《The Underworlds Hero》Community and Combat

Ok, so Izuku's hero costume will resemble AFO's suit very much folks. This is him honoring his father along with it being more apparent he's his son. The only difference is the mask not being on his. Enjoy.
"That should do it for today." I began to put a few trash bags of garbage out to the road before looking at the small area where I was cleaning. "Ahead of time also. Maybe I'll be able to take a few minutes to see if I can get some metal to make stuff for kids to play on." For about a year, I've been spending a few days taking projects on to help the community. Their not really big, their more just cleaning graffiti and renewing old park playing sets. One project however, was probably the most notable out of my endeavors. "In related news, people are still trying to find the person reviving community areas that are deemed unsalvageable by the people of the city." I began to watch the news talking about me, or 'Salvage' as the people call me in a store window. "Here we have a picture of Dagobah Municipal Beach. A beach that was deemed an illegal dumping sight until a matter of weeks ago. Reports say, Salvage had cleaned this beach and revived it to its former glory." I smile at this before heading to the scrapyard that I normally go to when making projects.
While heading in, I notice a guy wearing a bag on his head crying. "Hey buddy, you ok?" "Everything in my life ends in failure, how is that ok!?" He began to sob harder holding his head. "Why don't you talk about it man. You might feel better." The man I learned as Jin Babaigawara began to tell me about his life. He said how he has no living relatives and how an accident when he was 16 made him be looked at as nothing more than a street thug. It probably didn't help that he looked the part, but he was born that way. This accident would make him lose his job years later and leave him homeless. Eventually, he went to crime thinking he had nowhere else to go. This came to a stop though when the clones he made of himself with his quirk revolted and killed each other. The bag over his head is his own fear he may fall apart as well since he's at a state of not even knowing if he's a copy as well.
"So because of that, I'm here where society thinks I belong." I felt for the guy and wanted to help. "Babaigawara, do you mind if I do something to help?" "Go ahead. It won't work anyway." I place my hand on his arm to see how his quirk works. "So your quirk 'Double' works as you need a perfect measurement of a person before using. It also dissipates when it takes damage similar to breaking an arm." "Wait how did you-" "let's just say my quirk has some unique talents. Anyway, this next part may be kinda messed up. So in advance, I'm sorry." I grab a firm grip of Babaigawara's arm before jerking it in a quick motion to break it. "GYAAAA!!!! What the hell!?" I wait a few seconds before speaking. "Your not disappearing. Your the real one." "LIKE THATS THE ISSUE!? YOU JUST BROKE MY ARM!" "Just give me a second." I begin to use my healing quirk to turn his arm back to normal.

"How's it feel now?" He felt his arm by moving around to notice it's fully healed. "How did you do that?" "Let's day I have more than just one talent." He began to take the bag off to show a stitched up cut on his head.
"I can heal that one too if you want." "I think I'll keep this one as proof I'm the real me. *sigh* But that just solves my inner problem. I have nowhere to live and no way of supporting myself." "Maybe you do. The owner of the scrapyard here is getting up there in years and needs help. It won't be easy, but it should be stable work." Babaigawara started to smile. "If it's grunt work, I'm your man." With that, we both went to the man of the scrapyard to explain Babaigawara's situation. He was very understanding and willingly gave him the job. He was able to start today, so he jumped right in to get his hands in the work. "Kid, I don't know how to repay ya. You helped an absolute stranger out when you didn't have to." "You don't owe me anything. Just work hard for the man and save a few of the larger pieces that you'd have to break apart to the side." He agreed with me walking away. "What's your name though? You did all this and I didn't even get it." "Izuku Midoriya." "Thanks Midoriya." I put a thumbs up while walking away.
The day was relatively normal for the morning classes. During the first half, our classes are like any other high school. But during the afternoon, our heroic classes begin. We all had been sitting in the classroom talking with each other until our teacher arrived. "So any chance I can get your number cutie?" Some blond guy with a lighting bolt was trying to hit on Jiro with it being obvious Momo was jealous. "Keep dreaming pikachu, I'm already in a relationship." Everyone looked at Jiro kinda shocked at her bluntness. "Aww man, who's the lucky guy?" "The lucky 'girl' is sitting over there." Jiro points to Momo with her holding a confident smirk. "Shit! I hit on a lesbian and now I look like an idiot!" 'I think that ship sailed when you openly asked her out with all of us here man.' "Hahahahaha! Get bent!" Kaachan began to laugh at this with Toga sitting comfy on his lap.
