From the moment my eyes had seen her, hidden in the corner of the office, I'd been bewitched. Her scent, her eyes. Everything about her caused my inner beast to roar to life.
The Alpha in me snarled deep inside me when the bastard wrapped his arm around her. Her discomfort was obvious. Her cheeks had flushed, her breathing quickened and her beautiful face contorted in distaste.
I could sense the others tensing beside me. Knowing I wasn't happy with our narcissitic host. He stood tall, wearing an overlly priced suit. His hair swept back. Kept in place with gel.
The woman was short and vulnerable in comparison. Short, curvacious with pink hair that was pulled back into a long pony tail down her back. Her green eyes piercing. Causing my stomach to contract at the sight of them.
The closer I got to her the more the fucker dug his claws into her delicate, pale skin. Smelling the blood I moved closer. Standing threateningly close to Kerrigan.
He stunk of female company and booze. He reaked of self importance.
We stared into each others eyes for what felt like hours. In reality it was only moments. But he let the girl go. I heard her whimper. I growled deeply. Protectiveness surprising me as I struggled to keep my composure.
As she left with a female of my pack I waited until her scent had faded before raising my hand, now a claw, and swiping down hard over Kerrigans face. Surprised he stumbled back onto his arse against the back wall.
"Keep your claws to yourself." I growled. He got up. His pack surrounding us.
Drake, my Beta, stood at my side. "The treaty...?"
"Fuck the treaty." I snap. "He's a fucking savage."
Kerrigan moved towards me. His Beta standing next to Drake.

"All this over a whore...." Taunts Kerrigan. Running his hands through his hair.
"This isn't about her. You and yours are nothing but murdering bastards. I'll keep my family safe by being as far away from you as fucking possible."
I turn to leave. He grabs my arm, digging his claws into my bicep.
"You will not take her.." he roared. Chuckling, I snatch my arm away. "I will take whatever I want."
The look on her face as we entered was a hoot. My friends and I walking into the van all covered in blood. Her green eyes widened in horror and I grin. Lighting a cigar. "Off we go sweetheart."
