Not a lot had really happened the island. I mean I was only gone for a few days anyway so I wasn't expecting any drastic changes to have happened.
I had nearly been in bed for a week when Peter walked in and sat on the side of my bed.
"Hey. How are you feeling today?" He asked picking up my hand.
"Better." I said. There wasn't really anything to say about how I felt bit better was fine.
"That's good. Anyway. Your mother told me that I can try and help you to walk again. She doesn't think it should be too bad but if you can walk a bit then you are free to leave the room." He said.
"Really? Well then let's get going." I said sitting up and jumping out of the bed only to collapse on the floor again.
"Oh my goodness Raven! Are you okay? Here let me help you up." Pan said picking me up off the floor.
"Well that went well don't you think?" I said ready to try again.
"Sure whatever you say Raven. Now let's try again a bit more slowly this time. You can lean on me if you want." Pan said. We let me stand up again and held on to me. This time I didn't fall. I walked a few steps forward and found it fine.
"Okay. It's not too bad I guess. I can at least walk again. Can I get dressed now and go outside?" I asked eagerly.
"Well if you're sure you'll be fine I guess it will be okay." Pan said." I'll go and tell your parents that you're coming out."

He walked out the door leaving me to dress myself. I had just finished pulling my boots on when Pan came back in.
"Are you ready to go?" He asked extending his arm.
"Yes. Let's go." I said walking towards the door.
"By the way I saw the bandages when I was getting dressed. Is it really that bad?" I asked thinking back to the layers of bandages that covered most of my waist.
"If anything it's worse. You have no idea." Pan replied. As we entered the square I was immediately tackled into a hug from Wendy.
"Wendy. I'm fine. It's not so bad that you have to hug the life out of me." I said once she had let go.
"I'm sorry. I was just so worried. Everyone was." She said as mother walked over.
"Raven! I'm glad to see you walking around again. How's your side?" She asked as she approached me.
"It's fine. It hurts a bit but I don't really notice it." I answered truthfully.
"Okay. You should be alright then." She replied.
"Did everyone really miss me that much?" I asked Peter.
"You have no idea." He answered.
I sat down with everyone for dinner which was nice. Everyone seemed happy to see me up and walking around again. Cara, Kiara and Jenny had all joined the lost boys even though they were girls. Not that I minded. I really liked them all. I was glad they decided to come.
It was nice to be around people again who didn't act all silly and Princess like. People like Samantha and Andrew for example.
Peter was being very protective of me which was sweet but it meant that he didn't get enough sleep.
As a result of that, when we did eventually get to bed I wrapped my arms around him and made sure that he was asleep before I even closed my eyes.
Even the great Peter Pan is not invincible and he does need to sleep.
Everyone does.
