You and Nat are trying on different clothes for the party and you both finally find an outfit and go in your bathroom and Nat's in hers. You look in the mirror to see how you look, your looking at yourself in disgust and self hatred.
"uh why don't I look good?" You walk off out the bathroom and go down to the party with Nat; however, for the whole night you don't talk much and go into areas where less people are until Nat walks into where you are.
Net-"hey y/n you ok?" You nod but don't say anything and carry on circling the round cocktail glass. Nat walks closer to you and sits down, not taking her eyes off of you.
"what do you want? I want to be alone so be quick with what you need to say." Nat stares at you in shock with what you just said.
Nat-"I- umm well your acting different, I wanted to make sure your ok." You nod and look up.
"I'm fine Nat, I'm gonna go." Nat nods and you walk off into the kitchen where no one is. You walk up to the sink and grab a glass of water and drink about half of it then see a knife. The urge is strong, your trying to fight it but you cant and walk over to it. A few tears roll down your cheek as you pick up the sharpest knife and inspect it. You put your glass down and roll up your sleeve, murmuring to yourself not to do it but you cant fight it any longer. The long brush strokes slide across your arm and the red ink drips onto the floor. You carry on sliding the silver over your arm making it produce more red ink. You hear someone walking closer, you quickly put the knife away and hide your arm, making sure they don't see it. Nat

Nat-"oh hey y/n.. what you doin-" She sees the red splodges on the floor and looks up and down at you. You see what she's looking at and freeze.
Nat-"y/n what the hell are you doing? is that blood?" You look at the floor and panic, without thought you run and get a towel and clean up the fresh blood; however, you completely forgot about your arm which is now being exposed to Nat and anyone else who walks into the kitchen.
Nat-"y/n! wat is that?" You look at your arm and immediately stand up and run over to the sink to wash the massive gash that is on your arm.
"its ermm a cat scratch?" Nat walks over and stops the water then spins you so your facing her.
Nat-"babe, please tell me what's wrong, that isn't a cat scratch." You look down in disappointment.
"baby, I'm so sorry, I look fat and ugly." Nat looks at you with sadness looming in her eyes.
Nat-" baby? you are beautiful and don't ever think anything different. You are a hot piece of ass." You both chuckle then plant a kiss on her cheek.
"I only learn from the master." You wink and pull Nat to get some bandages.

Trial of Champions
It all began with a family trip to an amusement park. How were any of us to expect being transported from Earth to participate in some "Trial of Champions," whatever that was supposed to be? Given only an hour to choose the Classes that would come to define our strengths, we were almost immediately torn away from one another and thrust into a deadly game of survival. It wasn't all bad, though, as terrifying as it could be from time to time. The supernatural and magical powers of the Classes were like something out of an RPG, complete with leveling up by killing monsters and completing so-called "Sub-Trials." And despite the juicy Experience to be gained from killing other Champion Contestants, not all of the participants were bloodthirsty murderers; some could be allied with, or even befriended. Even if it seemed like everyone who had been chosen for this Trial, no matter what universe they came from, was at least a little bit crazy. I would survive this till the end, and I'd make sure that my siblings and parents did as well, no matter how many times we were separated from one another. No matter how long it took. No matter what I had to do. --- A first-person litRPG incorporating classes inspired by D&D and other sources. If you like blue boxes but don't need to have huge lists of numbers to scratch your itch, you should be satisfied on that front. Each chapter is, in my word processing document, seven pages long (approximately 3300-3900 words). The Traumatizing Content warning is there because of discussions of certain topics. Nothing that I think deserves the warning actually happens in the story.
