Description:this user has two small will-o-wisps following them made of blue flames.Touching the will-o-wisps will lead to frostbite or hypothermia to occur.They have the ability to possess and hypnotize persons for a short amount of time usually 10-16 minutes.
Drawbacks:Prone to small migraines.

Flame throw:The user can order the wisps to throw themselves then explode in front of the opponent,blinding them.
