Sleep last night was next to none with how my nerves were jumbled. It is not because of what my part is in donating because for my son I will go through any amount of pain. No I am worried about Nicolas and hoping that this helps him.

Tony is here already this morning, as we wait on Holly and Dr. Moore to come in. Right now Nicolas is sleeping and I promised him last night I wouldn't let them take me down without waking him up for a hug.

"Your pacing." Tony whispers.

"I know. I am just hoping this will help Nicolas." I answer talking normal.

Nicolas sleeps solid and wakes up only if you get close to him and rub his shoulder, just like he always has. Something making me happy he is getting back to his normal self in that way.

A barely there knock comes on the door and it opens slowly.

"Good morning. I wasn't sure if we would have to wake you or not." Holly softly talks.

"I honestly didn't get much of any sleep." I rub my neck.

"You will be getting some in a bit and won't be able to fight it. I am going to go on and start getting all of your vitals and do the physical exam checked over. So you need to sit for me please." Holly points to the chair.

I gladly following her instructs and wait for her to get started. Part of me is excited she is going to be touching me openly but I know it is just for the check to make sure I am stable to donate this morning.

"There is the nurse here too." Tony walks back from the door when Jewels knocked.

"I am going to be here with Nicolas until my shift starts in a couple of hours. We was not sure if anyone would be with him during." Jewels smiles.

"This Champ has some of the best people watching over him with you guys." Tony smiles to Jewels and Holly.

Holly opens her computer and starts taking my vitals. The whole time her touch is soft and gentle. The feeling of the lower friend down below is wanting to grow.

First thought comes to my mind is the large needle they will be using to get the bone marrow out which will come from my pelvic bone. Close to head number two is enough for it to deflat and not want to come out of hiding.

Never thought I would be saying that to myself but if it helps stop from getting a raging boner I am good with it.

"Here is this gown I need you to change into please." Holly opens the cabinet and hands me one.

"Great the revealing gown." I grown lightly.

Why do hospital gowns only have like two place to tie in the back and nothing more?

"We have to have you in it for the easy access. Oh, no underwear either. Those will be removed for the procedure anyways." Holly says it professionally but I see her turn to hide her pink cheeks and small snicker.

I take the gown and move to the bathroom removing my clothes to get the gown on. Is it normal to feel a like jealous or nervous that Holly will be seeing me basically naked? Jealousy comes from the fact, I won't be able to see her naked and then her seeing me but none of it is for pleasure.

I step out of the bathroom but Tony and Jewels is not in the room. Holly is standing next to Nicolas watching him sleep with a soft smile on her face.

"Where did they go?"

"Tony and Jewels went to grab some coffees." Holly turns to me.

I step up closer to the bed and Holly walks over to me.

"That is good because I really need this." I whisper to her and capture her lips.

Holly responds instantly and opens her mouth for me immediately. I waste no time diving in to get a taste of her minty fresh mouth, her breath and taste has always been amazing.

All much to soon we pull back and I am holding this gown a funny way because I instant react to her in all ways. Knowing she felt it with how we were pressed together she snickers some.

"You got an issue there Jack. There isn't anything I can do to help though." She whispers with a small pout.

Ah, fuck me. Needles. Large Needle.

I breath in and out slowly as it finally starts to go back down. It is not like I have time for a cold shower.

Tony and Jewels walk in a few minutes later with Dr. Moore following in behind them.

I watch as Tony walks over to Nicolas and starts rubbing his shoulder, whispering to him it is time to wake up.

Nicolas wakes up and rubs on his eyes some and sits up to look over where I am sitting in the chair with the gown on.

"You look funny Daddy." He laughs.

"That I do, buddy." I smile.

"Good morning. Are you ready Jack?" Dr. Moore asks looking at me after speaking with Holly on my vitals.

"Yes, sir." I nod.

"Any questions before we go back?" Dr. Moore asks.

"Nope." I rub my hands together some.

"It is normal to be nervous. This will take between one to two hours to complete. During that time we will have you under general anesthesia to where you will be asleep and not feel anything. After you wake up there will be some expected soreness in the area where we are getting the bone marrow from, headaches, fatigue, nausea, and muscle aches. All of this is normal and we can hope you won't experience any of symptoms but within a week after today you should feel back to yourself." Dr. Moore goes over it all.

I knew the risks from when Holly spoke with me yesterday and I am accepting of all of this because my son needs it.

I give Nicolas a hug and he promises to be good for Tony which I know he will be.

"Jack will be in recovery until he wakes up after we are done. I will come up and let you know how he is doing okay, little man?" Holly sits by Nicolas while she talks with him, while Dr. Moore is getting an IV placed in my arm.

They make me sit in a wheelchair and Holly pushes me to the operating room, where they get me laying on a bed.

"I promise not to look at you while your out." Holly whispers before raising back up from my ear.

The mask is placed over my nose and the medicine is being pushed through the IV.

The last thing I see is Holly's face as my eyes close and feel her holding my hand.
