The Forest of White Dreams

"It has almost been three hours since we entered the forest," Elizabeth said, "but we haven't seen a single animal or person here,"

"The only thing that I see are trees and branches... I'm getting sick of it, *snort*" Hawk said.

"No need to worry," (Y/N) said, "the forest of white dreams is covered in a fog all year round, traveling on horseback is very difficult and is very easy to loses sense of direction here, so even the most experienced travelers' tend to avoid it all together,"

"This would be the perfect place to hide form the holy knights," Elizabeth said, then she got a strange feeling.

"You, okay?" Meliodas asked.

"Yea, I'm okay," panicking heavily.

"OI, YOU THREE HURRY UP, THE MONSTER MIGHT CATCH US,"

"Who are you calling nervous," said a lot of Hawks.

"Is this the monster of the forest," Elizabeth asked.

"I for one find it terrifying," Meliodas said.

"Hey Meliodas, you might not believe it but I'm the real one,"

In moments (Y/N) had grabbed the real Hawk. "CAPTAIN, I have the real Hawk,"

Meliodas had then cut through the fakes with his broken dragon blade. Revealing that they were all prankster imps "hide-and-seeks".

"let's case them they must be running to something," Meliodas said as (Y/N) kept up with the imps. "Oh, right you can have these back," handing Elizabeth her panties.

"I knew that you were a panty thief,"

As they were catching up, they could see (Y/N) following behind the imps going towards a little girl in the forest that was laying on the ground, Elizabeth was scared that they were going to harm her, only to find that it was not some small girl, it was a giant.

"Lady Diane, we've allowed holy knights to have come through,"

"Huh, where not-" Elizabeth said only for the giant to wake up standing over them.

"Some holy knight huh," she swung her arm at the group they could see that Meliodas was gone.

"Where is Sir Meliodas?"

"Over there," Hawk said seeing the captain of the sins in giant's hand.

"Your done for Holy Knight,"

"You let go of sir Meliodas right now, (Y/N) can't you help him?" Elizabeth asked only to see that (Y/N) was sat in a tree.

The giant was silent for a second "CAPTAIN,"

"Huh," both Hawk and Elizabeth were confused while (Y/N) just sighed.

After Meliodas had explained what had happened, Diane had finally calmed down.

"... and that is why," Meliodas said "Elizabeth is traveling to find the sins to stop the holy knights,"

Diane then glared at Elizabeth "so your relationship with the captain isn't like that?"

"They are free now, that's good" Hawk said "*snort snort* a storm is coming," the group looked up to see a large thunderstorm above them as a thunder bolt came down caging them.

"We finally meet again, eight deadly sins," Gilthunder had arrived to battle the sins.

"No mistaking it he's a holy knight," Meliodas said.

"It also seems as if he was the one who hurt Vanya," (Y/N) said recognizing the magic.

"Gilthunder," Elizabeth said in shock "you can't be, he is a sweet boy he..." only to see that he was not the boy that she remembered from her past.

"Elizabeth, the kingdom's top priority is to make sure that you are returned safely," releasing her bonds "but I don't care about that, my issue is with the sins, so leave,"

Elizabeth got in the middle of him and the sins telling him to let them go.

"Brrrrrrr...I'm finished," Hawk said slowly crawling on the floor only for Gil to kick him away as Elizabeth chased after him.

Gil then appeared behind Meliodas with a sword to his neck "do you know why we're after your heads?" Gil asked him.

"Some say it is revenge, on the once who killed the grand master, others say they want to test their strength on the sins."

"Both, no I want more," Gil said, "revenge for killing my farther, the grand master, and to prove that I am stronger than him,"

"In the past, but now I am stronger than any of the deadly sins,"

"Maybe," Meliodas said, "but we don't know for sure,"

"If I felt like I could have wiped out this forest with you,"

"I'm only being polite," Both Meliodas and Gil were ready to attack.

Gil struck down with his sword making lightning come down to strike Meliodas only for Meliodas to reflect the lighting back at him.

"Didn't I say? Right back at you,"

but Gil was behind him, "Didn't I say? I will kill you," slashing at Meliodas cutting his shoulder deep only for him to fall over.

"Captain..." Diane muttered.

"The others, you have got to know about them,"

"Fine," Gil said sheathing his sword, "out of the other five only two are known, Ban the fox sin, is held up at Baste prison, and King the Grizzly sin has perished in the capital of the dead," as Meliodas closed his eyes as they bused open again.

"Awesome," as he jumped back to his feet, "thanks little Gil,"

"I see..." Gil said, "you let yourself be hurt to find the other whereabouts,"

"As if," as he slashed at Meliodas only for him to dodge the attack, he kept on slashing and Meliodas kept on dodging until his blade was at his neck "farewell,"

"See Ya," and a hand grasped Gil by Diane.

"Unhand me," as his body filled with electricity.

"didn't I tell you a long time ago that 'shocking' men aren't popular with girls?" as Diane lobed the man out of the forest far away. As (Y/N) waved him off.

"Hey, you have got a lot of nerve," Hawk said coming from the forest with Elizabeth "you pig, it's my turn next,"

"Are you three alright," Elizabeth said as she saw the wound on Meliodas "sir Meliodas you are hurt," as she ran to him trying to help the wound heal.

"Hey, don't be all touchy with the captain,"

"And here is a love triangle," (Y/N) muttered.

"I'm injured too," Hawk said angry.

The gang had gone to the boar hat and were on the move. This time they were deciding on where to go next.

"So, ban is in a prison, and king is dead," (Y/N) said.

"Yea, so who do you think we should go for?" Meliodas said.

"I think the closest," (Y/N) answered.

"Well, I'm not interested in any man but you captain, but look at the sexy woman I have become, a lot can happen in ten years," Diane said with (Y/N) sighing almost making her hit him.

"that's just a wanted poster it's just a sketch," Meliodas said "alright, let's go get Ban from Baste prison," Making Diane cheer and (Y/N) nod.

"Even if that Holy knight was telling the truth, isn't this like jumping into the lion's den?"

"Either way, someone's keeping track of our movements," Meliodas said "Little Gil went out of his way to find us in that forest."

"that's true," Hawk said while Diane admired him.

"I... I'm against this," Elizabeth said, "instead of heading to Baste, shouldn't we treat your wound first,"

"Maybe I'll get better if I do this," he said sticking his head up her skirt.

"don't worry, I will be fine after some rest," he said walking back in the boar hat.

Elizabeth realised that he had not had the strap to hold the broken blade and ran to hand it to him only to find Meliodas passed out on the floor.

At Basten Prison

Two grads were talking amongst themselves.

"Have you heard what happened to Fort Solgales?" the knight 1 said.

"It was turned to a pile of rubble," knight 2 said.

"Supposedly it was Meliodas the dragon sin."

"he's alive?" knight 2 said looking at the door to the cell "then isn't this bad, one of them is locked up here, is it going to be alright,"

"don't worry, this prison was made to be a fortress, made to withstand the sins, it won't go down, besides, there are four holy knights on guard here, the weird fangs, there is no one who would be able to get in here,"

"I guess you are right."

"Even then, the fox has been here for five years now, and he hasn't been feed, seen light, move or talk, he is even impaled with spikes to prevent any attempt to escape, to think that man was called the fox sin of greed, how pitiful."
