Izuku got atop the highest building he could to look over the city. "Ok. This should be a good enough spot to start this." He began activating Ragdoll's quirk to begin his hunt. 'Since Search can't tell who exactly the Dastardly Twins are specifically with Ragdoll's quirk, I'll start my search for Ochako and make my way there. Chances are, they'll all be in the same building.' Izuku searched as far as the quirk would allow to find Ochako's quirk in an underground room near an abandoned orphanage. 'Gotcha. Hang on Ochako. I'm coming to save you.' He bolted to the building as fast as he could to see the area in shambles. "Hmm. It looks abandoned. Doubt anyone's been inside the actual structure in a long time." Looking on the ground, Izuku used a quirk of his father's called 'Lenses' to see footprints of two women as it looked walking towards an old shed. "Bingo."

Kicking the shed open, Izuku saw the feet stop right in the middle of the old structure. Thinking there was something more, he activated a Strength Enhancer to break the floor and find stairs leading down. He followed them and found a room with several locks on it. "*sigh* I am so done with all these stupid tricks." Izuku activated Muscle Augmentation to punch right through the door. "HEY! WHERE'S MY FRIEND YOU FREAKY BITCHES!?"

"Mnnn." Izuku glanced over to see Ochako in chains with a decent amount of blood staining her.

"Ochako!" He ran up as fast as he could while breaking the chains holding her where she was. "Don't worry. I've got you now." She started mumbling something for Izuku to not hear it. "I'm sorry?"

He leaned closer for Ochako to hold him while speaking. "This was way too easy." She stabbed Izuku in the back with a needle before pulling it to leave a large gash on Izuku's back.

"AAHH!" Ochako then kneed Izuku's face and jumped back as if the injuries on her didn't matter. "Tch. I'm guessing you're Kotonaru?"

"Right." Ochako's body began to change into Kotonaru's to prove this was a trick. "If you're looking for Ochako, you're still in the right place."

"And look. The drug finally stopped for her to think rationally and see us rip you limb from limb." Meinai came out holding Ochako in chains for her to glance up and see Izuku.

"Izuku....get away...."

"What did you do to Ochak-" Izuku's body felt disoriented as if he could barely tell up from down.

"AHAHAHAHAHA! Look at you! You can barely walk!"

"This is too funny AHAHAHA!" Both girls started to laugh with Izuku holding his hand out to try and make an air bullet. Much to his surprise, it didn't work at all for the two twins to place on special gloves that had sharp blades which looked rather well made for their assault. "Are you ready Kotonaru."

"I'm ready when you are." The two seemingly vanished in thin air with the sound of running coming around Izuku.

"C'mon Izuku focUUAAAA!" A slash to the back made the AFO user lose his concentration to feel three gash marks in him. "I'm guessing this is your quirk at work Meinai? AAHHH!" Another slash came to his right shoulder before the sound of giggling was heard.

"Why yes." The two became visible for a moment to the sides of Izuku with each having one of their blade gloves dripping blood off them. "I can be precise, but a past time of mine and my sister's is making sure to break who we like."

"And the day you took down Wolfram, we wanted no. We yearned to make your death a slow and painful one." Kotonaru spoke with a bit of a blush and a smile to prove they're both without a doubt off the deep end.

"Time for round two." Meinai made both her and her sister invisible again for Izuku to try and prepare for an attack from anywhere.

'Just focus. You may not be able to see them, but if you focus enough, you can find them by the sound of their footsteps.' The sound of a pair of feat so light and nimble came at Izuku from behind. 'Gotcha.' He jumped over and prepared an attack before a sharp pain in his ankle was felt to see something go right through his left calve and out the other side. "SON OF A!"

"Smart move trying to dodge my sister." Kotonaru turned visible again to guide her hand across Izuku's cheek from behind him. "You know, you're a lot cuter than we gave you credit for. This'll be fun to break you until you can't move anymore in front of Ochako before breaking her in front of you."

"LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS!" Izuku was about to elbow the villain, but had his right arm gain a similar puncture wound like his calve.

"Naughty naughty Izuku~" Meinai appeared in front of him with her other set of blades placed on the left side of Izuku's forehead and brought down to cut from his head to his chin. "It isn't gentlemanly for a man to hit a woman. Just like THIS!" Both pulled their blades out and got to Izuku's chest to kick him in the stomach and send him into a wall.

"Izuku...." Ochako tried to move with her body still feeling off with the drugs in her system.

"Ah ah ah. Can't have you meddling in our little fight Ochako. So as a precaution..." Meinai took a metal bat to Ochako's leg to have a cracking sound be heard.

The pain took a moment to register in her before Ochako wailed in agony. "AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!"

Izuku moved up with the thanks of the wall to feel some ability in his body be able to return. 'I gotta help her.' He began using a quirk to weaponize his blood a bit before having another gash down his chest.

