《Are You Right For Me?~Sesshomaru Love Story~》Chapter 31

"Ugh!! Natsume, why would you say that?!" I groaned as we were dismissed from the meeting.
"Hm? Say what?" Natsume gave me the most innocent look ever, like he didn't do anything when he clearly did.
"You know what you said!" I punched his arms, completely irritated.
Just how could he say that I'm in love with that arrogant guy?! I don't even know him! And he's so rude! Why would I fall in love with him in the first place?! That's beyond stupid! Hmph! Besides what is so great about that guy anyway?!
"Natsume, stop teasing Yuki already." I stuck my tongue out at Natsume as Aiko said that. "And you, Yuki. How is your studying coming along?"
Well there goes my 2 second happiness.
"Err... I thought I wasn't starting until next week." I lied.
Truth is, I didn't want to study. I'd rather fold origami with the papers in the books every time I hold a book. Yeah, that's terrible but there are so many words in the book like how do you even read it?! I just want to sleep every time I have to pick up a book and read it.
"You were supposed to be studying since two weeks ago." She smiled at me.
Scary....
"Not only do you need to be kept on a lease, you can't even study. You're pretty stupid." That voice... from behind Aiko....
I held back the violent urge to throw Natsume at him. Why Natsume? I don't know. Maybe for revenge for what he had said to me earlier.
"Ugh... Here comes the arrogant jerk again." I grunted as I rolled my eyes.
"Aww. Should we leave you two alone?" Natsume elbowed me on the side.
"I'll feed you to Rika if you say one more word." I hissed at him.
[Rika's her 'pet' tiger at the beginning of the story if anyone remembers, hahaha]
"You wouldn't do that. You love me too much." He laughed and patted me on the head.

"I wouldn't hesitate if I had to." I stuck my tongue out at him and went back to my room. I absolutely love the silence in my room. It's just so quiet and peaceful that I forget about what happened outside my room earlier. I laid down on the cool floor slowly, stretching out my body like a cat. "Mm. This feels so nice."
~~~Time Skip - A Couple of Days Later~~~
What should I do? Hm....
I rubbed my chin as I let my eyes wander around for something to do. Father's busy accompanying his friend and his friend's son... That girly trash... Well he's not girly, it's just that he looks better than most females. / (>_>)/--/ That's like so not fair! Anyway, that's not the point. Recently everywhere I've went to, he's there too!
To make matters worse, he bullies me all the time!! Every single time he sees me! There's no stopping him! Ugh! That stupid... dog... Yeah, stupid dog! That suits him perfectly! I hope I don't have to see him today! At least, I don't want to see him at all!!
I bit the inside of my mouth as I thought of ways to avoid, torture, and how to back comebacks at his snarky and mean remarks!
I will make him regret picking on me! Hmph!
"Yuki. Are you doing anything?" Umi's voice snapped me back to reality.
"Hm? Nope. Not at all. Well at least just not studying." I whistled looking at the sky.
Umi tilted her head a bit over to the left, seemingly to be pondering about something. Then she smiled and grabbed my hand. "Alright, then help me out with the herbs."
Let's just say I didn't get a say in this at all as I got dragged into the.... poison herbs room? What the...??
"Why are we in the poison herb storage room?" I asked, looking around carefully.
Make one wrong move in this room and eat or drink the wrong stuff, you will die immediately, which is why no one really dares to eat in here.
"Did you forget that I use poison herbs while Aiko uses medical ones?" My mouth formed an O as I remembered. Umi and Aiko both specializes in herbs but then there's me and Natsume, who doesn't understand anything about herbs or how to differentiate them. "Help me reorganize them. If you don't know where something is or goes, tell me."
"Okay." I gave a quick nod as we both begin to work.
It was tedious. Separating the herbs into different boxes then placing them on the shelf they belong on. There can't be a two different herbs in one box for some reason. But learning about them is something new and exciting... Kinda.
>>>>>Time Skip>>>>>>>>
"This last one goes up here, right?" I asked as I climbed up the ladder to put the last box on the highest shelf after getting Umi's approval.
"Yes. Be careful. Watch the steps when you come down." She warned as I place the box safely on the shelf.
"I'm fine. Don't worry." I grinned as I climbed down the ladder. It was all fine until I stepped on the hem of my kimono and lose my balance. This is so not happening right now! I let out a small shriek as I fell off the ladder. I squeezed my eyes tight and waited for the compact of the floor and my butt colliding but it never came.
"Besides stupid, you're a klutz also." A very familiar voice said. Just the sound of that voice makes me want to punch him and run to some place that I will NEVER EVER EVER have to see him again for the rest of my life!!!!! "Also heavy."
"Ugh! No one asked you to catch me. Put me down now!" I glared at him, refusing to back down even though this position is making me uncomfortable. He managed to catch me bridal style... But why him? I would very much rather be falling on my butt.
"Not a word of thanks? Hmph. As expected of someone incapable of learning." He smirked.
I want to punch him so bad...
"Just put me down already!!!"
"Why should I?"
This... Ugh!! Why?! Gosh, why?! Just why did he appear?! This freaking demon! ... Wait... I'm a demon also... Argh!!! Nevermind!!!
"Because you should!"
"That isn't a valid reason."
"I'm pretty sure it's a valid reason!" I shot back at him.
"Sesshomaru. Put my sister down and stop bullying her." Umi cut in.
Phew. Saved! When was... Oh right. I actually forgot Umi was in here the whole time too. Hahahaha. My memory sucks... _.
"I am stating the obvious. How often does one slip and fall into the same lake three times a day, tripping over the hem of their clothes almost every day, walking into the same tree every day, -"
"Okay, okay! I'm a klutz, now put me down!" I clamped my hand over his mouth before he can mutter more embarrassing accidents that I run into almost every day... And every time it happens, he is ALWAYS right there... Either to laugh or to help sometimes, I guess?
"You still walk into trees, Yuki?" Umi's eyes went wide open.
"Don't listen to him! He's lying!" I muttered as I ran out the room as soon as he put me down.
That jerk of a... Ugh! I hate him! I absolutely hate him to his guts!!!
Why is he always there when I have those accidents?! Did he curse me or did he think it was funny to see?! Hmph! Jerk! Such a jerk!!! I just can't believe how bad my luck is! Just how much longer is he going to stay here?! I want to kick him out already!!!
"THIS IS SO STUPID!!!!" I complained loudly to no one but myself.
