!" She shouted back.
"Let's talk about something else. Why did you say we would be even if you cut my face? I mean the hand I get but the face..." I trailed off and looked down at her.
"Really Pan? You'd honestly don't remember?" She asked looking at me as if I had three heads.
"Nope."
She sighed. "When I was six you attacked our ship and chopped of-"
"Hooks hand. Yeah I remember that well. A big achievement on my behalf." I interrupted.
"Yeah. Now stop interrupting. You flew into the air with me and then proceeded to drop me. I flew for the first time, my hair turned black and you decided to slice half my face open. Now do you remember?" She asked.
I stopped flying mid air and stared at the slowly setting sun. How could I forget. The regret of cutting a child had plagued me for the last eight years.
I looked down at Raven. The wind had pulled aside her hair and I could see a bright red scar going down her cheek.
The sooner I got her back to the den the better

But this time they will be born as dungeons and try to ascend again into the Divine Realm with a whole army at their backs to get revenge. The story follows Quin as he develops himself and the intimate relationship he forms with the local sect. In this story I will try to mix classical fantasy elements together with typical Xianxia tropes, but in the end I always try to have a logic and reason behind why the world functions as it does. For more infos on the future of the story read the first announcement. First time writing a story and feedback is greatly appreciated.
