《The Red Sun Never Sets》Chapter 2

The Sun never set. But somehow, he managed to get some sleep. He rose, rubbing his eyes from exhaustion.
Being stuck kinda puts a damper on your mood, ya know?
With a light laugh, he started to look around his cage. The Red Sun shone bright, leaving hardly any shade, in his one room cell.
It was confusing.
One minute, he was playing games with Sprinkles...
The next, he was in this cage, without his best friend. He rubbed his head, feeling at his hoodie, along with his horn.
Yes, a horn.
He was wearing a Narwhal hoodie, accompanied with a Narwhal horn, as Narwhals do.
It happened with just a blink of an eye. Sprinkles disappeared, and he was stuck.
So goes life.
Course, he also wore glasses. When he was younger, he never had the best eyesight. Glasses were his best option. Nothing else changed about his body.
Other than this confusing necklace. It had an hourglass on it, and no matter what he does, it keeps sending the sand downwards. Everytime he does so, sometimes he feels lighter, and sometimes he feels young.
Confusing, right? Sprinkles would have liked this.
Then again, Sprinkles wouldn't have liked his situation... so maybe it was best, that his best friend wasn't here.
With a jolt, the Narwhal hoodie wearing boy realized that the long deactivated portal across his cage started to glow. The Redstone Blocks shed a dark red gleam, and the middle became a portal of golden light.
Shivers went down his spine, as dark figures walked through, making the portal shine, what seemed, even brighter than before.
Three figures emerged, each looking different from the other. One was wearing sunglasses, with dark attire, while another was a black haired, purple and white jacket wearing asian. And finally the last, whom was a dinosaur. They looked familiar, strangely enough... but he also felt a sense of fear. He cowered, scooching back to the furthest part of the cell, covering his face with his legs and arms.
Maybe they weren't there to hurt him...
Maybe they were here to let him out?
They can help him...
Hopefully.
