It was a bright and beautiful morning just like any other day was for Leila.

She was outside chasing a pretty white butterfly she saw at the garden.

Leila was the only female child out of her five brothers and they loved her unconditionally and we're very protective of her.

"Leila come inside or else you'll catch a cold" Killian said with genuine concern laced in his voice.

Her bright amber eyes shone brightly as her eyes skimmed around to find who was talking to her and they landed on a familiar pair of grayish-blue eyes.

"Killian!?" she squealed in excitement and ran into her brothers arms.

"I missed you so so much" she mumbled against his tummy.

He picked her up in his arms and gave her a light peck on her cute button nose.

"I missed you too" he laughed

"Where is Seth? Didn't he come with you?" she pouted.

"No princess. He was busy" he told her.

Gradually, he lowered her to the ground and placed a kiss on her forehead.

"I got you a gift would you like to see it?"

Her dull mood was immediately replaced with excitement. "I'd love to."

"You spoil her a lot" Peter laughed when he walked into the room and saw Leila stuffing her face with all the sweets Killian had bought her.

"We all do" Killian told his little brother and gave a pat on the back.

"You didn't tell me you were coming" Peter stated

"I told Perez and Lucas. They should've passed the message to you."

Leila slipped away from the room ignoring her brothers conversation and headed straight to her father's study.

After all she had gotten what she wanted from her brother.

Sebastian was sitting in his study with different thoughts going in and out of his mind. He didn't realize that his little daughter was staring at his calculative figure from the door.

"Papa?" she called out with uncertainty.

He immediately snapped out of his thoughts and looked towards his daughter.

His lips lifted up to form a smile when he saw her.

She ran into his arms around his neck and he picked her up and placed her on his lap.

Sebastian cherished his little daughter very much. Leila had reminded him of his late wife, Juanita.

It was like she a replica of her mother.

She had those amber eyes he loved so much.

"How are you my girl?" he asked her with a smile on his face.

"Good as always." she giggled

Gently, he patted her soft brown hair as she snuggled into his chest.

"Grandma Dilla wants to see you. "

"Granny?!" she squeaked.

"It's been a while" she mumbled.

"Then go pack because you'll be staying at her place for the next one week. "

She gave him a tight hug and jumped up from his lap and ran to get Perez who was going to help her pack.

Sebastian let out a low sigh when his daughter was out of sight. He was tired of hiding his daughter from these things but he had no other choice but to do so.