"Hello everyone. My name is Sir Nighteye, and I will be your instructor today." Nighteye walked in with everyone paying attention to him. "Wait, who's Nighteye?" A redhead by the name of Kirishima asked this with everyone but a few silently agreeing. "I'm not surprised most of you don't know me. I mainly do underground hero work since my quirk isn't flashy or anything. However, my work has helped many people. So please give me your respect and I shall teach you as best I can." Everyone nodded at this as he continued. "Today we will be doing work on your combat abilities to see what we're working with as of fighting aptitude's." He pulls out a flash card to reveal some words in bold letters. "As such, your lesson will be battle training. And what hero is complete without a costume?" Nighteye presses a button for 20 cases to come out of the wall. "Change into them and meet me down in test ground Beta on the double." He left with all of us grabbing our costumes to leave.

We began to walk out to see Sir Nighteye standing there looking at us. "I can see some of you took your quirks into deep consideration choosing what you wished. Nicely done on your part." I looked around to see everyone wearing costumes that were unique to them and told a lot about them. "Midoriya." I turn my head and nearly get a nosebleed seeing Uraraka in a skin tight bodysuit. "That costume looks amazing on you. I wish I made mine a little more like yours. This is a bit embarrassing." Uraraka states this with a blush as I avoided looking at her. "I-it's not that bad when you get used to it." "Dude, you look awesome in a tux." "I must agree. You do look very handsome Izuku." Jiro came over with Momo to punch my arm in a friendly way. "My father always said, Italian leather does show a man of class." I start to feel a bit proud in my statement to puff my chest out a bit. "Pfft! But your like the most emo person I know." "Oh, ha ha miss punk rock outfit. Your one to talk." We started to laugh a bit before quieting down.
"Now that we are all here, let's go over what our class will be." We all focus our attention on Sir Nighteye with him starting. "A villain has made a bomb and is threatening to destroy the city with it. The heroes have tracked the bomb to this building. They need to either deactivate the bomb or subdue the villains before time runs out for the bomb to explode. That is your scenario in this. The heroes and villains will be picked at randomly with this being a two on two match. To capture a villain or hero, you will be given this special tape to wrap around them. This will indicate capture and deem the person unable to continue. This is one of the two ways to win. The second is varied to hero or villain. Heroes will win if they touch the bomb as a symbol of disabling it. Villains will win if the timer runs out. Along with this, you will be graded on how you handle yourself in combat and how you handle your surroundings. Any questions?"
Everyone was silent until a frog girl by the name of Asui speaks up. "Will anyone be expelled if they fail?" "No. They will not. Are there any other?" Nobody said a word. "Good, now please come up and draw lots." Once we were done drawing lots our teams were announced(Everyone has the same partner with Toga being paired with Yaoyorozu instead of Mineta). "Looks like we're on the same team." "I guess we are." Uraraka smiles at me while I did the same. "Now for the first match. Team A will be the heroes facing team D who will be the villains." I glanced over at Kaachan who smiled a bit. "I've been waiting to see how far you've gotten Ichan." "I was about to say the same thing." "Villains will go in first to have a few minutes to prepare. Heroes will wait out here until then. Everyone else, please follow me to the surveillance room underneath the building."
As they left, Sir Nighteye gave us all the floor schematic to go over. "They can't possibly expect us to know all this before going in, do they?" "Heroes need to have all information sink into them when they have the chance. Having one bit of information not hit you could be catastrophic. Getting used to time allotments like this gets you ready for the field as my father taught me." I finished memorizing the floorboards while finishing my talk to her. "Your dad sounds like he was a bit of a stiff when it came to heroics." "He did hero work for a long time, so he's seen what lack of information can do. But I understand what he was trying to do for the future generations. He wanted them to not make his mistakes." I looked down a little when talking about how his lack of information had created problems for him. "Hey, it's ok. You shouldn't beat yourself up this much. It's not healthy to." I look over to see her smile at me. "Thanks."
