After seeing his opponent so confident he'll win, he got pissed. But he didn't show it, instead, He just grinned and spoke.
Prisoner: "Y'know... I was just gonna crush your windpipe and call it a day, but because you're being so damn cocky... Im gonna make sure rhe next 72 hours are as painful as possible." He said while grinning sadistically.
When he grinned, you got pissed. That stupid face reminded you of your father's murderer, so you decided to toy around with him before killing him.
Y/n: "Hey guys... Do you know about chocolate robots? Honestly, they're amazing! And is the number 1 snack in the world." You said while looking at your friends, not giving the prisoner any of your attention.
The prisoner gets pissed when you do this, and charges at you while preparing a punch.
Y/n: "And honestly, It's a snack like no other-" you then get cut off by everyone, except killua.
Leorio: "Look out!" Leorio said, watching the prisoner leap at you.
Then, a large dust cloud was created, scaring everyone, and making the prisoners mock them.
???: "Heh. I knew he was all talk. He got destroyed in just one hit." A pink-haired woman said cockily.
???: "That cocky brat never stood a chance." An Old man standing in the back said.
Leorio: "Dammit! Why wasn't he paying attention!" Leorio said angrily whole also worried about what happened.
Kurapika: "Dammit!" Kurapika said, his eyes slightly glowing red.
Gon just stood silent, with a look of worry on his face. But killua however, knew what you were doing, and had a small smirk on his face.
Then, once the dust clears, Everyone stands in shock at what they were seeing. You were sitting on your opponent's lower back, him facing the opposite direction, and you facing toward your friends, you then continue to speak as nothing happened.

Y/n: "And the way they make the chocolate is amazing too! The sweetness is just perfect!" You said to them, then killua decides to speak.
Killua: "I know right! I could eat them for the rest of my life and never get tired of them!" Killua responded to you.
Y/n: "Finally, someone who gets it!" You say to killua, uncaring for your opponent.
Prisoner: "Dammit!" The prisoner shouted.
He then tried to swipe at you, but you just grab his hand and vanish away. But he just runs at you and throws a kick, but you just vanish again. He then runs toward where you were and tried to grab you, but you disappear again. He tries to give one more punch, but you just dodge out of the way without looking at him.
Then you whisper in his ear from behind him.
Y/n: "My friends are watching... So Im gonna show off a little..." You whisper to him, pissing him off even more.
The prisoner then tries to hit you with a backhand, but you quickly duck under it and go behind him, you then grab his arm and swing him into a backhand of your own.
The prisoner then jumps away, trying to gain some distance.
Prisoner: "Damn. Y'know, for a cocky brat you're pretty good." The prisoner says while gaining his breath.
Y/n: "I know right? Man, I wish I was that guy!" You say from behind him while your arm is draped over his shoulder.
The prisoner then has a shocked look on his face and jumps away once again.
Y/n: "And he looks badass in his blindfold, Man he's so cool!" You said from behind him, startling him again.
Prisoner: "Dammit! You stupid brat, Quit doing that!" He said angrily.
Y/n: "8...9...10!" You counted as you fired Red at him, repelling him toward the other prisoners.

You repel him so hard that his head exploded when it hit the bars behind the prisoners, stunning them speechless.
???: "F-First round g-goes to y-y/n..." The pink-haired girl said while shaking in fear.
Y/n: "Welp. That's one point." You said as you walked toward Gon and the others.
They were in shocked silence, You just made a guy's head explode and you didn't look fazed. After a few moments of silence, Killua is the first to speak.
Killua: "Holy crap y/n! You made his head explode!" Killua said in a shocked tone.
Y/n: "Yeah. Pretty cool right?!" You said to killua.
Killua: "Totally awesome! You were like "8...9...10!" Then you sent him flying like VROOM and his head was like SPLOOSH! It was so cool!" Killua said with starry eyes.
You and Killua then keep talking about how his head exploded, making everyone sweatdrop. Then kurapika gets your attention.
Kurapika: "Yes, Yes, It was cool now who's going next?" Kurapika said loudly.
Killua: "Yeah, As much I'd like to keep talking, we've got to decide who goes next." Killua said.
Gon: "Me! I'll give it a try." Gon said cheerfully with his hand in the air.
Leorio: "Are you sure?" Leorio asked after a few awkward seconds of silence.
Gon: "Yeah." Gon said reassuringly.
Sedokan: "T-Then you'll be going against m-me." Sedokan said as he walked out into the area.
Gon: "OK!" Gon said as he also walked to the Arena.
Killua: "Hm. This guy doesn't look too strong." Killua said, thinking Gon's opponent wasn't much.
Y/n: "Well, That depends on what they're gonna do. For the first guy, he chose a fight to the death due to all of his muscle and physical strength. This guy looks skinny and is about to die, So I dont think this natch will involve physical destructive power." You said to Killua.
Killua: "Well... That's a good point." Killua said in agreeance with you.
Sedokan: "Now then, As you've all probably noticed, I'm not terribly strong. I dont enjoy fighting or running, jumping, anything physical really." Sedokan said.
Gon: "I like that stuff a lot more than thinking. I guess I've never been all that great at using my head." Gon said.
Y/n: "Gon is gonna win. The moment he decided to go against someone like Gon, he lost." You said straight up, making everyone confused.
Leorio: "I dont think Gon is weak or anything, but what makes you think that?" Leorio asked confused.
Y/n: "Just watch." You said, making Leorio turn toward the arena.
Sedokan: "I thought so. So, I came up with a game. One I think we'll both enjoy." Sedokan said.
Sedokan: "A simple game that doesn't rely on mental or physical activity." Sedokan said.
Gon: "What is it?" Gon asked.
Sedokan: "We each light a candle at the same time and whoever's goes out first is the loser. All right?" Sedokan explained the rules of the game.
Gon: "Yep. Makes sense to me. Im in; let's do it!" Gon said, happy that the game is simple and isn't too hard to understand.
Sedokan: "Ok. In that case..." Sedokan paused as he held up the 2 candles in the air, side by side, shocking everyone except for you and killua.
Sedokan: "So which candle do you want to use?

