Despite his busy schedule, Rhaveir made sure to return at 9pm to eat together with Herain and spend time with her

After they returned from their trip, Herain had always wore the bracelet and her diamond ring

Every now and then when Rhaveir sees it, he felt warm inside knowing that the woman he loves is carrying something he gave all the time

"Can you pull out the audio device you implanted on Rhavy?" Herain said as she chewed on her food

"Why?" Rhaveir asked gazing at her

"It's uncomfortable, I don't like being monitored all the time" she replied

"Okay" he casually stated

Herain smiled as she said "Thank you"

"I asked Elayne to do something for me, is that alright?" she asked

"You can use anyone however you like" Rhaveir replied

"Don't say that, you make it seem like they are just properties, every life is precious so be kind to everyone" Herain reprimanded

Rhaveir grinned as he said "Did you just reproach me?"

"Why?, can't I?" Herain stated as she raised an eyebrow

"You can reprimand me all your life, I'll gladly accept it all" Rhaveir replied with a smile

Herain heaved a low sigh as she said "Your dazzling smile is really irresistable, I can't even get mad at you for long"

"Is that so" Rhaveir replied with an innocent smile

"Don't show that smile to anyone okay?, I want it for myself" Herain earnestly stated

Rhaveir nodded his head and smiled once again as he replied "Okay"

"By the way, can you give Elayne a day-off?" Herain requested looking pitiful

"Okay" Rhaveir casually agreed

Herain cheerfully smiled as she said "Since you agreed to all my requests, is there something you want in return?"

"Can I ask for anything?" he asked

"As long as I can give it to you" she replied

"Then can't you just stay beside me all the time?" Rhaveir earnestly asked

Herain smiled as she said "Do you want me to be a useless woman who just keeps on depending on her man?"

"I don't see it that way" Rhaveir bluntly replied

"I would love to do that someday but I can't ignore the responsibilities entrusted by my grandfather, it was his last dying wish" she stated feeling sorry

‘Plus I was so used to working overtime in my past life that I feel trapped when I can't do anything worthwhile’ she thought to herself

Seeing the girl's resolute decision, Rhaveir heaved a low sigh as he said "If you insist then I will support you"

Herain brightly smiled as she said "Thank you"

2 days later

"You said it would take you 3 days but you've already finished it" Herain stated

"Well the president gave me a day-off after all" Elayne replied

"I have one last favor" Herain meekly looked at Elayne

"What is it?" Elayne asked

"Can you buy me those small recording devices about 5 of them just like the one Rhaveir used?" Herain stated

"Shouldn't you ask the president about it?" Elayne replied

"He shouldn't know what I was up to" Herain stated

"It costs a lot, if you want 5 of them" Elayne replied

"Don't worry about that, you can use the money in my bank" Herain stated

"Even without a job, you actually had a lot of money" Elayne uttered in surprise

"I know right, even I'm shocked of the amount Rhaveir gave me" Herain replied

"Alright, I'll make sure to get it as soon as possible" Elayne stated

"Vivian just cooked some dumplings, do you want to stay and eat with us?" Herain asked

"I can't, I have to go back to the company right away" Elayne replied

"Alright, then take some with you" Herain stated

"By the way, my mother has been waiting for you to visit her" Elayne stated

"What for?" Herain asked

"Probably to give her thanks" Elayne casually replied

"I'll visit her, send me the address of the hospital" Herain stated

Elayne nodded her head in response before leaving White Wisteria

After a while, Herain was able to finished reading the information that Elayne handed her

"So what is your plan now Miss?" Vivian asked as she noticed Herain was in a deep thought

"Well seducing Jax Arion is out of the question so maybe I can bribe his manager to let me replace the job for at least a month" Herain stated

"With Jax, I can get a closer look to Cory and it would be easy to find some dirt on her" she added

"Ohhh Miss is going undercover" Vivian stated with interest

"I should bribe the manager without raising any suspicion" Herain mumbled

"Managers of famous stars are mostly hungry for vacation, Miss could give that a try and see if it works" Vivian suggested

"Good idea, I need your help" Herain stated gazing at Vivian

"What can I help Miss?" Vivian asked

"Can you prepare a fake identity for me and make it sure it looks authentic and we have to do some make-over beforehand" Herain replied

"Okay Miss, I'll get it ready by the end of the day" Vivian stated

"By the way, you can't inform Rhaveir of everything I do" Herain casually stated

"Why not?" Vivian curiously asked

"He told me not to talk or even look at any man for 30 seconds straight, if he learns I'll be staying close with Jax most of the time then I'm done for" she replied

"I understand but will the president not suspect if you're not at White Wisteria most of the time?" Vivian asked

"I already gained my freedom so there's no problem plus it's not like I'm doing something bad behind his back" she replied

Just then a text message arrived to Herain about the hospital where Elayne's mother stays

"Where are you going Miss?" Vivian asked as Herain suddenly stood up from her seat

"I'm going to visit Elayne's mother at the hospital" Herain replied

At the hospital

"I thought you are in a private room" Herain stated as she gazed at the child in a hospital bed next to Elayne's mother

"I keep that child with me here since they can't afford to get her a room, her brother is the only one raising her" Elayne's mother replied

"What a poor kid, where are her parents?" Herain asked

"I heard they died and they live with their uncle but that man is quite abusive" she replied

"Once in awhile he goes rampage in here trying to extort money from her brother who was the only one supporting this child" she added

"In this world, most people really encounters unlucky situation and people at the same time" Herain sighed

"I pity her brother, he is still young and does various part time jobs to pay for her sister's medical bills and there uncle even steals from him" she stated

"Anyway, it's bad for your health if you keep getting depressed so you should clear your head from problems" Herain stated