"You think we'd be stupid enough to let you do what you're trying and get away with it?" Kotonaru came in front of Izuku to hold her blades to his neck. "So easily we could end this for you. I could pierce through your neck." She moved her blades up to be directly in front of Izuku's eyes. "I could put my blades into these beautiful emerald green eyes of yours right into your brain." The villain once again moved her blades to position it right between his rib bones on his left side. "Or I can even pierce this cute little heart of yours. Right now, you're no stronger than a quirkless with some forms of training."

'That's right. Keep running your mouth.' Izuku's blood began crystallizing behind him at a slow rate out of view of Kotonaru. 'I'm gonna have to suck up the pain for now.' He pierced himself to hit the villain's shoulder.

"AAHHH!" Kotonaru pulled back in pain for Izuku to start running with the injury from before slowing him down. "YOU BASTARD!"

"Oh this will be fun." Meinai held a gun to Ochako's head and was prepared to pull the trigger. "Sorry Ochako. But we'll need to end this sooner than I hoped. But don't worry. Izuku will be joining you soon."

'I'm only gonna get one shot at this!' Izuku activated Damage Torrent to begin moving a bit faster. He then activated Wolfram's telekinesis to force the gun near him to grab and dodge Kotonaru coming at him for payback. In the moment, Izuku turned to Meinai to shoot at her head.

"AHH." The shot narrowly missed her skull to graze her head and make a gash.

'Now's my chance.' Izuku aimed both his hands at the twins with them noticing it just when the AFO user was able to fire off an air pressure attack at both. This knocked them both back for Izuku to get to Ochako, grab her and run to the stairs.

"Ah! I'll kill that fucking brat!"

"Patience Kotonaru. He's no different than an injured animal. And when he stops, we'll finish the job." Meinai licked some blood coming down the side of her upper lip from the gunshot wound and smiled.

"Ochako. Ochako, can you hear me?" The brunette looked up to see Izuku a bloodied mess to reach for his head.

"I...Izuku....Why aren't you healing." She spoke in a hoarse voice as the two made it to the surface.

"Somethings happening with my quirks. I think it had something to do with the drug in the syringe they stuck me with. I can use my quirks, but they're at a slower pace than before."

Ochako looked and noticed the pain in Izuku's eyes to start crying. "Leave me...Get help without me."

"Not a chance. You're in this cause of me, so I'm not leaving you."

"Please...You can't save us both. You need to live for Eri. She needs you more than me."

This enraged Izuku to headbutt Ochako. "Listen here. I didn't take on two sociopaths, get stabbed with some kind of fucked up drug, tested like someone's bitch just so you can try and play the saint act! I'M SAVING YOU WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! GOT IT!?"

This shocked Ochako as they came to the entrance of the building. "Where do we go from here then?" Thanks to focusing a bit on healing, Izuku's leg was able to have its puncture wound healed, but the holes in the bone were a different story.

"I can't run like this. But if we stop, we're dead." Izuku started moving back to the orphanage to see an old door that was able to be taken off its hinges. He brought Ochako in while placing the door back to hopefully make it seem like they weren't inside. "Alright. We're heading to the top." Izuku carried Ochako to the top floor where they were able to rest. "Let me see your leg." Ochako tried to move her leg with her hands for a large amount of pain to make itself known to her. It seemed extremely swollen with the skin turning purple from the bat that struck her. "This'll take a minute. Please bare with it."

Izuku tried healing Ochako for her leg to slowly reform back into its original shape before stopping. "...Thank you." Izuku began falling over for Ochako to catch him. 'He used the energy he had left on me. I gotta help him get out of here.' The brunette looked around before finding a small flare gun kit under the bed in the room. "That's it."

Ochako started patching Izuku up the best she could to try and stop some of the bleeding on the gashes. The puncture wounds, she was able to get him to wake up and heal enough where he won't bleed internally to death. "Ochako~. Izuku~. We know you're here." The sound of Meinai sent a shiver down the brunette's spine.

"I need to pay you back Izuku. My shoulder hurts ever so much from that attack. Now I need to comfort myself with the sight of your bloodied lifeless corpse." Kotonaru began speaking in a sad tone for the sound of the rickety steps to the next floor.

"There's no use hiding. We already know where you are~." Meinai spoke with glee for Ochako to see the footprints in the dust.

'Shit!' She began running to the window that had wood barricading the glass. 'Crowbar. Crowbar. I need a crowbar for this!' She looked in the closet to find a large number of power tools and weaponry that had been rusted with a strange iron smell on them. 'This'll do.' She grabbed the crowbar in the closet and began pulling the pieces of wood off.

"We can hear you Ochako. You think you're smart, but it's going to lead to your end soon." Kotonaru spoke with the brunette rushing even faster to get the boards off just enough for them to get out.

"Just a few more steps, and you won't be able to escape anymore~."

'C'mon! Hurry!' Ochako pulled the last board off that she needed off to then rush to Izuku to carry him on her back. 'AH!' She glanced at her leg to see it wasn't fully healed yet. 'Gotta tough it out for now.' She neared the window to begin running to it.