Triquetra: A Multi-Class Isekai or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Accept the End of the Multiverse
Triquetra: An Multi-Class Isekei Adventure I know, I know, you have heard it all before. Yes I was hit by a truck. Yes I ended up in a Fantastical World suspiciously similar to one of my favorite RPG’s. Yes I had access to cheats no one else possessed. Yes it was a world of classes and levels and magic powers. Finally, yes I was an overweight middle-aged loser failing to live up to my potential. Given my eclectic reading habits I should have been better prepared. Unfortunately I was not. Sure I could multi-class with reduced penalties, but my starting class was Scholar! No combat abilities and very limited spellcasting. My HUD interface costs mana to use, and my universal translation seemed to be outsourced to Giggle Translate. I’m supposed to be an OP MC! Not a slice-o- life struggling to survive in the wilderness. Not to mention the Arch-Magus who summoned me, mistimed everything, I arrived 300 years too late, after the fall of the Empire I was supposed to save. The surviving remnants have devolved into Murder Hobos. What’s worse is that the Great Devourer, Ancient Calamity, and Spawn from the Void Beyond Time, Space, and Sanity is now aware of a new world to plunder, a world called Dirt! (Told you this translator sucks) Warning Extra Crunchy Authorial Vebosity! Lots of infodump in the early chapters, but I learn my lesson and it does get better, eventually. I do not own the Cover image, found it on a free image site.

Embers in the Ash
Four ordinary young people from four corners of the Earth wake up on a hill in another world. Here, their very presence is a crime against the Gods. On the fringes of civilization, life is often brief and always violent, but in the Empire's Heartland, implacable hunters seek to rectify their blasphemous existence with Blade and Fire. To return home, they will need to adapt to a place where their life will be earned in steel. But what will they be ready to sacrifice for their goal? Will their flame flicker out like so many others before them? Or will they thrive as Embers in the Ash? Hello, and welcome to my first fiction on this site! Embers in the Ash is an epic fantasy adventure story that aims to span quite a few chapters (I hope!). To set expectations, this isn't going to be a LitRPG or power fantasy-style story. I'm aiming for a fairly grounded story set in a fairly high-fantasy world. I hope you enjoy it! For this first month of publication, my aim is to give you, the reader, something to really bite into. I will be releasing a chapter every day at 9:15 AM EST (13:15 GMT), as well as the occasional double chapter (which will always be announced by a post-chapter author blurb). Check in fifteen minutes after the first chapter's release! After this first month of publication, the aim is to go for either a weekly or bi-weekly release schedule, depending on the sort of time I can reliably dedicate to writing. Either way, settle in for the long haul, and welcome to the story!

How To Kill A God: A Fantasy Gamelit Thriller
Griffin, an exceptionally normal nerd, is summoned to a new world by forces that he can't yet understand. Tossed into the midst of a terrible plot by a serial killer, Griffin has to quickly figure what this strange new land is, how his new abilities work, and unravel the mystery that shrouds this dangerous killer. But he quickly finds that this plot extends far deeper than it seems, so deep that it embroils the gods and they themselves are worried about making it out alive. Can Griffin become strong enough to kill the monster that even the gods fear? Starting on June 3rd, this story will be released at a rate of two chapters per day for two weeks and then the rate will slow to a daily release for the rest of the month. The final posting rate will be five days a week, Monday through Friday. Note: This story takes a lot of inspiration from Naoki Urasawa's Monster, Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto, and Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen. If you happen to have enjoyed any of these, you might also enjoy this story.