"I have a lot to thank you for, because of you I somehow managed to reconcile with my daughter" Elayne's mother uttered

"I didn't do anything though, I just gave your letter earlier than planned" Herain replied

"My daughter can be very prideful but she's kind so I hope you stay with her" Elayne's mother stated

"Don't worry aunty, even if I'm not around your daughter will be just fine since she's a strong woman" Herain replied

"Anyway I have to go back now aunty since I have some things to do, take good care of yourself okay" Herain added with a smile

Elayne's mother nodded as she gently smile on Herain before leaving

When Herain got out of the hospital, as she passed by a small alley

She suddenly witnessed an adult man hitting on a young man

Herain ran towards him and with all her strength she pushed him away

"What do you think are doing?, do you want to go to prison?!" Herain threatened

"Hey young lady, you should not meddle in someone else's business or else I'll strangle you to death" the man replied as he glared at Herain

"What do you need from this man?" Herain asked looking straight to the man

"Why?, are you gonna give it to me?!" the man exclaimed

"Then how much money will you give in exchange for leaving him?" he added

Herain opened her bag and swiftly open her phone then grabbed a stack of cash and handed it to the man

"Is this stack of money enough for you to stop beating and bothering this young man?" Herain asked

The man grinned as he grabbed the cash and said "This will be enough but I can't guarantee how long will this last"

He laughed then walked away, Herain turned to the young man whose hair covered up his eyes but bruises are visible on his upper lip

"Are you alright?" Herain worriedly asked as she held his arm

The young man shoved her hand away as he said "Mind your own business, why are you wasting your money on something so useless"

Herain can hear the frustration in his voice and she felt pity for him

"Is your life useless?" Herain sighed

"The hospital is near, let's go treat your wound" she added

"No, I have to get back to work" the young man declined

Herain sighed then grabbed the man's hand as she said "Should I buy your time then?"

‘My conscience would bother me to death if I leave a young man who was beaten into a pulp alone in the streets’ she thought

Thus Herain ended up treating the man's wound in the convenience store as he declined to be treated at the hospital

"Why are you even letting that man beat you up?" Herain asked

"He's my uncle" the young man replied

Herain sighed as she said "Sometimes this world is really cruel, the one who hurts you the most are your families"

"I have to go to work" the man stated

"Why are you obsessing with work even in this state?" Herain reprimanded

"I have to pay my sister's medical bills, I'm the only one she can rely on" he replied

Just then, Herain was suddenly reminded of something as she asked "Is your sister at room 304?"

"How did you know that?" the young man asked in surprise

"The aunty there is the mother of a friend of mine, I visited her a while ago and she happened to tell me about the child there" she replied

‘So you were that brother’ Herain thought to herself

Herain placed a bandage on his hand then looked at his face as she said "I'm done treating your wounds, now can I see your face?, your bangs is so long that it covers your eyes"

"I have to go" the young man replied

Herain sighed then grabbed his hand and wrote something in it

"This is my number, call me if that man bothers you again then I will make sure to throw him in jail next time" Herain stated

Then Herain moved close to him and suddenly pushed his hair back

"Oh! you're very good looking, why are you hiding that handsome face" Herain stated with a cheerful smile

The young man was surprised then immediately removed her hand and hastily walked away

As he got out, he stared at the numbers in his hand and a smile crept up in his face

"Jeez he didn't even tell me his name" Herain chuckled

Afterwards, Herain returned back to White Wisteria where she started practicing her new identity

The next day, Herain managed to bribe Jax's manager and became his replacement for 3 months

After 2 days, Herain officially started her job as Jax Arion's manager with the identity of a hard working nerd woman named Felisha

"The Miss with glasses and short hair, I'm sure no one will doubt you Miss" Vivian commented

"Place a lot more fake pimples on my face so that no one will recognize me" Herain stated

"I think that's already enough" Elayne comment

"Elayne you're here!, what do you think?" Herain asked

"You already look like just an ordinary person so there's no need to exaggerate it" Elayne replied

"Well I think even the president won't recognize you" she added

"Really?!, that's great!" Herain stated

"Anyway did you actually cut your hair?" Elayne asked

"Of course not, I like my long hair so this is just a wig" Herain replied

‘Even with that below average look, she still manage to have that unconcealed beauty’ Elayne thought to herself

"Alrighty then, I'm going now" Herain bid them goodbye as she walked away

As Herain disappeared from their sight, Vivian glared at Elayne as she said "Isn't it harsh to say that the president won't recognize Miss Herain?!"

"Have you seen that girl smiling widely as I say that?" Elayne replied

Vivian sighed as she said "Won't it be true love if the president recognize her even in that get up?"

"I've loved the president for many years and if he suddenly changed into some nerdy geek fellow, of course Herain and I won't be able to recognize him" she replied

"How can you be so sure?" Vivian asked

"No one would expect that the one they love would completely change to the image opposite of them" Elayne stated

"Think about it, what if your boyfriend suddenly became a lazy big bellied nerd with hair bleached and a lot of ear piercings" she added

Vivian gasped as she said "I can't imagine it"

"See that's why....."

Before Elayne could finish her sentence, she was stopped by Vivian who called Assistant Ryuo

"Babe, you should never eat a lot and always continue to work hard all the time and don't change your hair color and most of all never get a single piercing in any part of your body!" Vivian aggressively stated over the phone then ended the call afterwards

Then Vivian had a satisfied look on his face

"Stupid couples" Elayne sighed as she walked away

"What did you say?!" Vivian exclaimed

Meanwhile, Assistant Ryuo who was on the other side of the phone

‘What did she eat again this time?’ Ryuo sighed with this thought