"There you are!" Both twins smiled before noticing Ochako smash through the window and start plummeting down to the ground.

'Gotta move fast!' She touched both her and Izuku to take the gravity off them and just barely stay above the ground for her just to avoid going face first on pavement by less than a second. "Release." She pressed her fingers together to fall to the ground. "That could've gone better." Ochako started to try and get up with Izuku while looking back. "At least for now we have some tiAH!" She knelt down in pain as the injury she had before that wasn't fully healed prevented her from moving. "I gotta keep moving. If not, they're gonna get us."

"Where do you think you're going!?" Both Meinai and Kotonaru came down from the building ready with their clawed gloves to pierce through both Izuku and Ochako.

'Dammit! I can't move!' Ochako struggled to move and get both her and Izuku out of the way. 'C'mon body! MOVE!' Just as it seemed hopeless, Izuku pushed Ochako out of the way at the last moment to take both attacks to his chest. The brunette watched as the blades went right through Izuku's rib cage with him puking blood up. "IZUKU!"

"You just had to play the fucking hero!" Meinai was agitated at the fact her kill wasn't as clean as she wanted before Izuku grabbed both twins' heads.

"Damn straight I had to play the fucking hero. Now it's over." Izuku used AFO to pull both girls' quirks out of them with as much pain as possible. This made them move back a bit and lose their gloves to keep the blades in Izuku's chest.

"YOU BRAT!" Kotonaru tried to shove her other bladed glove into Izuku, but neglected to notice Ochako beside both her and Meinai with a large piece of wood that fell from the top floor.

"THIS IS FOR HURTING IZUKU, YOU SKANKS!" She it Kotonaru in the side to send her into her sister and away from Izuku. "Izuku!" Ochako dropped the wood to run towards Izuku and try to support the blades in his chest.

"GAH! I'M SO FUCKING DONE WITH THIS SLUT AND HER SHITRAG OF A BOYFRIEND!" Meinai pulled a gun out to hold at the two. "I hate using guns for those that are on death's door like you both, but I'm through playing the nice card." She pulled the safety off and aimed right at Izuku's head. "Goodbye Izuku Midoriya. May your spirit join your whore of a mother and bastard father in hell!" Before she could pull it, her body felt as if something was keeping her arms and legs together. "No way!"

"It seems I came at the nick of time." Ochako and Izuku looked over to see a man pulling his hair to the side covered in what looked like a jean themed attire.

"*cough* Jeanist. What are you doing here? Also, how did you find us?"

"Nezu placed a tracker on you. Since he knew you'd most likely need assistance with these two, he asked for me to help. Don't worry son of AFO, I am here to finish the job." Several cops came over to the now bound Kotonaru and Meinai with their guns pointed at them.

"Dastardly Twins Meinai and Kotonaru! You are under arrest for several acts of murder, destruction of public and private property, aggravated assault, illegal dealings and acts of terrorism!"

As the cops handled the final tasks, Jeanist went over to speak with Izuku while the medical team handled his injuries. "How does he look?"

"Several puncture wounds including some cracks to bones. It also looks as if he was injected with some kind of nerotoxin that's hindering quirk factors."

"They did a number on you, didn't they?" Izuku nodded, unable to speak from the pain. "Since things are going kinda rough and you taking credit right now for this would end with heroes looking even worse and you having to be arrested, the police will take the credit for this. Are you alright with that?" Izuku nodded. "Though I don't condone what you've done up till now, you've done more for the people than the heroes could. You could not believe how long I've tried to find these two. Thanks to you, we may be able to make a stand now against All Might. So with every denim fiber in my being, I thank you."

"*gah* Crappy wording....but no worries....*cough* *cough*." Izuku was given a few electrical impulses to the brain in order to stop the nerotoxins. When the med team finished, Izuku was able to heal himself and heal Ochako who was given a blanket to cover herself. "You ok?"

Ochako looked at Izuku with blood covering most of his body. She immediately hugged him and began crying. "I-I was so scared." Finally being able to feel at ease, Izuku hugged her back with tears coming down his face as well. He was able to save Ochako and keep someone close to him from dying. He was proud of himself, but also ashamed this had to happen.

"C'mon Ochako. Eri's waiting for us with your parents."

"*sniffle* Yeah. I'm sure mom's spoiling her rotten right now."

The sound of footsteps was heard with the shadow of a man walking into the light to answer a call. "Did you get the sample I needed?"

The man was shown to be Nine who held a vial of blood. "I did. Good thing the twins knew how to keep their torture room nice and clean."

"Even in the end, Kotonaru and Meinai have proven themselves worthy allies. A shame that they are no longer able to be used." A portal was opened up inside the room for the person on the phone to speak again. "Bring me the sample of Izuku Midoriya's blood. Now that Overhaul has the girl again, we can wrap up our projects for All Might and prevent him from taking his anger out on us."

"Understood doc." Nine got off the phone and began walking into the portal. 'I wonder how you'll react to knowing you've failed to keep her safe, Midoriya.'
