It is now June and things have been going great. Holly's parents come in for visits in between travels. How they can be gone from home more than staying is beyond me because at some point there has got to be a point of running out of things to see before it is just a second time sighting.

"Alright a little to the left." Tony instructs the last customer of the day.

We have had full schedules with the weather. Not that either of us are complaining. Nicolas is in shop today doing his schooling here since Holly had to work a partial shift and had an appointment herself.

It has been a few months now that she had to get off the birth control tablets she took. So Massie is just doing a routine blood work and ultrasound to make sure her stuff is better because apparently she had some hormonal issue with not having a cycle.

Heck, I don't understand it much but Holly has tried to explain it before. All I know is she still has yet to have a menstrual cycle because we have never had to stop for having one. Not that a little blood would bother me but apparently to Holly it is a straight, flat out no go and gave me a mortified face when we talked about it.

I let a small chuckle slip thinking over that little talk we had. With a shake of my head, I get the last photo session I done edited and ready for print out tomorrow.

"Are you ready to go buddy?" I look over to Nicolas who is coloring behind the counter.

"Yes." He flips the book closed and stashes it all in the drawer for him. "I would much rather be building right now."

I laugh at him and grab my bag with my camera in it.

"Hey man! We are headed out." I let Tony know.

"Have a great night. I will lock up after edit." He waves.

Nicolas and I walk out to the truck and I close his door as he works on his seatbelt. I get in the driver seat and get my belt on.

"Uh Dad." Nicolas gets my attention.

Looking over to Nicolas, he points to the windshield. There is a piece of paper under the wipers. I get out and pull it out before closing my door back.

Since this worked for you now it's my turn.

Following the path home and there will be a new path to the route for you to take.

"It should seem Holly left us a little hunt to do." I laugh.

Nicolas rubs his hands. "This is exciting already. What does it say?"

I hand him the note and he smiles. "Let's go home and see what path we have to take"

I start the truck and we make the way home. Nicolas is quick to unbuckle his seat belt and jump out making it to the front door fast and I am right behind him. The door is locked so I unlock it and we step in.

I close the door and pick off the note taped to the back. "I know a special someone who likes searching for clues. So I am kicking this up a notch to be just like his favorite show."

Nicolas looks at me and smiles. "There has to be more to the note Dad. A starting place." He laughs.

I look at the under side and sure enough is more to the note. "It starts in the first place that got a item placed as your new home."

Nicolas smiles. "My toy box. It is the first thing that got Holly bought just for me here." He takes off and I am right behind him.

"Good job little man. Next spot is special for Jack and love has been made." Nicolas scrunches his eyebrows when he finishes reading the note and holds onto a something red.

I walk to the bedroom because it would make sense for us sharing love there for the first in the house. Sure enough there is another red piece and note.

Nicolas and I go around all over the house to the special spots the three of us have spent together. Nicolas collects a red piece each time before we get to the kitchen. I grab the note and there is a board on the table.

"Here is the final point. Piece the puzzle together. Please know how much every spot you have gathered a red piece means to me and I can't wait for more with my boys." I read the note.

Nicolas drops the pieces on the table and I sit next to him to help place them together. There is a writing on the pieces but I can't make out what it writes.

"It doesn't go there Dad. Give me a few minutes I can do this." Nicolas smiles at me.

With a quick look around, it doesn't make sense on where Holly is at. I thought she would be here by now especially after the little clue hunting but she had been here at some point to do all of this. I pull my phone out and dial her number to get no answer.

"Okay last piece!" Nicolas all but jumps in the chair.

I look down at the picture that had been cut to fit in the red pieces that make the shape of a heart. The writing inside states.

Coming to the Winters residence this Christmas.

Welcome Baby

I look over and Nicolas is reading it too. Movement catches my attention to in front of us. Holly walks out of the little closet that is right in front of the kitchen table and there is a camera set up next to her where she could have seen everything we were doing with the way the door is designed.

"Surprise!" Holly smiles and is holding up a sonogram picture by her stomach.

Nicolas jumps up and runs to Holly, gently wrapping her in a hug. "I get to be a big brother!"

"Yes you will little man." She smiles.

I walk over and Nicolas moves before skipping out of the kitchen making us laugh as he chants it through the house. Pulling Holly into my arms, I kiss her tenderly.

"I wasn't expecting this but apparently we got pregnant exactly two days after I had to stop the birth control." Holly sighs.

"We both talked about it before and it explains why you never had a cycle after stopping the medicine." I kiss her again.

"It does, but it means we are nine weeks along. Massie told me and I thought it was some ugly joke at first because normally after the hormones being whacky it could take just a little bit to level out but apparently not for us." She laughs.

"I love you Holly." I rub her cheek.

"I love you too and I can't wait to be Mrs. Winters." She laughs some before kissing me again.