"Hero team can move in now." Sir Nighteye mentions this with me tapping Uraraka's shoulder. "I have an idea." I whisper the idea to her with her smiling at it. "I like it." I use my quirk to temporarily copy Uraraka's to make us float up to the roof. Once we were there, I released us feeling nauseous. "I don't give you enough credit, that's a painful drawback." "Thanks for the complement." Once I regain my composure, we head down to the 5th floor. "If I'm Kaachan, I'd put the bomb on the 4th floor." As we went to the next floor, I noticed Kaachan flipping Iida off while walking out of a room. 'Guess some things never change.' I head down to the third floor with Uraraka staying by the door where the bomb was. Once I was directly under the room with the bomb, I started the plan we had. I used Muscle Augmentation and my tendrils to grab Iida to pull him down through the floor. "Fancy having you drop in." He tried to recover and run at me to kick me in the face. This ends with me using Rivets to have him sprain his ankle. "ARGH!" I place my hand on his chest to send a wind pistol at point blank range to send him flying. Kaachan comes to notice Iida in a wall trying to get out. "You ready for this Kaachan? I'm not going easy on you."
Kaachan tried to send a punch to me with it bouncing off me with Muscle Augmentation. "So you got a few tricks huh? Impressive." I smile as I activate Rivets to go over my muscle fibers. "It gets better. Combo quirk: Brass Fibers!" I came at Kaachan with my fist hitting him in the gut to take him into a wall. I immediately use Scale Shower to keep them where they are. "Their down Uraraka. You in place?" I look up to see her next to the bomb. "Ready." She hugs the bomb to signal we've won. "Hero team wins." I walk over to take the scales out of Kaachan and Iida's costumes while healing them. "You both good?" Kaachan started to smirk a bit. "Gotta admit, that was kinda cool." "Thanks." "Hey guys, I can't get back over." We look up with Uraraka a little stuck. "I'm coming." I levitate up with AFO to have her hold onto me to get to the ground. "Thanks." "It was my fault you were stuck up there, so it's not a problem." We began to smile with Kaachan silently chanting. "Kiss. Kiss. Kiss." We immediately let go and hold some embarrassment in both of us.
Once we got back, Jiro, Toga, and Momo smirked at us a bit. "What?" "Are you the air beneath her wings?" Jiro states this with us going completely red. "Anyway, nicely done on both sides. Time for you four to be critiqued. Bakugou, sometimes splitting up is a bad idea. Though you knew Midoriya would be someone you knew would come after you, that played a part in your downfall. Iida, do not let things like these happen if it would backfire in your head. Staying with the bomb was a smart thing, but the wise thing would be deriving a plan to put more strain on your opponents. Midoriya, that move in the beginning to grab Iida was too risky. If you were slightly off, you could've taken the bomb with you. And Uraraka, if doing something would leave you unable to combat any possible holes in a plan then don't do it. If Midoriya couldn't do anything against Bakugou and Iida, you would've failed." We held our heads down a little knowing where we went wrong. "But for a first training session, far less flaws than I expected." We smiled at this a little for us to continue.
"Good job everyone. Injuries were kept to a minimum. Think on where you all went right and wrong today and become better for it. Class dismissed." Sir Nighteye left with all of us a little more confident after this. "He was a bit of a buzz kill, but not nearly as much as Mr. Aizawa." Sero states this with everyone agreeing. "They've seen the dark side of the hero business, I don't blame them for not wanting to sugarcoat anything for us." I started to walk away before two people stop me. "Hey Mido, you mind if we talk?" I look behind me to find it was Ashido and Kirishima. "Ok." We walk to the side with them both immediately bowing. "Thank you." I looked at them like they had a screw loose before they started. "Almost a year ago, you helped some of my friends when they were being harassed by this huge guy." "Yeah. I wanted to help, but I was too scared." Ashido nodded with both of them looking down.
"...How do you know it was me?" "Those freaky tentacle things you had in the training session kinda gave it away. You used them to take the guys quirk and knock him out." I begin to remember the guy now. He was harassing some middle schoolers about finding a hero agency with them too scared to talk. I got between them telling him to back off. He thought to come at me with a fist. But before he could, I stole his quirk and knocked him back. It was a crazy strong strength enhancer that I use when I need one of the quirks that I have to get a power up. Before the cops came though, I left thinking nobody saw my face. "I just did what anyone would in that situation." "Still, thank you. Those girls were really close friends of mine, so I felt like crap when I couldn't help them." "I know that feeling personally, the feeling of being absolutely useless when push comes to shove. It's infuriating." I start to hold my hand out for them to see. "I only did what I should've at the time. But if you want, we can be friends I guess." They smiled as they both shook my hand. "Thanks Midoribro/Mido." I started to smile a bit at knowing how my past endeavors have helped more people. "I gotta get going. I gotta see someone before visiting hours are over." I walk away with a smile on my face.
And that finishes this chapter folks. To specify to you all, some villains in canon will be more vigilantes or people trying to just live their lives in this. They will play a role later in the story for Izuku. Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading.
